Amazing Stay at Cali Hotel & Spa — Our Second Year! This was our second year staying at Cali Hotel & Spa, and we were not disappointed yet again. The food was outstanding, and the service was brilliant from start to finish. The restaurant staff were exceptional — warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make each meal special. A special mention to Ashkay and Pradip for their fantastic poolside service — friendly, professional, and always looking after us so well. We also visited the spa, where Panos provided a truly professional and relaxing massage. His skill and care made the experience unforgettable. Another fantastic stay overall — highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

Nice, friendly staff. Food is tasty and plenty of choice. Rooms are clean and perfect for holiday stay! The only problem there is no mini fridge in the rooms and because the weather is hot any drink you take up gets warm. But otherwise it is great hotel.

Near the beach. Old hotel. Old rooms. Free food of chosen all inclusive. Good price if you go extra season. When we went we didn't find the quality we expected for that price. We found it expensive!

This hotel has got to be the worst hotel we've stayed in. We have came to Cyprus every year for 7 years and it's the pits. Rooms are dated with no tea/coffee making facilities, no fridge as standard, however you can rent one!!. Same applies for the room safe. The beds are very uncomfortable and we're now getting back ache. Some members of the staff are fantastic, some are just rude. It's listed as a four star hotel, in the EU hotels are starred by the facilities offered unlike the UK where it's done on quality.. This hotel would struggle to get 2 stars back home. Food is bland and reminds me of Army catering supplied by contract caterers. The location is spot on for the beach and there are numerous bars and restaurants along with supermarkets along the main road. The local buses are very good and it cost €1.50 for a single journey.
Some previous Russian reviewers have commented on the amount of British pensioners here! I could say the same for the amount of Russians with small children. If you want a relaxing holiday away from it all, go somewhere else. Also if you leave your books for the benefit of other guests to read, it would appear that there resold in the small shop in the hotel.

Never experienced such rude disgusting service staff ignoring people and just being beyond rude totally ruined our holiday "Daniel" and the bar manager should not have jobs. Beyond horrendous!!! Wouldn't even allow us to eat on our last day at the hotel THAT WE HAD PAID FOR!!!! Ruined my holiday and birthday won't be coming again!!! Being blatantly rude ignoring and saying "I don't understand" and laughing when they clearly understand and laughing amongst themselves so humiliating

There in Low season so a few things can be forgiven so I would say because of the staff and spa facilities I give it a 3.5. I was there 14-28th dec 2019 good choice of food but the quality was not great all the time great/amazing facilities the outdoor pool was chilly but good on the hot days the indoor pool and sauna were great. They have a steam room but it smelled of stale water so didn't use it. The rooms were spacious but could do with some upkeep was in 255 and a lamp shade was broken and the carpet had some stains(nail polish and the like) got to say the entertainment and drink selection was the worst part terrible selection for both and entertainment was limited and when on poor

The hotel offers a very good price-performance ratio. We had a great stay, the rooms were cleaned every day. We had booked half board, especially the dinner was very varied and tasty. The wide sandy beach is only a few minutes walk away. The staff is courteous and friendly. Especially Kaine made our stay very special with his funny and attentive nature - Shoutout to him, you're the best, we had a great time with you and we are glad having met you! :-)

ok. A lot of bad reviews for the hotel. Now the truth is, hotel have nice location with plenty of restaurants, shops,supermarkets for all your needs. The rooms are little bit dated , walls were dirty,definitely rooms need improvements( room 148). The food was great, with a big variety of dishes. We loved the Swimming pool and we had a great time.A big value for money hotel. Anyway hotel definitely needs improvements , some changes and it will become perfect. At nights a smell from a sewage in the area is was negative for the hotel.Last another main issue is the internet speed was very slow all the times.
