We love Cyprus. After three trips we decided to return and book at Sunprime Aya Napa. Unfortunately we had a problem on the first night. We contacted Ving and then the manager the following morning. He resolved the problem quickly with excellent service and great care. We had a wonderful holiday. We would like to sincerely thank the manager and hope to return next year.

Fantastic staff flight delayed 7 hours in Basel e mailed them asking if they could leave keys in door as the flight had been delayed arrived 4.45 am and note in notice board telling us what room we were in etc even though we hadn’t paid,room was clean and bed was lovely and fresh smelling all we needed after nightmare flight.

The biggest highlight of the hotel is the swimming pool, where the children can play as much as they want. The hotel room is also quite large, with a sofa bed that can accommodate our family of four!

Stayed here for 3 weeks. Terrific location, close to most of Pafos’ attractions. Simple and comfortable accommodation, though there are occasional hiccups with the showers and no facilities for washing clothes.

I spent a few days here with my partner. First of all, the accommodation is located in the middle of the city, everything is within reach. The host is very kind and helpful. All good - very convenient for the bus stop to the airport etc. I enjoyed the hotel a lot - it was cheap for Cyprus but expensive on a global scale. I won’t be back though as Cyprus is overpriced globally.
