A return visit following a number of years. It is still as good as it was. Warm and clean room and a very hospitable host. The hotel is a 10 minute walk into the main body of Larnaca and is situated in a quiet area. The hotel has nice public areas and a well maintained pool and outdoor space. We stayed here for 1 night only. The location for us was perfect with enough parking space infront of the hotel (free parking untill 7 oclock in the morning). This place is easy to get to by public transportation from the airport (the bus is 1 Euro or 6 something for a day pass). It's in a calm, quiet location with a 24-hr convenience store nearby. Generally, location and hygiene of cleaners does that this hotel have a 5 star review from us. However bad smell from toilet, useless wifi , constantly same breakfast and also poor menu are things that must be improved!

The hotels location is very good and the view is on the beach. Unfortunately there is a huge noise in the morning doors closing and opening and you can hear all inside. Although toilet looks new but there is a little sewage smell if the exhaust fan is not open. The breakfast is normal. So I think it is overpriced. Staff are nice.

Our first visit was 5 years ago when the hotel was showing signs of lack of maintenance. Since then it’s deteriorated quite considerably. We stayed here for the night while we visited Kyrenia harbour. They are located in an A location. Everything is walkable from the hotel and the room was just beautiful. I saw a sign listing 12 Turkish brewed craft ales and I had to find out more details. Walked down an alley way and found a secluded place to enjoy a meal it was The Avenue Hotel . We just had a coffee and one craft ale as it was only 10am. Excellent coffee and I tried a craft beer not bad but very expensive at 135TL. But it was an experience . Don't think we will go back.

It is a rare find in such locality and with such a clean pool. The authentic breakfast coupled with service standards makes it an ideal option.its rare to see such standards nowadays in hotel management. Large apartment, fully equipped for a very good price. I was positively surprised. You can easily host four people in the apartment. There is a lovely balcony. Easy free parking.
