We love Cyprus. After three trips we decided to return and book at Sunprime Aya Napa. Unfortunately we had a problem on the first night. We contacted Ving and then the manager the following morning. He resolved the problem quickly with excellent service and great care. We had a wonderful holiday. We would like to sincerely thank the manager and hope to return next year.

We spent a week at the hotel which was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel room was newly renovated and huge, which made our stay so wonderful and high end. The staff is very caring and we really felt spoiled by them. The food is also good. We really liked the pool which is just the right size and never overcrowded. This is definitely a hotel where we would go back. The gym is huge and has decent equipment.

I have visited this hotel many times, and stopped visiting it because it was worn. After the renovation of the hotel it is in another standard. It now looks amazing, and everything is working. Had a room directly to the main pool with access from terrace, I can fully recommend that. The cleaning was really good except on Thursday. It was really done in a hurry, and absolutely not at the same standard as the other days. The bed wasn’t made like the other days and a dead cockroach was laying on the floor after cleaning and the toilet wasn’t cleaned Most of the staff are friendly and smiling, both in the reception and in the restaurant. As a customer at the hotel kiosk, it is embarrassing to hear the clerk (Lone) reprimand a colleague that she is not allowed to chew gum when she has customers. In my opinion, that is not to be done in front of a customer, and is not a job for a clerk but a manager. if she had done it in a nice tone of voice it would have been fine, but that was definitely not the case At the same time I can say the opposite about the the Swedish 2:85 lady (Jesica)in the reception. She is so kind and helpful. It was a pleasure. When you are complaining about something they never really trust you, but it is more a general Cyprus way than the hotel. I complained about water pressure and it was fixed Monday by a plumber. Since the buildings are not new there are a lot of places where cockroaches can hide, so you can experience them running over the floor in the evening. But this you can experience also on OBC (I have seen them) it is a Cyprus issue.

It is a very nice hotel, with great service and facilities. The rooms were great, nice variety in the bar and restaurant menu, with lots of cocktails and good quality food + nice staff. I would definetely recommed staying here, if you are adults who want peace and quite on your vacation.

I can't keep track of how many times I've returned to the same hotel! We will come here every year with my dad. The reasons why we return are simple: Breakfast 10/10. The most important meal of the day and never was disappointed. There is always peace at the hotel, no children, and that's important to me if I want a relaxing vacation. The hotel is always clean, public areas, garden and rooms. The renovation that will start soon will improve the situation even more. The hotel has good services, good gym, guided exercise classes, mini market, spa and great chefs are working in the hotel's kitchen serving good food. But the most important reason why I always return to the same hotel is this wonderful staff. Without them, none of the things mentioned above would work. The girls at the reception, Jessica and Lena especially. They are always happy to welcome you and help you in anything you will need during your stay. Absolutely wonderful waiters work in the restaurant! Your day can't start badly if Anna Maria wishes you a good morning. And Iina smiles so that the smile catches everyone. These ladies made my day every single day. The maintenance man Vasil has also made a big impression on us. Even though we don't have a common language, he is always smiling and happy and has a sense of humor and works hard to make things work at the hotel. Thanks to him. The girls at the bar already started to memorize my order. Always got good service from them as well. And Murat, a multitalent who serves customers in many different languages and in many different hotel services. He even helped me even though he wasn't even at work. A true gentleman who is kind to everyone. Because of people like this, I come back to your hotel every year. Thank you and hope to see you again next year.＜3

The pool area is almost all broken, they take the plates and they throw everything in front of us, they have a lot of bug's, the cats are sitting next to you when you're eating, the cats are coming in the rooms, the sunbeds are all broken, the tables are broken, the umbrellas are dirty and all broken, and also the "waiter" MURAT he play like a playboy with every single woman who is guest I that hotel, he play with the words to caught the attention from them and then he invite the girls outside and he offer them drinks to get her drunk and then he go with her In his single apartment.

Once again I have visited this hotel, which stands out for its friendly staff and as a generally good hotel. If you look at it with slightly skeptical eyes, you discover that maintenance and modernization are non-existent. In many places, the hotel appears worn, and only the most necessary is maintained. Mirrors, faucets and showers should have been changed long ago and walls should be plastered in several places. Having said that, for example the cleaning staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, Henrik at reception is very helpful and a bright spot, probably especially in relation to the others who staff reception. Would I visit the hotel again - yes, as long as it is DKK 5-7,000 cheaper than, for example, OBC and offers the same, e.g. apartments with swim out, so I want to save money, and since I only use the room and associated swim out and gym anyway, and do not use the restaurant, main pool, bar etc., the hotel is fine for my use

We definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. Very nice pool area, excellent pool bar and very high standard on cleaning and service. The restaurant is so nice and definitely a must try on breakfast and dinner.

Great service, good food and N.A drinks. (And of course, icelatte) Walking distance to everything I needed. Loved my room with a view of the garden and the peace! Most of all, I loved the workouts ＜3 (pilates and yoga) I really wish I could stay longer!

The staff was very friendly and the food excellent, both a la carte, buffets and breakfast. The room had good beds, was clean and with air conditioners in both rooms. The surroundings is calm and beautiful, with a spacious pool, beautiful gardens, gym and spa. I’ll be back😍
