We had a pleasant stay in Panas, the hotel is perfectly situated between the main beaches and the busy city center. The staff is lovely and the pool is great. The food served at the buffet is good as well. The only downside are the rooms, where the furniture is oldish but in good shape though.

My experience at this hotel was brilliant! The staff are nice the rooms are a decent size. The food is great a big buffet every night whilst on all inclusive and the drinks on the all inclusive menu are better than the drinks on the normal menu. The swimming pool is huge! With a net for volley ball. The entertaining staff always have something planned and they are constantly doing things in and out...

Great location, great pool area and friendly staff. Rooms are clean with small kitchen area, very spacious and with a balcony. Good entertainment in the evening. Stayed only self catering as there are so many food outlets in a short walking distance at great prices. Would definitely stay again.

Has everything you need, and it's run well. Its even better if you meet a guy for a bit of fun and he pays for everything (I NEVER pay for a thing)!! ;)

Good location in heart of Ayia Napa. Not much of a beach. More rocks. Staff were hit or miss. Some great some surly. There are maintenance issues. However we did visit in middle of off season.

I cant believe these israeli people didnt like a place. Probably people with lot of problems in their own heads. The place is really clean, around 150m far from one small beach. 5 mins by bicycle from Nissi beach. 15 mins by foot from center of Agia Napa. Shops and supermarkets, rent a cars etc very nearby. Had a really pleasant stay over there. Good location - 10mins walk from the a really nice beach and beach bear. The room was clean and nice with ac and everything you need. And the employees very kind and helpful.

Excellent apartment, did not ask for anything special but got a huge balcony and sea view. The actual apartment was clean and well presented. Bedrooms have air conditioners, the kitchen includes hot plates and microwave. Despite our visit being in August, the area was very quiet. My only word of warning I would give is the parking. Clean and well-equipped rooms. Possibility of picking up the key from the cafe in the building. Good prices. The apartment is 20 minutes walk from the main boulevard and the beach.

There is everything for living and recreation. Shops nearby! The beach is 20 minutes walk. If you take a car, you can see all the beauties of Cyprus. Elena is a very responsive and kind person. The girl working in the bar upon arrival treats you for free whatever you want, be it beer or water! We are delighted! 😁👍

The overall was very good, the apartment was big and with everything one may need, the owner had been very friendly and helpful As a bonus Very friendly cats will greet you :) The structure is a little bit old and a little run-down but just a little, it’s nothing that will compromise your stay

Large apartment, fully equipped for a very good price. I was positively surprised. You can easily host four people in the apartment. There is a lovely balcony. Easy free parking. Some minor things: the taps are leaking a bit.and the reception looks a bit weird like a cage. But overall a good experience.

3 stars because the service wasn't so good. the stuff not so friendly they didn't even have pos for the credit card so i had to go to the atm to pull some money and i was charged extra 4 euro.. the apartment was pretty good though, specious with huge balcony.

Big rooms or apartments with a good price, the rooms werent perfectly cleaned but it did fine compared to the price, we saw a few cokroaches too... But although enough space good foods in the buffet, i definitely recommend

I wanted an accomodation directly on the beach. Nothing else was important. The apartment has a little kitchen, fridge, everything is okay.

This hotel is in the perfect location. It was very clean. It could use some updating. There is a two burner stove top, but not pits, pans or cooking utensils. There is only shared public parking . The staff was very friendly. This hotel is a wonderful place to stay for a very reasonable price.

Spacious, clean rooms with very nice view. Well equipped, but from the kitchen the pots are missing, maybe you can get from the reception I didn’t try to get them. I really thought this place was great. Very nice room, spacious and comfortable. There was a small kitchen too. We ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed the food and the lovely sitting area. It is right across the street from the beach where there a lounge chairs to sit it. A very pretty area and close to the airport.

Short walking distance to everything you want. 24-hour shops just around the corner if you have forgotten to buy something. 20 minute leisurely walk to the beach. Private fenced parking and parking in the garage. This must be agreed in advance for short rentals. The place is private, and is rented out for short and long periods depending on what you want. Elevator and wheelchair access.

Great apartment, very clean, excellent atmosphere, fully equipped, better looking than the photos! The only reason I am not rating it with 5 stars is because I woke up because of an ant biting my face (yep..never seen that again in my life too) and there were some more on the bed in the morning..

Located in a great location near the Tomb of the Kings bus stop, I must especially praise the lifeguard at the pool, namely Nadia, who very responsibly and dedicatedly maintains order at the pools.
