The accommodation looked beautiful on Booking, but the reality was quite different. The apartment was dirty, with ants all over the kitchen. The bedroom was fine, but in the bathroom there was mold around and under the sink, and it was not properly cleaned. There was no cleaning service at all, so you need to bring your own mop and cleaning supplies, because with just the one old broom they leave you, you won’t manage to clean properly.

The location is good, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place – every night there is loud music and singing. There is a terrace, but neighbors are right next to you and above you, so there is not much privacy either.

The front door is very difficult to open, everyone had trouble with it. For almost a week’s stay, they only provide one small soap and a single roll of toilet paper, and the towels are old and stained.

Our experience began with the aroma of garbage and the buzzing of flies in the dirt alley. Since we were not given check in info, and the off site manager did not answer phone, we had to ask the chain smoking toothless janitor for info. A/C did not work, jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, no kitchen facilities as pictured in the postage stamp room, so we pivoted and split. Disgusting. Expedia is culpable for allowing the misleading advertising.

Very disappointing, broken utensils, no bathmats, mould in bathroom, very poor communication from host, I travelled to 80 countries and never been this frustrated by somewhere, yes price was ok for August, but do better

Host didn’t pick up the phone, we had to wait hours after a long flight to even be checked in. We booked for three people, however there were only two of everything (blankets, towels etc) The extra bed is useless, not even a smaller woman can sleep there comfortably. The most disgusting thing however is the bathroom. The water does not drain at all after showering and it floods the whole entire apartment, we were splashing in dirty water our whole entire stay. We tried putting towels down at the bathroom door to stop the water from flooding the main room, but no use. We had to sweep the water back to the bathroom after each shower, and even that didn’t really help our situation. Due to the flooding there was always a horrible smell in our apartment. On top of this all there are loads of ants inside the house and the utensils were dirty. Would not recommend anyone booking this apartment if you want a more pleasant stay than us.

Great location great rooms! Walking distance to the beach with amazing rooms indoor and outdoor jacuzzi! I will definitely visit again! Highly recommended for couples and family! Great host! Very clean and very comfortable beds! Walking distance to the underwater museum MUSAN!

The apartment is of good quality and beautifully decorated. We came on vacation with the child and made the food ourselves. The kitchen is the perfect size, the stove is great. The apartment has everything you need to prepare food. The shower room is in good condition. A wonderful addition is that there is a fan. The child slept on the sofa and sheets were also provided for the sofa. A wonderful bonus is that the apartment is in a perfect location. You can walk to the beach in five minutes, shops around the corner, bus stops next door and restaurants a short distance away. The owner was super nice and helpful, which is a wonderful plus.

So all in all the apartment was absolutely not recommendable.
it was not clean and has many defects / problems, which we list here:

Bathroom:
very dirty in general, there were toothpaste holes in the closet, so it wasn't cleaned properly. Hot water barely worked Not, you had to press a booster button - but that didn't change the coldness of the water. We didn't get fresh towels or new toilet paper during our entire stay!

Bedroom:
the bed is very uncomfortable and we got terrible back pain! The TV started working at some point, but you had to turn it on at the back. But the remote control didn't work. We changed the batteries but it still didn't work. Under the bed and the couch it was absolutely filthy and disgusting!!!!

Kitchen:
the kitchen was also very disgusting. Some of the dishes were still dirty! We didn't use the kitchen at all!

The only good thing was the Location and that the air conditioning worked. Nothing else! Absolutely not recommended!!!!

Definitely recommend! Nicely furnished and all utilities and appliances worked just fine.
We really enjoyed using the outdoor seating area.
Great location - next to supermarket, numerous restaurants and walking distance to the strip and beach.
HOWEVER, the owner was not contactable at all. On arrival, we had no access to keys and could not reach them for hours.
Security/Caretaker Lorenzo was extremely friendly and made our stay very comfortable.

The apartment itself was nice, clean and very modern. The only thing we think would've been nice was an extra blanket and maybe something more for the exterior, because it doesn't look very promising when looking from the road. Overall, excellent value for money.

Terrible place to be!!!!! Water is not working..
Air conditioning is bad
Our room door broke we got locked inside. TWICE!
There was bedbugs and i had to go hospital, Because i got bad allergic reaction from the bedbugs!!!! And owner of this place didn’t answer to our calls or text messages..
And ants got inside under the door!
Overall terrible place to stay.
