How a place can go downhill in 4 months is unbelievable. Stayed here in June for 9 nights loved every minute of our stay, but October's visit started good but after 8 days they moved us on because they wanted rooms for other guests. ( underhanded they turned the water off to our rooms ) They conveyed us to another hotel to finish our holiday. No apology .

The only downside is that the hotel isn’t within walking distance of the city’s main entertainment spots. But if you don’t mind a short taxi ride or a bit of a walk, it’s a real gem. The place is cozy, spotless, and the staff couldn’t be more welcoming. Breakfast was great, and the pool area was absolutely fantastic.

Had a lovely stay at Blue Harbour Boutique. Had a family wedding reception there, how they transformed the bar was amazing & would highly recommend having a look if you needed somewhere for a reception of any kind. The rooms there are really nice most comfortable bed I’ve slept in while away, but most of all the staff are so helpful & can’t do enough for you. Will definitely be returning 😀

Lovely quiet hotel. Very clean and tidy. Beautiful view out to sea and close to restaurants and shops.My only negative is you need a deposit for a kettle and no mugs or tea provided. Would definitely recommend

Our first visit was 5 years ago when the hotel was showing signs of lack of maintenance. Since then it’s deteriorated quite considerably. It’s a real shame as this place has charm and a lot of character with great potential. Our room had the smoke detector missing, dirty used cups with a crack in one. The hotel's location is excellent. I had a sea-view room, directly overlooking the marina. There are a few sun loungers on the hotel beach, which is nice; I didn't have to pay for them. Breakfasts were good. The reception was excellent; they helped with all my questions, including printing my boarding pass and arranging airport transfers.

My husband had a bad back and could not walk and they did everything to accommodate us, even calling an ambulance to take him to hospital, and assisting the ambulance crew in carrying him downstairs. Stayed here recently and enjoyed it very much. Lovely spacious room on the ground floor with our own designated chairs and loungers outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. You could walk into town but it is a busy road and not a pleasant walk. The local dolmus stops outside the door and runs hourly. This same bud continues up to Bellapais. This is a very pleasantly situated hotel within a short drive to Kyrenia and beaches and a long walk uphill to the village of Bellapais - it is worth the walk or drive up - the rooms are roomy with comfortable beds and a good shower plus we had a balcony overlooking the pool. We have stopped at this hotel on many occasions and have never been disappointed, being within 15-20 walk to Kyrenia it’s is ideally situated for all aspects of a good, interesting holiday. Nice food, nice relaxing spaces and very accommodating management.

Room was very big by any standard and shower room was great as well, with good. The team were very nice and attentive. Unfortunately the room lack basic kettle for water tea, and I did found the hotel surrounding area to be rather dark and lifeless (a bit scarry to wander outside), although its not the fault of the hotel. Lovely small hotel in Nicosia The hotel was exactly as published. Clean and welcoming, only 25 rooms, friendly team, nice rooftop bar. Plenty of parking options around. It is a residential area though and was not cheap compared to the product, but i was happy with the stay. Highly recommended

We recently had a 1 night stay at the Hypnos Boutique Hotel with my wife and we were both wonderfully surprised at just how modern and clean the hotel room was. It was spacious with lots of light. The selection of breakfast is amazing. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is nice, conveniently located, breakfast is nice, a la carte, not a buffet. Breakfast staff was very nice. Check in wasn’t smooth as there was nobody at the front desk when I was checking in around 8pm. I had to call the hotel to get somebody to come to the front to check me in. Everything else was great.

Proximity to the sea was incredible, plus the expansive views of Kisonerga bay were amazing. The apartment was very spacious too. Bargain for the price charged.

This place is easy to get to by public transportation from the airport (the bus is 1 Euro or 6 something for a day pass). It's in a calm, quiet location with a 24-hr convenience store nearby. We needed a cheap place that had same-day reservations, so this is what we ended up getting. We were not on the harbor or in other overly-touristy locations, so there was peace and quiet and we had the beach...

I just LOVE Ciao Stelio so much. We come over for work a lot, and it’s our most favorite hotel in Larnaca. The staff is fantastic, friendly And helpful. I feel home every time I come back here . A modern boutique hotel but I feel it is geared more for business travellers - it is very close to airport and there were aircrew staying - than tourists as it is a fair walk from the old town and has no pool (there is a public beach across the road). It is also quite expensive for a holiday hotel - although Larnaca hotels are more expensive than the resorts

Excellent location for exploring the centre. Really quiet. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was pleasant with a range of different foods on offer. The rooms are basic, clean and spacious. Make sure to bring your own drinking water as there is none in the room.

We stayed here for the night while we visited Kyrenia harbour. They are located in an A location. Everything is walkable from the hotel and the room was just beautiful. We’ve been on both south and north Cyprus and this was the cosiest room we stayed in. The bed on the balcony was the cherry on the top! The employees are very nice and they welcome you with a warm heart. They speak English very well...

The hotel is very classy but most important the cocktails are the best I tasted in many places I visited. Only fresh ingredients and most important the staff is very friendly and hospitality is number one in this hotel. The price is too low for the service they offer !

I saw a sign listing 12 Turkish brewed craft ales and I had to find out more details. Walked down an alley way and found a secluded place to enjoy a meal it was The Avenue Hotel . We just had a coffee and one craft ale as it was only 10am. Excellent coffee and I tried a craft beer not bad but very expensive at 135TL. But it was an experience . Don't think we will go back.

Stayed here for one night, room was lovely and clean, pool was unusual as it has grey tiles and not the normal blue, but it’s great us of space. The hotel in on the strip which is end to end with hotels and bars & restaurants. Great family place. Fig Tree Bay is less than a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast has lots of choice and seated by the pool was nice.

Great location, very clean, with a wide variety of options for breakfast. The staff was excellent and the value for money was outstanding. We stayed in building B, which was surprisingly quiet despite being right in the busy tourist area. The only small downside was the pool located between two buildings, but it didn’t really bother us since the beach is just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Overall a great value for money hotel. Situated right on the Protaras strip, on the middle of plenty of bars and restaurants. Extremely clean, the rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day. Really nice and beatiful designed room, friendly staff but a very big NO to the leak-proof plastic-sheets. They make my sleep very uncomfortable and make disturbing squeaky noises!

The hotel is fabulous and the room was great. The main negative is that at 6.30 (on a Sunday morning!) they started cleaning the corridor outside our room waking us up. Not in keeping with the otherwise excellent place. One other small irritant was the need to show passport to check in. As we live here we don't carry passports around although eventually we had them acceept local driver's licences...

It is a historic hotel. Nothing wrong for its class! The management is wonderful. We were very happy!
