But once we arrived, everything changed thanks to the amazing woman at the reception. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful from the first moment. Every question we had, she answered quickly and with a smile. Her attitude was warm, professional, and truly made us feel welcome.
She turned our experience around and made our stay something special. All the credit goes to her. Thank you so much!
Good location - 10mins walk from the a really nice beach and beach bear.
The room was clean and nice with ac and everything you need.
And the employees very kind and helpful.
The things we didn’t like:
1. Photos from booking wasn’t the same as the apartment (fridge was some small and old instead of the normal size fridge in the new renovated kitchen). Also the bedroom and the bathroom needs maintenance because of the humidity on the walls (check photos).
2. Parking space is enough for 6-7 cars otherwise the parking was build somehow wrong. The parking spaces are not enough for a normal 2024 car..although we manage to park on the street!
3. A/C unit during 2024 with 40 decrees outside and inside for the whole apartment was ONLY 1 A/C unit…we have been told is enough for the whole apartment but as we finally discovered there was an old unit 9000 btu in the bedroom for approximately 50m square apartment. Of course wasn’t enough so we managed to buy a fan ourselves to handle the high temperature. Of course the host had some fans to give to the customers, maybe because more people complained about it, but no one said something about probably there wasn’t available fan at the moment since we discovered that the room next to us had the one of them 👏
4. Bedroom mattress…really guys? 2 old mattress below and a 10cm new foam on top so they look high and nice??? That’s funny! (Check photos for details).
It isn’t bad if you are not the top hotel of the town! People today prefers small boutique hotel or small complex of apartments like this one!
What they are asking for?
True photos, value for money things and basic standards for the place where is the hotel/apartment like A/C units etc.
The place for sure needs maintenance! Ok, from outside looks nice but inside you discover the true age of the walls! If you know a bit more things you can understand when was the last time a wall has been painted etc.
At least maintenance the place instead of just renovating the kitchen so the apartment will look a bit more nice!
Friendly advice and comments for the owner!
First of all the stuff was friendly so that’s the reason we didn’t leave and rent some different place!
Second and last, try to split the profit using the way below!
1/3 of the income will be clean profit.
The second 1/3 will be for the taxes, electricity water etc.
The third 1/3 will be for maintenance!
So 270 euros divided by 4 nights is 67.5 per day which if we divided by 3 is 22 euro per day from one of the all apartments!
22 euros of one! So let’s say you have 10 apartments then is 220 euros per day profit for maintenance.
For sure you have those 10 booked for 20 days a month so 220*20= 4400 euros for 20 days!
Let’s say 5000 per month is an amount you can use for maintenance which maybe you will not spend all of it on maintenance…
Numbers are numbers!
So lower your personal profit a bit so you can handle the maintenance of your apartments! Using this way the customers will be more and more every year! They will come and go and come again because they were satisfied!
Otherwise you will just stay alone with the tourists once a year for only one time staying to your place and the worst will come!!
Remember! Life today is expensive so the people like to give their money to something nice and value for it!
My only word of warning I would give is the parking. Reversing is not my strong point, but the parking slots are very tight.
All in all, no hesitation to give 5 stars.
