Service was bad. The sea is fabulous

The hotel grounds are spacious and offer a wide range of activities. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained, with no rocky areas. The restaurant and food are delicious. We only experienced a few issues with room service. Room cleaning needs some improvement.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is good. I recommend the hotel, which is natural and beautiful.

I have encountered the most inferior reception staff in the hotels I have ever stayed in. I will never stay there again unless I have to.

The location of the hotel is very good. The sea is crystal clear. Activities for children fill the whole day. The staff is friendly but the number of staff is not enough for the guests. The cleaning is of medium quality. The food is delicious and the varieties are sufficient. The aqua parks are sufficient for children.

They have clean rooms and beach is great but animations could be funnier. There’s nothing to do after 10pm.

Food was amazing and different every night. Couldn’t have asked for more. Freshly cooked chicken, lamb steaks, chicken wings, Adana kebabs, doner etc for dinner plus pides, soups and more traditional foods as well such as stews, dolma, bulgar, rice etc. It really is fantastic. Breakfast was wonderful. I was deciding what to eat, it all looked delicious, Gözde:Customer relation manager approached me, asking if she could help me in any way. She told me about the food,and helped me phone home,very important. Thanks enormously for a lovely time.

The breakfast is wonderful bu the pool! And the waiters (specially Ömürcan and Mert Can) seemed to be very friendly and experienced in their job. Further, everything we ate was so delicious. We have experienced an amazing day. Thank you so much.

I and my wife stayed at MC palace a couple weeks ago. This was my 2nd time and i have to say hotel really did exceeded my expectation once again. Special thanks to the hotel staff especially Dilan from pool bar. She was absolutely amazing. To be honest everyone is very helpful either at bar, lobby or pool bar. I hope hotel management really appreciate that they have such a great people and a big asset...

The pillows were too soft but that's our preference Don't stay in the room we did as it faces a dark corridor and room feels dark Otherwise nice hotel and close to supermarket too. They also have a shuttle free to Shayna beach so you don't have to be limited to using the pool.

It was one of the rare hotels that I stayed in with my family and liked. Especially the room comfort and the pleasant smell of the sheets were great. What a fabulous rooftop bar, with the best views of the whole sweep of Kyrenia Harbour and its castle, backed by the mountains. We came here three times for cocktails - good and reasonably priced - and wished we’d discovered it sooner. A hidden gem in Girne.

We spent a day at the hotel. It has an excellent location and view. The terrace was lovely too. The staff was very friendly.

Good location, rooms are small in need of refurbishment, Dilen at reception was lovely, but had no maid service for entire stay. Bar in roof was ok, decent cocktails.

Nice hotel. Several buildings on a large area. Distant from the city center. Easy access to the sea. Nice pool. Clean room.

If WiFi connection is important to you then this hotel is not a good option. And it is not 5 star hotel for sure. Maybe it was many years ago when they built it. Staff was kind but not always speaking English and the food was good, there were options for vegetarian, vegan dishes.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good, price is very affordable ,but should be noted that some rooms were very tiny than others and rooms had some cleaning issues with bedbugs.

Very quirky hotel a few minutes walk to the harbour. Great location on a quiet alleyway. Staff fantastic, welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Evening meals very good. Breakfast OK but would really have liked fresh orange juice instead of the powder type juice the served up. All in all a great place to stay and we would certainly go again.

Very friendly warm hearted staff. The rooms are charming with air condition. The homemade food was varied and tasty. For breakfast there was lots of fresh bread, and English style tea. A little but plain but satisfactory. Very good location, in the old town and near the shops. Also it’s right near the harbour where there are boat trips and lots of restaurants. Close to the castle too.

Very quiet at this time of year but even so service and food were of a high standard. Rooms were clean, air con worked and any minor issues were attended to promptly. Well situated for visiting Kyrenia and exploring northern Cyprus. Very few tourists around and if you enjoy exploring rather than sitting about it's a good time of year to go.

Given we have friends who have stayed in Ship Inn on 3 separate occasions it was a simple choice for us to select for two days before our ferry to Turkiye. The staff were polite, the presentation spotless and general ambience relaxing. We would definitely recommend when visiting Kyrenia

Near Kyrenia Harbour We stayed here this October and the weather was just perfect The Ship Inn is in a great spot, only about 10–15 minutes from Kyrenia Harbour, which is really beautiful and historic. The peaceful location was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway, yet it was still close enough to Kyrenia town to pop in and explore whenever we fancied. Very good hotel - highlights are the staff, service is excellent and. Breakfast...it's very good.. It's a little far away from the nearest town - but there are restaurants around - Sultan across the street is highly recommended. Parking is easy and pool looks lovely - we went in winter so didn't try it. Really enjoyed the stay - would definitely go back.

Such a fabulous day spent at this wonderful hotel having afternoon tea with my wonderful friends the sandwiches cakes etc were excellent and service spot on,, they could not do enough for us. Definitely will be going back soon ,,,Loved It

Nice clean hotel. Lovely pool area with plenty of beds. Good choices at breakfast, freshly prepared eggs/omelets etc. We had one evening meal at the hotel, simple food, very nice and reasonable price. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. A little out of town, but bus service ok. A bus timetable in foyer would have been helpful. Couple of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The room was clean and tidy, the service was very good, and they even offered us tea and coffee for free.

Had a lovely experience in the Maldive villas. We drank champagne by the infinity pool and was made to feel like royalty. Would highly recommend.

Really liked this Hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff very helpful. The food was excellent with a great selection on offer. The Casino was really good too with complimentary food and drinks whilst you are gambling. My only criticism was that there was a lot of building works going on and you had to literally walk through the middle of a building site to get from our marina apartment...

Its very good place and envirnment

The hotel is a bit tired but there is improvement being made over the winter period. There is a gem in this hotel and that is the owner who couldn't do enough for us, and her cooking is exceptional as she uses every fruit that is grown in the garden surrounding the hotel particularly for jam's and marmalade ect.. We will visit again next year.

A great place where you get what you pay for. The staff and hotel owner were kind and friendly. I was only planning to stay there for accommodation purposes while I was sorting out my dealings. Breakfast options are very varied. (But egg dishes were cold) I also enjoyed the swimming pool.

A way from the busy highway, this little gem of a hotel was a great find. The communtal areas are full for amazing antiques, photograps and books, but the rooms were very clean and modern, great hot water. Staff were pleasant and fascinating people very happy to tell stories of the island and their familes' past. I stayed at the Lapida Gardens for a week over Christmas on a walking holiday with Solos. There were 13 of us on our group and a few other guests on other days. The hotel itself is a little quirky and the family have a very large collection of antiques which are on display throughout the hotel. Nice and authentic hotel in Lapta. The decoration with antiques makes you relive the centuries of cypriot history. There is a beautiful garden at the Hotel with a pool, where you can enjoy the mediterranean sun and have a great outlook on the kyrenia mountain range.

Excellent hotel but in front of main road.

Had a good night’s sleep there despite all the shortcomings such as terrible to no wi-fi and mediocre hygiene! The bed sheets were nice and clean but the toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned before me. There was the shaving gilette of the previous guest and some hair on the wall of the bathroom.

We have stayed at the 'MOUNTAIN VIEW HOTEL' KYRENIA, on many occasions now, and every year it seems to get better with age. A really lovely, friendly hotel, which has been going for almost 20 years now, with many returning customers year after year, it shows you what a gem of a place this is. Cheap but really nice. Everything in one place. One is the best beach in TRNC.

The beach is cool, clean and was also not to crowded. You pay for each person 25 Turkish Lira in order to have your private space on the beach, which Is a very fair price. If you want to relax and enjoy the sun this beach is a great spot. We checked also the food on the restaurant that you can eat but we decided not to eat it. It was in our opinion too expensive and didn’t look so good.

Very happy with our stay hotel room was very clean, food was delicious even for my children. Hotel staff and pool staff couldn't be anymore friendly and helpful. Highly recommend here.

We stayed in a double room in Denizkizi Royal with a balcony overlooking the sea up to Kervan, a stunning view watching the sun rise. The chairs were a bit worn, everything else was fine. We had half board, the food was continental breakfast, so we could always find something we liked. The evening meal only had a few options but what we had was OK. Deniz Kizi and Golden Bay are adjacent to each other in an area called Karavas/Alsancak, North Cyprus. The sea is shallow and perfect for swimming. D Kizi has a lovely pool and the beach is shared with Golden Bay. Golden Bay offer nice decking on 2 tiers and a restaurant and cafe. It's a great place for a day out. It was free today, but I don't know if that's the norm.

The location is remote and the hotel is old.

It is difficult to reach without a car. But it is in a very nice location. It is in a quiet place. Since we rented a car, it was not a problem. The sheets and linens were always clean. We stayed a few times and found it clean every time. The toilets in the bathrooms are just a little old. The WC brushes should be renewed. When we went in the winter, we had a heating problem with the air conditioner...

We stayed here with 3 friends for 1 night on our trip. The room was clean, there was hot water. We stayed in a duplex room, the air conditioning was a bit insufficient for heating but it wasn't a big problem for us. We were satisfied with the price-benefit balance.

Fantastic atmosphere at the pool where you can have a pleasant breakfast at the pool after visiting the mini zoo in the botanical garden. The quality of running, service, taste, hygiene was mediocre. Go, go, enter the pool, have coffee and leave.

Cheap, basic but wonderful staff

Nice, clean and quiet place. We stayed here for two nights in August 2019 and it was a pleasant experience. Not a luxury hotel but the price is reasonable. The stuff was very kind and friendly. A nice pool where you can spend some time without much noise around. We were given one of the "bungalows" which are small two levels apartments. Nothing spectacular here but decent, clean and quiet.

Always a warm welcome. This is our 4th visit in 2 years and everyone is always helpful. Last year we went to another, more expensive hotel that was on the beach but came back to Club Alda.
