This place is easily a five-star hotel. The food, the service, and the casino are all outstanding, creating an incredible atmosphere. The staff is truly talented — bravo to the entire team.

The desserts were exceptional, honestly making you wonder how this place could be anything but five stars. I visited in 2021 and just realized I never left a review, so I felt it was well deserved. I truly hope to visit again one day.

Been there for sunday open buffet brunch. The location is a bit inconvenient. Even though there is parking, the fact that the road is one‑way makes the entrance difficult. The hotel itself is luxurious and stylishly decorated. We had previously been to the Sunday open‑buffet brunch at their other hotel, Chamada Prestige, many times, and considering the price, the variety and quality there were incredibly good, we always left very satisfied. Unfortunately, this place offers roughly half the options for the same price, so we couldn’t feel the same level of satisfaction. I recently stayed at Chamada Hotel in Girne and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, and very clean, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

The facilities are excellent — the pool is spacious and relaxing. The food was also impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options at every meal.

The location is convenient and offers a nice balance between being close to the city and still feeling like a relaxing getaway.

From the minute we arrived till we left the service was excellent from valet to chef all amazing breakfast buffet outstanding carers for all tastes would have been 5 out 5 but for a couple of easy problems to solve in our suite amazing atmosphere all round big shout out for all reception staff

Greeted by Mehdi who spoke good English. Excellent massage, a free Hamam given, friendly staff. A good value hotel for 4 star in the heart of town walking distance to the shops and restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the harbour. Good pool as well. Recommend for a spa break!!! Just remember to pack an iron. Hotel is exactly as per pictures/ modern.

We were offered a room with half board here as our original booking on Bellapais was not properly in season. The room was comfortable, super comfy beds. Lovely staff and the food for breakfast and dinner was excellent, the best and biggest selection of salads, cheese, olives pastries etc. alongside the main offerings. The best pastries I have had for a very long time. The manager Didem, Hussein on the front desk and Mrs Ozcan were all very helpful. Amazing value. We don't recognise the hotel from some of the negative reviews here.

Six of us went for a four night break the day we arrived was my birthday as we opened the door a cake with candles lit and a plate of fruit and pastries welcomed us . The hotel was very well situated and the staff very friendly . Would certainly go back again.
