Having previously stayed at the old Savoy, I was genuinely amazed by the dramatic improvements in every aspect of the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the difference was truly striking—everything from service standards to the finer details simply excelled.

The staff were exceptional: welcoming, attentive, and always going the extra mile to ensure my stay was memorable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the rooms felt both luxurious and inviting.

Dining at the Chamada was another highlight. The quality of food easily rivals top restaurants, making every meal a pleasure. The location itself is perfect—convenient, and within easy reach of everything you’d want to explore.

In short, the hotel has been completely elevated to a new standard. I can highly recommend the Chamada Girne and will absolutely be returning. If you’re searching for an upmarket experience that delivers on every level, look no further.

Reply: Then how is it possible that children aged 9–10 walked in right next to us? They themselves told us how old they were and that they always play inside. The women said they are not the ones who make the rules, yet my daughter was not allowed to enter.
So this incident needs to be investigated, because it clearly happened. There are several witnesses to this.
The staff does NOT speak English—maybe one woman did, but the others definitely did not. They are also not professionally trained, so that is not true either.

I do not recommend this place with children!

The chamada system is ridiculous. They said that my 8-year-4-month-old daughter couldn’t go in the kidsclub, But right next to her they let in the 9-10 year-olds, and they didn’t explain why they were making an exception for everyone else’s children but not ours. You can’t stay there with the younger kids either. The animators don’t speak English, yet they expect us to trust them with the little ones. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The chamada is not child-friendly at all, no matter how much they advertise it as such. The beautiful kids club will remain empty.
The children are not allowed to use the indoor pools either. At the hotel they prioritize only those who are very wealthy. They push others aside when such guests arrive. After the kids weren’t allowed to play in the kids club, we went up to the lobby. Then they threw us out.
I do not recommend it. The bus to the beach only runs once an hour. This is not a good system either.

I have been recently at Chamada Prestige restaurant with my family. My first time and I was amazed about the place, food and service. Beautiful experience that i recomend to everyone who is coming to North Cyprus. The fish was stunning! I loved it. Thank you.

We booked the hotel last minute we booked the last available room and it was not very pleasant. Firstly the construction was not finished inside the hotel we woke to the sound of hammering on Saturday morning at 9:00. There was a very long walk from reception to the rooms. Room service menu was very limited and the food was not good. Staff don't speak much English and due to language barrier couldn't understand basic requests. Breakfast did not meet expectation of other 5 star hotels. With this price there are much better options available in Girne like Merit and Kaya Plazzo.
