Stayed at this hotel for one night, very good price and location however do not expect good service. Breakfast was okay, very rude staff and do not like to solve problems. Good hotel to crash for night or two but thats all.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, with wonderful friendly welcoming staff. Great rooms with fantastic views. Very nice facilities. Fantastic breakfast options.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've been to so many countries and hotels around the world! The breakfasts were absolutely terrible! If you want to keep your stomach healthy, eat outside the hotel! I don't recommend this hotel!

We stayed in Olivia palm last week and we had a great experience. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

It’s a cheap hotel, so don’t expect the Ritz. The room was clean, the air con was cold. The bathroom was lovely, great water pressure.
The staff members were nice - the receptionist falsely told me a taxi he organised would take card…which meant driving around Kyrenia in the middle of the night for an ATM to pay the driver.
It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the town, and even shorter walk to some nice restaurants.

We have had an amazing time staying at this lovely hotel with my husband and my friends. Super close to the Girne Harbour (walking distance). The owner and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very cute and the rooms are lovely. I love the balconies and the rooftop pool! Totally recommended!

Staff are great , and very helpful and friendly, myself , wife and 2 girls have enjoyed it, its in a great location to explore by foot, with buses and taxis within 5 min walk, the same goes for the harbour and town centre, its got shops nearby and everything you need ,a clean base to explore from..This is not a resort type hotel , but has a pool , and is a great place to explore from ,and breakfast included

Had a wonderful stay at Olivia Palm hotel.
In my option it really should be rated a 4 star for it achievements in all round services. You’re greeted by Duyagor
and Husain on reception who do there very best to assist your every need.
The rooms are a good size with a amazing roof top pool with views over looking the Mediterranean and the harbour.
The breakfast are plentiful and good quality.
Restaurant Quality / price of bar are in my opinion good value and definitely worth a try .
Just a couple of worthy pointers?
No tea or coffee facilities in bedrooms. Bed Frame / mattress could do with upgrading.
Unformed staff would help identify and look more even professional.

Service at this hotel was absolutely terrible and the staff are inexperienced. The son and father of this hotel are not professional at all and have no experiencing talking to customers. I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anybody.

Very good, clean spacious rooms, air-con is fantastic/ very good location to the harbour/ the roof pool is very good/ the lift is good/all staff are very nice and attentive helpful and try as much as they can! The wifi is good, I’ve seen some people reviews not happy with it but has been very good for me and inside the room. The view is lovely and enjoy sitting on balcony(We booked for sea view). Breakfast is nice too, love the macchiato in the coffee machine. They helped us hire a car too and made it easy for us! Close to beaches (escape beach/ shayna/ acapulo water park) I love it here and will look forward to coming back!
