When we come to northern Cyprus we always stay at the pia bella hotel excellent hotel very good staff we think this is the best hotel

Worst hotel you would ever stay in between a 1 start b&b to this hotel the b&b would be cleaner! Pia Bella hotel is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever come across in many countries I’ve been to not only dirty but the staff have attitude problems and the pool looked like a swamp half the time! The only decent thing I can think of in this hotel was how quick I could check out at the end!
Also my man man îsmail who not only was the hardest worker in the building was also an amazing kind hearted person!
He deserves better then a dirty run down once amazing hotel so if u read this îsmail apply to merit or lords palace !

Pia Bella is a nice hotel with extremely friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable, clean and with a beautiful view on the garden and the pool. Good breakfast and Dinner. In particular, I would like to highlight the exceptional courtesy of the two wonderful employees KATYA ❤ and AHMED ❤ who worked tirelessly hard every night for our comfort and pleasant atmosphere. Katya and Ahmed definitely brightened us up every night with positive energy and laughter. Of all the catering workers we met on our visit to northern Cyprus - Katya and Ahmed are rated with 5 *****. I hope the Management of Hotel appreciates their contributions which helps make guests really feel at home. I am certainly coming with my family & friends to Pia Bella next year again.
