Hotels with kitchen in room in Larnaka

Everything was absolutely faultless, a perfect stay. The room was spacious, comfy and spotlessly clean either beautiful sea view. Staff were excellent and very helpful and the breakfast was incredible! The location is great and I recommend getting a massage in the fitness centre. Would absolutely stay here again.

The room was super clean, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing!!! Many choices of cheese, eggs, meat option and even fish option. We were very happy with that! Thank you :)

Central location in front of the marina. Abundant and varied breakfast of high standard. Friendly staff. Check-in and check-out from the hotel were quick.

Lovely room, friendly staff, and a wonderful breakfast. Great location - close to lots of fun shops, dinner options, buses, and the beach!

The location is excellent, right next to the seaside promenade, and close to both the Intercity long-distance bus station and the Larnaca bus station. It offers convenient access to dining, entertainment, and public transportation to surrounding cities and the airport. However, the front desk staff were rather indifferent.

The room was small and the cleanliness was so-so.

There are no restaurants or supermarkets within 200 meters, but it's not far from the beach, a 10-20 minute walk. There are quite a few seafood restaurants by the sea, and they're quite tasteful. The breakfast at this place is pretty good, much better than what you'd find at a BW in the US.

Very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.location is very ideal .

Great hotel, very friendly staff. The heated pool is a very nice feature.

Good location close to transportation, airport tour attractions, sea, resturants, Clean hotel , good breakfast, very nice service , good reception staff

Great hotel - minutes from the Larnaka embankment, warm pool, nice breakfast and helpful staff

It's a little small, but it's the only room we could manage for a family of three. It's not far from the airport and the business district, and it's very convenient for visiting the salt flats and mosques.

A very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything needed. Unfortunately you could feel the smell from the restraurants downstairs. The breakfast was basic but tasty. It has a very nice sea view!

Generally, location and hygiene of cleaners does that this hotel have a 5 star review from us. However bad smell from toilet, useless wifi , constantly same breakfast and also poor menu are things that must be improved!

The hotels location is very good and the view is on the beach. Unfortunately there is a huge noise in the morning doors closing and opening and you can hear all inside. Although toilet looks new but there is a little sewage smell if the exhaust fan is not open. The breakfast is normal. So I think it is overpriced. Staff are nice.

The hosts did everything they could to make us feel comfortable, even if we caused a little inconvenience. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is excellent, the room service ladies are also very nice. We felt great. We really appreciate all the kindness. If I could, I would give it a 6 rating.

I had a really great birthday stay here with my family, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Especially Mr.Mario and Leanna. The location was probably the best! Right in the middle of the promenade, everything was literally downstairs, caffe nero , bars , restaurants, sushi. Everything you need!

This hotel may be basic but it does the job. If you want the beach, it’s well located. If you want decent air conditioning, a reasonable bed and a shower it’s got all of those. If you want a breakfast that caters for most needs then it hits that button too. The staff aren’t particularly interactive or friendly whether that be on reception, at breakfast or cleaning/maintenance which is a shame as that...

Unforgettable experience lovely 🤩

It's such a beautiful apartment overlooking the beach and sea with amazing views

Lot of space end you have everything in the apartment.

Beautiful view, close to the small port, bars and restaurants.

Good service and good price and friendly service

I can honistley say it is good value convenient to larnica very friendly totally recommend it yours faithfully Steve boardman

Good value. Small kitchenette which is handy. Aircon is noisy and not great.

Nothing too fancy, but given the fact that they require such a little amount of money, it is more than enough to have fun around Larnaca ☺️ Highly recommended

I accept that this hostel may have some problems, but if you are lucky and pay more you can stay in a single room. But don't choose the one which is close to the main road. It is a busy road and you can't sleep at night because of the traffic. It has free WiFi, you can rent a bike, you can take a shower etc. What else?

I had nice stay in this hostel, great balcony, big terrace on the top. Soon I will be enjoying the time again. Owner is also very friendly and nice.

Spacious, tady and comfortable stay. I was here in December, there were warm blankets, clean place. It is a hostel but also has private rooms with shared facilities. It is good value for money (I paid 28 euros, 2 people, 1 night, private room).

Decent kitchen (reasonably big and priced breakfast was served next door), solid showers, and good common areas (terrace needs some work because it’s a shame to neglect it) and nice staff. The dorms, however, are inadequate. The beds are OK enough but the rooms badly need more sockets, lockers, and some personalising.

It serves its purpose - sleep, take a shower, go out - so you can't exactly give a bad review for that. Everything was exactly as described. It's actually pretty nice place to stay for 1-2 days, I wouldn't recommend it for longer. Just keep in mind that literally every other hostel in Cyprus offers more for the same price. Host is not helpful, he'd rather not talk to you at all since he doesn't really...

Quiet and calm apartaments with seaview. Very clean and well prepared for guests. Great location with good restaurants nearby. There are also two parking places.

We had a fantastic week at Themis. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to be self catering. Bed was nice and comfy and aircon in the room was great. The view was great as the beach was over the road. Nice and quiet and a bus stop right outside if you needed it. We will definitely come back to this apartment when we next come to Cyprus. Thank you for your hospitality Pantelis. From...

Had a great stay,it was very clean, the owner was very helpful and friendly ☺️ location was quite with a busstop in front to Larnaca city.Had everything we need for a few days of vacation 💖

Great service! Convenient location: close to bus stops, close to grocery stores and daily necessities as well. Optics store with wonderful owners. Highly recommend!

Beautiful! The owners are some of the sweetest and most hospitable people I have ever met. The apartment itself was very clean and well decorated, and the location is very convenient. Extremely close to the port, so good if you are Island hopping. Has a beach walking distance, and within 15 minutes from the top attractions of Kefalonia. The owners were also very honest and helpful when we had left...

Perfect host, perfect place. The apartment has a very good and pozitive vibe. Love it here! Thanks to the host!

A nice place to stay for 2 nights but the shower doesn’t work properly.

Perfect location, very good breakfast, great hospitality

Exceptional breakfast. Room was small. Could use some shelves for clothes. Very friendly and helpful property Owners. Access street is under construction. Otherwise very enjoyable stay and we will consider staying there again.

Very nice hotel with delicious breakfast.

Nikos and his wife were excellent hosts, took time to care for their guests and make sure they were good. The area around the hotel is still under construction but the hotel itself is excellent. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Art & Wine Boutique Hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a few steps from Finikoudes Beach. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help – we felt truly welcomed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh...

The room was clean and it’s in a great location. Center of town, near the beach, and near a lot of shopping. You can walk anywhere from this location.

The room was fine. We had to wait a long time to get in the room .

The communication was great with the owners. The facility was nice and affordable. We loved the ability to walk to everything.

Great location and nice host but the room would have needed some renovation. There was a smell that was attached to all our clothes.

The location is wonderful. A few minutes walk from the beach . The costumer service has deteriorated . The pillows were quite old, we had to bed for coffee and sugar. Last time it was wonderful, they were so generous and nice. We won’t come back anymore

The hotel has a great location (you can see the Church of St. Lazarus from the windows), there are many shops, restaurants, cafes, and the embankment nearby. But the hotel is very quiet. The room is spacious and cozy, has everything you need: a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishes. There are sun loungers in the courtyard near each room. There is no reception, you need to contact the owner to...

Great location near beach, city, restaurants and fortress. Clean and very beautiful apartment. Host very friendly and helpful. Highly Recommend

Very nice place to stay in Larnaca, I will come once more if I back there

A bit weird location, above a pub and into a dark alley. Reception very kind and helpful. Rooms vary much depending on your luck as not all are shown on pictures. There is a strange hot water boosting system. They charge for unwashed dishes. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also clean. There is no shampoo. There are a hair dryer and an iron.

It was almost last minute booking and not many other options were available so for that price I was expecting an average room but I got a full apartment instead. It consists living room with a sofa, TV and dining table, further, there is a fully equipped kitchen followed by a bathroom and bed room with a comfortable bed and ba ig wardrobe. It is located in the heart of the old part of Larnaca, all...

Absolute value for money. Located 3 mins walk from the finikoudes beach and bus stop (airport bus as well as intercity bus) . Clean and basic rooms. Good air conditioning. Secure and has a place to keep luggage if need. We left our charger before going to Paphos and collected it when we got back to larnaca. Also the lady at the reception helped us with giving details prior to reaching the hotel and...

The biggest plus point of this place is the great location. The coastline is 350 meters away and near the historical center of Larnaca. Very friendly and polite staff. Comfortable beds with a moderately hard mattress. From the minuses: poor soundproofing, no place to dry things. A few nights lacked a blanket, it was cool. For my money it is an excellent option.

Our stay at Lordos Beach was great once again, thank you very much! The staff is consistently very friendly and helpful, the hotel's location is uniquely beautiful (right by the sea), the breakfast is very diverse, etc. We are already really looking forward to our next visit! 🥰🤗

Not bad at all. Being off season, some things were not usable, but to be expected

I wanted to give this hotel a higher score as the location, room and bathroom was lovely, however, the walls between the rooms were somewhat thin, I could hear the family next door when they were just having normal conversations. Luckily it wasn’t a busy period so I can’t imagine what it’ll be like if you had neighbours on either side. I also found out that if you managed to bag a good deal with trip...

The hotel was good enough for a 4 star hotel. But the rooms are not sound proof. We heard lots of noise from downstairs at the first night. And very loud music playing next door after midnight. I had to report to the receptionist cos it’s impossible to sleep. The music stopped 10 minutes after I complained. The breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

We enjoyed our stay . Nice wide room. Very comfortable. Nice and very helpful team.

Perfect breakfast, clean beach, very nice hotel

Highly impressed, you had everything needed in the room, very modern room, great bed, entertainment all you could wish for, staff super attentive and couldn't do enough for us,I would definitely recommend this hotel apartment for anyone wishing to stay in the centre of larnaca

Very nice room, kitchenette, kettle, cute bathroom, and clean towels every day of the stay. Wifi wasn't very good, kept stopping and reloading, glad i had a phone plan for the stay. Very frustrating to watch tv that keeps stopping. But everything else was very nice. There was construction right across the street, and the whole road is out of use. (Taxi cant come up to the building) they did give...

We had an extremely pleasant stay here. The staff was super helpful, the host was always available to help us with anything including getting around advice or bookings. The streets around are indeed under construction at the moment but this is something out of the host’s control. They’re trying their best to minimize the discomfort offering complimentary earplugs. Anyways, there’s no working during...

The location of the hotel is fairly good for Larnaca—if you’re planning to stay in the city, it works well. The room was tidy, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, we did have a serious issue: while we were using the kitchen sink, the hot water pipe burst and flooded half the hallway in our room. We tried to call for help immediately, but no one answered the phone. We had to...

It was well priced, but unfortunately, the location was noisy. Building work started at 7.15, and I wasn't told when I booked. view taken from balcony

The best hotel in all of Larnaca! I was hosted in a very nice room on the last floor with a view of the whole city! I loved spending my nights on the terrace with friends! If you ever go to this hotel, ask for room 601!

Very good location, 5 min from the beach, the restaurants, the shops & the bus station to go to other cities. Spacious, clean, quiet, with a nice balcony. Has all you need, from kitchen utensils if planning to cook, towels, WiFi etc. The host was lovely and welcomed me 10 minutes after I booked for 3 days. Had a great stay & and all my requests were fulfilled by them, with a good communication &...

Absolutely loved our stay in LarnacaThe location is perfect , just steps away from the beautiful sea and beach, which made our mornings and evenings truly special. The accommodation was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. Service was efficient and professional throughout. Overall, excellent value for money , would definitely recommend...

I was there more than two years ago and enjoyed it greatly. The staff were very warm. Hotel is near the beach. Next to a fun shop where my friends and I bought funk pops! In the video there is a wall of colourful window shutters, which I think adds to the charm of this hotel. In the evenings we could listen to music playing (live, I think). I enjoyed it very much and when there is a possibility, I...

This hotel is a very good fit in terms of price/comfort. I really high recommend this one to everyone who visit Larnaca. Just 5 minutes near the sea, many bars, stores and cafes near. Rooms are cozy and have everything needed for a traveler. Service is also on high level. You won’t regret staying here!

A great venue with the nicest staff. Staying there in all my frequent visits to larnaca. Clean, spacious rooms and a great location to get everywhere. Having a spacious balcony is great and many shops and restaurants close by and a great restaurant right in the building.

Very central close to beach, bars, restaurants etc. The rooms are spacy but very old and could use a good renovation. Especially the matresses need to be changed. Not very clean, just the basics were cleaned. Lots of noise comes from the taverna below. Friendly owners.

I stayed this place for 5 nights and it was nothing short of excellent. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. Eleni the host was highly efficient, very hardworking and genuinely caring for people staying. I requested cleaning in the middle of my stay and it was done extremely well. Location wise this is a very peaceful part of Larnaca with a couple of supermarkets and a number of restaurants...

This hotel has very low prices for a overnight. My wife and I got a apartment with view to the street and we could see a part of the sea. We enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant which was nice with atmosphere. And we have 2 good nights. Well, it's an older hotel, and if it gets a makeover, it will be a perfect stay for everyone.

I will come to these hotel apartments everytime I come back here. Clean, great location, good food and cafe with bar, full continental breakfast for small fee extra. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Elaine and her husband are sweet, professional and considerate, the handyman, paneyourti (excuse the spelling) and I became fast friends. The staff is multi lingual and accommodating. It...

Spacious and quiet, host was 10/10 Good price, easy access Recommend it

Good location. Room is simple, service is basic. Kitchen isn't very eqipped. The breakfast is tasty, fresh and plentiful.

5 stars for the hospitality of our new friend Stathis 😉

Normal place to stay for a couple of days

Clean and well-equipped rooms. Possibility of picking up the key from the cafe in the building. Good prices. The apartment is 20 minutes walk from the main boulevard and the beach.

There is everything for living and recreation. Shops nearby! The beach is 20 minutes walk. If you take a car, you can see all the beauties of Cyprus. Elena is a very responsive and kind person. The girl working in the bar upon arrival treats you for free whatever you want, be it beer or water! We are delighted! 😁👍

Just stayed one night for next day flight but enjoyed a totally charming experience. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, had a great night’s sleep. Svetlana and Sotia at reception could not have been more helpful and caring. Place has a very warm and friendly vibe, enjoyed chatting with older lady cleaning floor who has been there since it opened in 1980 and was happy to share the history. The...

I wanted an accomodation directly on the beach. Nothing else was important. The apartment has a little kitchen, fridge, everything is okay.

This hotel is in the perfect location. It was very clean. It could use some updating. There is a two burner stove top, but not pits, pans or cooking utensils. There is only shared public parking . The staff was very friendly. This hotel is a wonderful place to stay for a very reasonable price.

Spacious, clean rooms with very nice view. Well equipped, but from the kitchen the pots are missing, maybe you can get from the reception I didn’t try to get them. Bit dated, but only a road separates from the beach. The town-center is 30 minutes walk. I enjoyed my stay. A/C superb, wi-fi strong, view astonishing.

Good place to stay. Nice location on seaside. Many nice restaurant to eat out around. Clean nice hotel apartment.

I really thought this place was great. Very nice room, spacious and comfortable. There was a small kitchen too. We ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed the food and the lovely sitting area. It is right across the street from the beach where there a lounge chairs to sit it. A very pretty area and close to the airport.
