My stay at the hotel was mostly good — the room was clean and the reception staff were really helpful and lovely. The only downside was how noisy the neighbors were, which made it hard to relax. Overall, a decent stay but the noise was a big issue.

Good location close to the airport, the hotel can help with taxis reasonably

Everything was absolutely faultless, a perfect stay. The room was spacious, comfy and spotlessly clean either beautiful sea view. Staff were excellent and very helpful and the breakfast was incredible! The location is great and I recommend getting a massage in the fitness centre. Would absolutely stay here again.

Central location in front of the marina. Abundant and varied breakfast of high standard. Friendly staff. Check-in and check-out from the hotel were quick.

The location is excellent, right next to the seaside promenade, and close to both the Intercity long-distance bus station and the Larnaca bus station. It offers convenient access to dining, entertainment, and public transportation to surrounding cities and the airport. However, the front desk staff were rather indifferent.

I had nice stay in this hostel, great balcony, big terrace on the top. Soon I will be enjoying the time again. Owner is also very friendly and nice.

Spacious, tady and comfortable stay. I was here in December, there were warm blankets, clean place. It is a hostel but also has private rooms with shared facilities. It is good value for money (I paid 28 euros, 2 people, 1 night, private room).

Decent kitchen (reasonably big and priced breakfast was served next door), solid showers, and good common areas (terrace needs some work because it’s a shame to neglect it) and nice staff. The dorms, however, are inadequate. The beds are OK enough but the rooms badly need more sockets, lockers, and some personalising.

It serves its purpose - sleep, take a shower, go out - so you can't exactly give a bad review for that. Everything was exactly as described. It's actually pretty nice place to stay for 1-2 days, I wouldn't recommend it for longer. Just keep in mind that literally every other hostel in Cyprus offers more for the same price. The hotel has good location, in the downtown, in front of the beach. The room was clean, but needs renovation, the furniture is old, especially the kitchen part.  No tooth paste and brush, no sandals.  The stuff was nice and helpful, especially the young man - smiling and king. 

This was my second time here, and I'm happy with it. I recommend this place.

I had a really great birthday stay here with my family, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Especially Mr.Mario and Leanna. The location was probably the best! Right in the middle of the promenade, everything was literally downstairs, caffe nero , bars , restaurants, sushi. Everything you need!

This hotel may be basic but it does the job. If you want the beach, it’s well located. If you want decent air conditioning, a reasonable bed and a shower it’s got all of those. If you want a breakfast that caters for most needs then it hits that button too. "city view" is a view of the garbage bins. Great location, but not at all spectacular. Also, hot water must be turned on for two hours before it is available. Even so, it ran out quickly at times.

Stayed for 8 days great hotel very nice staff, room looks remodeled very clear and everything seemed new, I got a room on the 6 floor amazing view of all the coast, good location right on the center where all the restaurants and shops are, just dont forget that in cyprus they drive like in England if you wanted to rent a car

Tried the restaurant in June and found it very good. The potato chips were exceptionally tasty & crispy (from real potatoes). If you visit this place please ask for the fish of the day (usually it is fresh tuna).

Staff very attentive and helpful with any requests. Room very clean with good facilities. Whilst not central to beach /old town, not too far and there were local shops/bars if required. Hotel in a reasonably quiet area with low traffic noise.

I have stayed for a week in this hotel. The location is fantastic and the room is been done since I stayed ladt year. Excellent job,and better than travelodge in England. Over all fantastic experience and I recommend this hotel,and also a very good price.

One night stay, easy communication, big room, everything was good. 15-20 minute walk from city center, 10 min walk to Central Bus station, which is useful for Airport transport. We had room that is on the street, there is traffic, but it was not too loud for us. Great price/quality ratio.

Stavros and his team offer a warm friendly and helpful service. I stayed for 2 weeks in October on a business and leisure trip. Their 4th floor apartment renovations are beautiful, spacious, clean and everything new. The shower was awesome - lots of hot water and strong pressure, I would love this shower back at home! My only suggestion to improve would be to provide a small microwave in the kitchen...

Very helpful friendly staff, decently sized spacious rooms. Nice small pool. Fresh towels provided, good regular room cleaning. Only negative- main road can be abit noisy in the early hours, but i still slept great. For the value it's a pretty good hotel.

The best hotel in all of Larnaca! I was hosted in a very nice room on the last floor with a view of the whole city! I loved spending my nights on the terrace with friends! If you ever go to this hotel, ask for room 601!

This apartment is between two entertainment areas and many beaches along the waterfront. It's great that it has free parking. The area is quiet. We lived walking to different places with 15 minutes

Just a beautiful nice safe and peaceful spot where solo women and even children walk at night without a care in the world with nice views set back one street away from long promenade. Only 50M of pleasant local houses between you and the sea. A bit like Sitges and how old Nice or Toulon were. Too many cats! The hotel was good enough for a 4 star hotel. But the rooms are not sound proof. We heard lots of noise from downstairs at the first night. And very loud music playing next door after midnight. I had to report to the receptionist cos it’s impossible to sleep. The music stopped 10 minutes after I complained. The breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

A bit weird location, above a pub and into a dark alley. Reception very kind and helpful. Rooms vary much depending on your luck as not all are shown on pictures. There is a strange hot water boosting system. They charge for unwashed dishes. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also clean. There is no shampoo. There are a hair dryer and an iron.

The biggest plus point of this place is the great location. The coastline is 350 meters away and near the historical center of Larnaca. Very friendly and polite staff. Comfortable beds with a moderately hard mattress. From the minuses: poor soundproofing, no place to dry things. A few nights lacked a blanket, it was cool. For my money it is an excellent option.

I wanted an accomodation directly on the beach. Nothing else was important. The apartment has a little kitchen, fridge, everything is okay.

This hotel is in the perfect location. It was very clean. It could use some updating. There is a two burner stove top, but not pits, pans or cooking utensils. There is only shared public parking . The staff was very friendly. This hotel is a wonderful place to stay for a very reasonable price.

Spacious, clean rooms with very nice view. Well equipped, but from the kitchen the pots are missing, maybe you can get from the reception I didn’t try to get them. I really thought this place was great. Very nice room, spacious and comfortable. There was a small kitchen too. We ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed the food and the lovely sitting area. It is right across the street from the beach where there a lounge chairs to sit it. A very pretty area and close to the airport.
