The pools and spa area are excellent and perfect for relaxation. The food was tasty with a good variety, and everything was well organized. Even during the winter season, the atmosphere was calm, cozy and very pleasant.
Perfect choice for couples and anyone looking for a relaxing and high quality holiday. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back.

Breakfast was more than adequate. Piano bar had no pianist and a basic food menu consisting of pizza and burgers but well cooked.

We can thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Room service feels cheap — bottled water is only provided on the first day, and after that you have to buy your own. For a 5-star hotel, this is unacceptable.
The breakfast buffet is very low quality: no omelets, no nuts (which my kids eat daily), artificial-tasting juice, and no oat milk for coffee. You also have to queue for your own coffee instead of being served at the table. Dinner is equally poor, and many guests end up eating outside the hotel, which says everything.
On top of that, the restaurant staff made the experience uncomfortable for families. We have a one-year-old and a two-year-old, and staff kept cleaning under our table every few minutes while we were still eating. They even commented that it’s “not nice to have food under the table,” which felt insulting and completely inappropriate in a family-friendly hotel. No apology was given.
When my kids couldn’t eat the breakfast food, I tried to take two small sandwiches for them, and the staff refused. Combined with the kids club being closed, it made things even more inconvenient for families.
The spa and massage services are truly excellent and the only part of the stay that feels 5-star.
Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its spa, rooms, and location, but the restaurant quality and staff attitude fall far below 5-star standards. With major improvements to dining and family service, this could be a much better hotel.
I would like to give a special mention to Georgia at reception, who absolutely made my stay. Her professionalism, efficiency, and great sense of humour turned what could have been an ordinary check in into a genuinely enjoyable experience. For me, these three qualities - professionalism, speed, and humour, are what amount to excellent customer service, and Georgia has them all.
Highly recommend Adams Beach Hotel, and I will definitely be returning in November!
Yes, the room is ok and housekeeping is good.
This wing is a joke! The restaurant is closed. We went for breakfast and it’s like world war three. So load with workers and people seems loose manners. It’s not nice! I travel a lot but never experienced like this!
Sorry! For you guys that want relax! Don’t book this!
