Thalassines Beach Villas in Ayia Napa

Where do I start with this review that I would give 100 stars if I could.....we booked this venue as wanted a private intimate beach wedding and booked without ever seeing it and we picked right. From the start communication was excellent any questions were answered no matter how big or small and in a timely manner. We went to see the venue a few days before the wedding day and instantly upon walking in we knew we had picked the perfect place. I was extremely anxious beforehand that everything went to plan and Elena instantly upon meeting her put our minds at ease, she is a true gem and professional. I left our initial meeting feeling relaxed and so happy with our choice. On the wedding day itself everything was how I had dreamed it would be and so much more. The staff, the food, the venue, the drinks it was all magical. For anyone wanting a beach wedding in Cyprus please pick here you will not be disappointed. We want to relive the whole thing again it was just the best. Elena thank you from the bottom of our heart for giving us and our guest the most special day that none of us will ever forget. We stayed at Thalassines Villas in Ayia Napa for a family holiday and had two beachfront villas — it was absolutely brilliant! The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing by the sea. The villas were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A special mention to the two lovely ladies at the onsite bar/café — they were always so friendly, welcoming, and made every visit a pleasure. Also, a huge thank you to Elena at reception for her excellent service and helpfulness throughout our stay. The outdoor cinema was a great little touch aswell and the kids loved it. We loved our stay so much, we rebooked for next year while still on holiday! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Ayia Napa! Great Value for money!

We stayed at Thalassines for our wedding at the beginning of August 2025, we booked at villas in which we stayed in for a week and had our wedding planned by Thalassines and held at the venue. To start with I can only say amazing things about the holiday we had on the run up to the big day. We had three beach-front villas which all had private pools. The location of the villas is perfect, it has everything you need from a fully stocked beach bar which serves food all day (which can be eaten anywhere on the site and they'll bring it to you at the scan of a QR code!), a little shop which provides all the essentials, parking at each villa, sun loungers on the beach and at the villas, BBQs, washing facilities, and entertainment on certain nights with movies on the beach. We rented a car but honestly didn't use it other than to go to a local supermarket, we didn't want to leave the beach! The villas are lovely and clean and even the ones right on the beach had more than enough privacy, the pools are lovely (it was like a bath during the August heatwave!), there was air conditioning throughout and more than enough kitchen equipment to prepare and serve meals. The beach is amazing and the ladies running the beach bar, Christina and Lalita, went above and beyond to make the experience perfect. We spent each day relaxing with family and friends, the site is so quiet and not near any of the "party" locations. Definitley the best holiday I personally have ever had, regardless of it being the location of my wedding. The wedding. What can I say. It truly was the best day of our lives (even with it being 40 degrees). We got engaged 18 months ago and I always said I wanted to get married on a beach and after much research, we fell in love with Thalassines. I then noticed that they had a stand at The Wedding Show in Birmingham so we paid them a visit for more information. Louise and her husband were excellent and describing the day and how the planning process would work. We had the wedding booked the following week! We opted for all of their in house planning, and were probably one of the most relaxed couples when it came to how it would all work. Elena is an absolute dream to work with. Honestly, you won't be disappointed if you put your trust into her decisions and suggestions. We spend the morning of our wedding playing in the pool with our family and relaxing with cocktails (completely stress free). By 8am the tables were being set up, BBQ was being stocked, bar was being arranged, ceremony arch being decorated - they have it down to an art form! The flowers were amazing, the food was incredible, the DJ hit the vibe of the night just right, and cocktail hour eating ice cream (provided by LoveMeDo) and dancing to a saxophone and electric violin was so much fun. I have had so many people tell me it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and I wholeheartedly agree. I wouldn't have changed a thing about the day. Being able to whip off my makeup and dance

We really got so lucky with this venue, we booked this for our wedding for the stand alone reason that it has a private beach. Little did we know that this would be the most beautiful venue with staff that would do anything to make us and all of our guests have the perfect stay and wedding. The villas have everything you could need and the photos do not do the venue justice. The bar staff are friendly and always happy to accommodate requests, they deserve a medal for managing the bar over our 4 day stay. ELENA IS THE BEST! she really made sure we had the perfect wedding day and was always on hand with any questions leading up to the day with quick responses on email and suggestions that helped to make the day perfect. She actually ended up feeling like a friend and I was very emotional saying goodbye! If you are looking for the perfect venue then look no further, all of guests said it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Great food in a beautiful and relaxing environment.

We stayed at Thalassines Villas as part of our wedding booking in August 2024. We'd spent a long time trying to find places where you could get married on a private beach and it also be a legal marriage for the UK, and Thalassines Villas in Cyprus looked like the perfect location. We booked though their Secluded Weddings and from start to finish Elena was amazing at organising everything for us. We felt a little nervous booking to get married abroad at a destination we'd never visited but honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better location for us, it was perfect. We only had a small wedding, a group of 20 of us in total, and everything was just how we wanted it. The arch that we got married in front of was to the left of the resort and then it was only a tiny walk across to the reception area where we had a U-shaped table set up facing the sea which was lovely. We had a beach BBQ for the reception and the food was plentiful and delicious, and served to us really efficiently. After the food we danced the night away and loved how the setting was enhanced with fairy lights, it really made it feel magical. As part of the wedding package, we were also assigned a photographer called Alena who was brilliant. Her and her husband Kyriacos who did the videography were both super friendly and really eager to get the best photos and videos they could get for us. They had both done weddings at Thalassines multiple times so knew where to get the best shots. The villas themselves are brilliant. So spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. Ours had a rooftop terrace which we loved. Our own private pool was also amazing. The onsite small bar and shop have a selection of essentials and the staff are always friendly and eager to help including delivering food orders to the villa. Overall our stay at Thalassines Villas and our wedding was amazing. Elena really did everything she could to make our wedding day so special and our stay so perfect, but also incredibly relaxed. We'd highly recommend them as a wedding venue and a lovely place to stay. Thank you Thalassines and Elena for making our wedding day memories the most special that we have. We couldn’t have asked for more and we can’t wait to revisit in the future and relive it all!

We have just returned from Thalassines Villa after they hosted our wedding on 4th April 2024. Words can't even describe how grateful we are!!! From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, from the minute we saw it I had tears in my eyes. The staff were exceptional they did everything they could to ensure our wedding and holiday was perfect. Elena and the whole team ensured our wedding day went smoothly. The venue is absolutely beautiful, getting married on a private beach was our dream and it exceeded our expectations. The food on the wedding day was amazing!!! All our guests were blown away with the quality and quantity, that tasted delicious. The Villas were clean, and had everything we needed with a beautiful roof top bath. Having food delivered to our villa daily from the beach bar was a massive bonus, the value for money is good and selection was good. Thank you again Elena, you are a very special person that makes dreams come true!!!!

We had the most amazing stay at Thalassines Villas. Elena was supportive from the day of booking and no matter what we asked/requested she helped us immediately. The villas are beautiful and the private swimming pool was just the perfect size. My favourite part was to be able just to stroll to the beach anytime. There’s a little shop and beach bar for lazy days. Supermarket and amazing restaurants near by. We had a perfect week as a family here and will definitely return

Our wedding at Thalassines was perfect. We had a small, intimate wedding with 10 guests - the venue is ideal for a relaxed and scenic day. I had been speaking to Louise monthly for over a year prior to our wedding day and can safely say anything I needed to know, any advice or queries, were replied to within 24 hours. Once we arrived, Louise was so welcoming and made sure we were at ease, taking care of any and all requests we had. On the day she ensured we were relaxed, chilled out and both herself and the team at Thalassines made sure it was a beautiful day. The beach is naturally stunning, and our bbq mezze after was delicious. The best moussaka we’ve ever had! Our wedding cake was perfect too. We opted against having a DJ on the night and instead wanted to play our own playlist, Louise made sure a speaker was available asap. Along with the wedding day, during our stay we were treated with such love and care by the entire team. Thoughtful touches were added - like a couple of drinks while we sorted paperwork, to a bottle and fresh pastries brought to us the morning after the wedding. The villas are also lovely - we stayed for four nights in total. They are beautifully simple in style which we loved, incredibly spacious, with good sized rooms and bathrooms. The pool and outdoor areas were perfect for our families to socialise in before and after the wedding. Louise and Elena are the dream team! Christina is lovely and welcoming. We felt so loved and like we were the only ones there for the duration of our stay. We want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Thalassines and Secluded Weddings. The day and our stay surpassed any expectations we had. It truly felt like a home away from home and we will be back! X
