I ordered from King of toys online some gifts for a birthday party. I paid for a home delivery. The order hasn't arrived on time and I was for 2 days calling every day their customer support who were lying about the delivery and not helpful at all. If you need your order on time avoid ordering from this store!

Be aware, this shop doesn't give you money back if you want to return their product. They only offer exchange or a gift voucher. I was very disappointed by this service, when I was trying to return the goods after 1 week of purchase (and I even didn't touch the package, they were as new as the day I got them from the store), but shop assistants said they never give money back and one lady even tried to convince me that no store in Cyprus do money refund, what is total nonsense, many stores allow it if the product is still new and not used. They promised their manager/owner to call me back the next day to discuss this situation and even wrote down my details, but it never happened. So now I'm stuck with their gift voucher instead of my money and honestly I don't have any desire to get something from them or buy again.

Please, don't lie to me. Nobody explained me that you're going to issue a voucher. A shop assistant simply gave me a receipt and only after that I asked how I'll get my money back, because I was sure you automatically do a refund to my bank account, as all normal shops do.

I'm pretty sure it's always possible, just for some reason you didn't want to do it.

Besides I checked your website return policy and it clearly states that you have a refund option (the screenshot attached).
If you have different options then you need to clearly communicate to a customer about the return policy when they make a purchase. I remember a lady in the store put a store sticker to one of my purchases and told me I can return it even without a receipt, so I was pleasantly surprised with this option and didn't even think you wouldn't do a refund.
