Nice apartment with a fair price. Some kitchem equiment was broken, but the staff replaced it promptly. There is a nice pool with olive trees that provide shade which is very welcome. Nothing to complain about. It was a bit surprising that the shampoo dispenser advertised himalayan cedar scent but the product inside smelled like bubble gum

Recommend some friends for dinner at Karas. Service atrocious. Waiter not interested. Could not wait to get them out. Very bad experience. Would never recommend the place again.

Best place in Kapparis, we been coming back here for many years now and the food is amazing, but what makes it more special is the way all the staff and the family who own the restaurant treat you as a customer, and that above everything else is the most important factor for a successful business to run like Karas.

24.01.2026 Retreat

Stay away unless you want to get ripped off. I had a bad experience here at Karas. Food not great. Service is not what it could be. No communication between the team, wrong orders were coming out, not what we ordered, and it was slow. I'm greek Cypriot and heard staff mourning about customers in Greek, great tourist trap. Will not be going back.

28.10.2025 Travel

The restaurant had a friendly atmosphere telling the roots of the tavern with photos on the walls, trophies and other details. Also, the staff was welcoming .

We ordered calamari for starters and for our main course, we had sea brim, octopus, the pork souvlaki and the swordfish. Unfortunately, the food did not reflect the rich flavours of the sea. It was unseasoned and lacking flavour…thus, leaving room for improvement. The prices were also a bit high.

However, we had a sweet surprise at the end of meal being served some cut up marmalade.

Could of been better, needs a complete refurb, , great location to beaches and restaurants, apartment was very tired, grubby out tide furniture, one bowl in cupboard and few plates, 3 mugs one of them cracked, one saucepan , friendly staff

5 out of 5 because my wife Pauline and I loved it here. We couldn’t find fault in anything at all. All staff worked so hard in all areas of the complex. The cleaners!! Wow! How do they manage in this heat! And of course our favourite hang out, the Lazy Lemon poolside bar. Spent a lot of our time there getting to know the locals and what a great bunch they were, especially the staff. Thank you. Jason and Pauline Hunt.

A facility for undemanding people. Good English breakfast in the Pig restaurant. Due to the low temperature of 18 degrees in February we did not use the pool.

Excellent value for money. Great location for hiking enthusiasts. Nice venues.

Excellent value for money close to the beach
We had such a great time for very little money! It’s like a gift. The host is extremely helpful and friendly!
