Concorde Tower & Casino & Convention & Spa Hotel

I just been roof top restorant, The hotel is very new and very clean. The staff are very uneducate! It is very clear that there is insufficient staff. For example they can easly train their staf how to serve and behuve, their staff can not speaking good enough english which is a necessity anyehere in turisim sector specially for 5 star hotel.
The location is good and easy to access hotel.

The hotel is almost brand new and very good. The staff are wonderful all the way from the reception to the restaurants and to the facilities. Among those are Nurcan and Yunus Emre. For example, you're always greeted by Nurcan with a warm smile in the morning and afternoon whenever you eat, and Yunus is a great help. The Roof bar and lounge is a fun place to hang out and the pool is pleasant too. However, the water in the pool sometimes smells so fixing that would be a good step. Also, some of the staff mainly the reception area are not speaking good English which is a necessity for a 5 star hotel. The location is good and cleanness is shown all the time. The restaurants by the pool have great services with a good selection of nourishment. Despite everything, if the hotel's policy doesnt allow any outside food and refreshments then I suggest, to the hotel, to lay out a vending machine somewhere that provides such refreshments and snacks like crisps and chocolates. Also, Setting up two showers clearly by the pool would be a great idea for swimmers to use them before jumping into the pool. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone's preference. All the best.

Just went to the roof top bar and casino and I absolutely enjoyed it. Great night out, they hold events at the roof top bar on the weekends and the night is Live!! The casino is very lush and service is pretty good. Totally reccomend it..
