We’ve had a lovely stay here. The hotel is a series of little blocks of apartments set amongst beautifully manicured hedges and flowers. We stayed in block 34 and had the most incredible sea and pool views. The sunsets over the sea were unbelievable and a real spectacle every evening. Have just returned for our stay at Avanti Village had a wonderful time thank you to the staff and animation team! Always activities during the morning and afternoon! Just back from a fantastic 2-week stay and would definitely recommend Avanti Village, especially for families. The rooms are spacious with generous balcony space, and the beds are by far the comfiest I’ve ever experienced on holiday. Just back from a great 2 weeks at Avanti Holiday Village. Apartments are a really good size for us (2 adults & 2 children) with towels and bedding changed regularly! The apartment was clean but quite dated, the apartment facilities could also do with updating. The reception staff were consistently helpful. The area was a bit mixed, quite a few closed shops and hotels. There were always sufficient sun loungers (just), the hotel information said towels would be removed on unused loungers, but they never were.

Super resort. Good size pools for teenagers and lots of space. Great rooms, good size with lovely outside space. Air con works a treat. Restaurant serves delicious food. We are very happy with our 2 weeks here. Yes, the buildings are not in the best of state and having a car is a must, but the rooms are spacious and the kitchen well equipped and the view is amazing. Also the swimming pool is very clean and we had a great time there.

A nice secret...the place was very quiet 5km out of paphos. Staff great pool and area clean and well kept. Rooms are clean, aged a bit but perfectly serviceable. The view over the bay especially at night are breathtaking. We thought it very good value.

Great hotel stayed here for a week it was amazing experience only down side is it's located on a side so if u have a car it's great otherwise you have to use a taxi service as it's bit far to travel by walk to shops or anywhere else. Super apartment for the 28 euro/night. Our apartment had a super view if the city and sea. You need a car to get there, not sure any busses go. Room is fairly clean and there was always hot water for shower. Sure the rooms are used and not perfect. Depending on the price you get very recommended.

While sitting in our room at around 9pm, someone used their key to open our door and enter. After going to reception we found out the receptionist gave the new guest OUR rooms spare key. We then have to ask that receptionist for every one of our rooms spare keys because the kids got really scared. In one of our rooms, only two of the electric hobs were working which was inconvenient. We went to cyprus to attend a wedding at another hotel but it was out of our budget so booked this. Good price for all inclusive and the photos looked decent. arrived on the 21st june for 10 nights we stayed in a 1 bed apartment 201 .the apartment complex is very clean and tidy aswell as the rooms which are cleaned everyday a large pool and plenty of sunbeds .the staff were amazing always there to help and very friendly. Everything about this place is functional, it just works. If your looking for somewhere not to expensive but close to all amenities then trust me this is the place. Great WiFi, free air conditioning, plenty of sunbeds and brilliant staff. Don't expect 5 star, expect homely.

Stayed at the Kefalonitis in early June. It seems to be one of the lower priced Paphos hotels with Jet2, but don't let that put you off. It's a really nice self catering hotel. Advertised an indoor pool, jaccuzi, sauna and gym on its website. The pool/ jaccuzi was one of the main reasons why we booked here. When we got there all were unavailable and looked like they hadn't been used in months. Scum on the water of the pool, scummy watermark in the empty jacuzzi, sauna locked up as was the gym. Had a good week, and they have many activities, both in the day time and in the evening, The food is fin, and the all inclusive bar god has a nice enough selection, and they don't cheap on the drinks mixing. And the bar keepers was really nice.

Lovey little hotel here in Paphos. Would definitely come here again, not too far from the beach and shopping area and has a lovely little pool. So rooms are a bit dated and the shower has a tendency to soak the whole toilet are which is very small. However our terrace and rest of the room is ideal, very quiet free parking and the beds are comfy enough. We have a full kitchen and giant fridge freezer so full range of choices. Excellent hotel for a holiday at any time of the year! Breakfast is a special respect! Very rich buffet. There are desserts, hot dishes, and fruits. There is a playground on the territory. The pool inside is heated with warm water. The only disappointment is that the sauna is for an additional fee, and hourly payment (10 euros per person per hour) and children are not allowed at all.

The hotel itself is nice, friendly staff around, nice swimming pool, family friendly environment. Still have a bit to improve as in a morning we wake up and have a cockroach in the bath. More cleaning needed in the hotelroom, however cleaners come only in every 3-4 days to clean around and change the towels. But still, don't trust their cleaning. .

I wouldn't have called an Elegant residence. They need to up there game when it comes to the apartments. Oven front was broken. Extractor fan non functional. Broken chair on balcony. The place is beautiful and calm. Great looking pool. It is not on the beach, doesnt offer free breakfast, but it is clean and simple to crash for a night on the way. The reception is not 24hrs, so make sure someone will be there if you arrive a bit late. The lady on the desk is welcoming and very nice!

We had to move rooms due to a foul smelling drain blockage. Initially the response offered was to spray room fragrance into the aircon which we were unhappy with, with a small child. The Hotel is a great place for family vacation. The rooms are suitable for families and have a small kitchen unit. It is clean and with an a/c. Every flat has a balcony, a tv and space to sit. There is a decent size pool and a restaurant with breakfast (muesli, toast, veg and fruit and a selection of hot dishes including eggs and sausage) buffet style. This place has so much potential but is massively let down by the pool and the majority of people that use it. The name 'oracle exclusive resort' suggests that the pool and all the facilities are for the sole use of the guests living or staying in the apartments but no! It's not the slightest bit exclusive at all. Infact, the owner or manager of the resort has decided to open it up to the general public...

Well....A little tired could do with some TLC. A lick of paint, sun beds renewing, the onsite kiosk has been shut this year apparently. Not a big issue for us. 10 minute walk to local small supermarket, 15 mins from old town and 30 mins from Paphos harbor.

Stayed here on numerous occasions in rented private appartments. some apartments were part of hotel however it is no longer part hotel. All apartments are now either privately owned or are long term rentals. Private owners rent their properties out and the three we have stayed in were very good. We got this place at very low discount courtesy of Google filter search :) it was a whole apartment with two big rooms, kitchen and hall. Couldnt use the swimming pool as it was off season and it was already cold. Receptionist was kind enough to wait for 1 hour more though reception closes at 5PM and gave us a warm welcome and explained everything about the stay and shops nearby. Just one heads up...

Breakfast - nothing really nice, typical british poor breakfast , coffe -most poor taste of chemical coffee from powder , room - no hot water - lookwarm only . But for this price Everythink else was good .

I'm here at panareti paohos resort, its our last day of a weeks stay after reading lots of reviews we were very worried..! Was even thinking of booking into another hotel once we got here if it was so terrible..! But gladly this was not the case as id taken into account what we paid, the hotel is very clean and has a traditional feel to it, the staff are lovely people and you couldn't want for a better...

Have been visitng this site since 2004 when it was built, but sorry this site is now closed as the owners have gone into liquidation. Will miss going in the future. All timeshare owners have been told that the owners have been in trouble since 2012, although the timeshare holders have only just been told. Such a shame for all who have been part of this.

Been a time share for a lot of years & I found the staff very helpful and polite the cleaners are excellent, plenty to do + the bus service is very good plenty of restaurants in the area also a good restaurant on site plus a nice walk along paphos harbour plenty of shops & restaurants .

The Resort & staff were excellent but ALL of the facilities except the Taverna,at restricted hours, were closed. The Resort is a little isolated but with a car should not be a problem. It is long overdue an updating.

We only stayed one night but it was more than enough. Perfect for people who want to stay a few days. Kitchen, with gas burner stove, utensils, dishes and washing machine. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Words cannot express what a beautiful place this is, immaculate apartment beautiful surroundings, close to grocery, quiet safe beautiful area. Management and staff are lovely nothing is too much, worth penny will be returning next year. Highly highly recommend.

Nice and clean place to stay at really nice price. This is a comfortable apartment with a good equipped kitchen, washing machine. The facility was rather new and not worn out. It has also a convenient private parking lot just a few meters from the entrance to the apartment.

My husband and I stayed at Zoe's Court for 6 nights: very relaxing place, quiet, safe and clean. Staff was polite and they also offered us coffee and fresh fruit. They also allowed us to use their pc and helped with some problems that we had with the car rental company. It's hard to admit, but this place does not have any significant downsides (except for, actually, slopes by which you have to travel to get to your room). Houses are small and tidy, they are definitely new, no water leaks or something. The only thing that can be improved is at least some instructions for non-Cypriots: for example, the need to turn on 'hot water' switch and wait for 30-40 minutes until...

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious apartments, a couple of wonderful restaurants in 8 min drive. Though it is not always possible to eat on site which can be a problem if you don't have a car or want to stay in the apartment.

Brilliant hotel in many ways, also let down in just as many. Views are unbeatable, let the photos speak for themselves. The pool is great, and there are adequate facilities to keep you entertained if you are looking for a short relaxing getaway. The staff were brilliantly helpful to the best of their ability. Very clean hotel, updated room, comfortable bed, amazing views around and from balcony, good breakfast. High recommended

Very lovely place to spend quite and peaceful time. It's set in the mountains but not so high, so rent a car is the best option to get here but it's worth it, the views are amazing. We did have apartment with balcony the rooms are good sizes, full furnished with flat t.v. in living room and aircon in all rooms. A lot lovely places to visit around. Highly recommend!
