Where to stay in Stroumbi

We were 5 couples, delayed there an extra 5 nights, due to the recent war in the area. The owner and staff EXTREMELY accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this Wellness Center. A good countryside hotel in a picturesque area. Multiple heated pools and spa treatments. Decent food, no meat on the menu, so if you're longing for steak you have to go to one of the restaurants in the area. Good experience overall, except for the gym, which was tiny and unmaintained.

It was an absolutely amazing experience! Located close to a very small traditional village and the surrounding forest, but far from the big cities, it is the perfect retreat for couples or friends to relax, unwind and nourish themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. My Wife and I loved staying here last weekend. We decided to get away from it all and we found this amazing Bed and Breakfast. Sally was an amazing host, and her place made for the perfect weekend get away for us.

In my opinion, the accommodation itself was not bad, but unfortunately the cleanliness was not the best. The place is located on a hill, and the road uphill is quite steep. If you don’t rent a car, getting up and down is a nightmare, and the nearest bus stop is about a 30-minute walk away. The staff and the cleaner were kind. Unfortunately, the amenities were lacking.

We only stayed for a night, but it did the job nicely. Pleasantly surprised with the room size and reasonable conditions. Mattresses aren't the most comfy and we struggled to get reliable hot water, so it was mostly cold showers. Also the location isn't what you'd call convenient and you wouldn't want to be there without a car.

The hotel is not bad but not great. If you looking to not spend a lot of money on the hotel and you kldo not mind the drive to the city. For sure yiu will need car and do not rely in google maps to give you the rout try to go through Chloraka village its the best shortest and easiest way to get to the beaches and the mall.

For Chinese tourists, it was just so-so; locals would probably have had a pretty good experience. We weren't used to the lack of shampoo and shower gel. The facilities were quite extensive, but since we were out exploring, we didn't get to try the swimming pool or gym.

My only real problem was the manager, a man named Afnan who was overly friendly to the point of unprofessionalism and at times creepiness. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We rented it in Peyia to be close to our friends who live nearby. The apartment is conveniently located in the center of Peyia, close to grocery stores and a pharmacy. The drive to the nearest beach is just 6 min. Nice villa great location as it is walking distance to the coral bay strip that has all the restaurants and bars. It is also only a short drive to the mall and the harbour. The company that manages the property is great and they are always there to help.

A nice 4 bed villa with a pool and lots of outside space - Great for families. A central location just off the main Coral Bay Avenue, offering convenience but with a little added noise. This place is easy to get to by public transportation from the airport (the bus is 1 Euro or 6 something for a day pass). It's in a calm, quiet location with a 24-hr convenience store nearby. Friendly staff, we had all inclusive,the food was always nice and they keep replenishing it. The water park its ideal if you have kids. There is also access to the sea from the hotel which is nice. Rented a one bed apartment to cover a few hours between checking out of our villa and airport transfer. The apartment was a good size and really clean and modern, perfect for what we needed. Staff all really helpful, grabbed a bit of lunch by the pool, and able to make the last day usable!

Stayed here for a long weekend while visiting friends who live in Cyprus for his 70th. Being out of season it was very cold, but there was a nice wood burner in the lounge/bar that was very nice. Fantastic staff flight delayed 7 hours in Basel e mailed them asking if they could leave keys in door as the flight had been delayed arrived 4.45 am and note in notice board telling us what room we were in etc even though we hadn’t paid,room was clean and bed was lovely and fresh smelling all we needed after nightmare flight.

The biggest highlight of the hotel is the swimming pool, where the children can play as much as they want. The hotel room is also quite large, with a sofa bed that can accommodate our family of four!

5th time to the Ascos. Comfortable and clean..more than enough choice of food at breakfast lunch and dinner. Not too busy and weather was 27° entertainment was not great but we didn't go for that .Close to the main drag of coral beach. Hotel is looking very tired and needs some money spent on it. The food was great and the location is brilliant. The entertainment team was only one person due to the time of year and the hotel closing for winter, however Max was always friendly and helpful, always making the time to talk to us, she helped make our holiday so memorable.

Had a great holiday. Weather has been amazing with highs of 27. Food seems like it’s served all day and lots to choose from as well. We were there 10 days and never got bored with food. Rooms basic, but clean. 5 min walk to restaurants and bars. 20-15 min walk to the beautiful coral beach, soft sand and two beds and a parasol only € 7.50 Also regular buses to the harbour and pathos town centre.

The hotel is located in a very remote area, so there’s really nothing interesting within walking distance. On the other hand, buses run every 15–20 minutes, which makes it easier to get around and explore nearby towns. Amazing location. It has both an outdoor and indoor pool. The gym is sort of small for the size of the hotel but enough equipment for a decent workout. The bar prices are quite good actually, cheaper than most beach bars outside the hotel. There's easy and direct access (walking distance) to a small cove where you can swim and snorkel The views from the rooms with sea view are just amazing

Couldn't fault the attention to cleaning the hotel. Rooms are a good standard with huge bed. B&B stay so can't comment on the all inclusive food. Fantastic holiday. This is truly a place if you just want to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings and sunsets. All areas of this hotel are spotlessly clean. We had a Perfect break. Lovely hotel. Stunning beach view. The weather was a little disappointing. But we still managed to get some sunbathing in. We stayed in room 208. Arrived quite late. My flight was too late. The room was very clean and the view from the window was truly amazing. If time allowed, I would have loved to stay for several days.

On the whole a good stay! But a few points to note, until i arrived i did not know my room was in a separate building to the rest of the hotel cthe Olympic Wing was nice but a trek from the bar and breakfast. The room was huge and eas cleaned daily. However the aircon didnt work too well and the matress was very uncomfortable.

Decent Decent stay if you do no have any high expectations.

Property is outdated . Pool furniture needs replacing. Meals need to be revised. Only one thing changed on the menu daily .
