Highly praised friendly and professional staff, with guests often mentioning attentive and helpful service, especially from reception and bar personnel. Spacious, clean rooms with modern décor and comfortable beds, including suites with balconies and sea views. Good variety and quality of food in buffet and à la carte restaurants, highlighting fresh ingredients and local cuisine. Excellent entertainment options for children, including a kids’ club, mini disco, and water park, appreciated by families. Multiple pools with different atmospheres, including adult-only and family-friendly areas, plus poolside bars. Some guests experienced difficulty obtaining sunbeds early in the morning due to high demand and rules about towel placement before 8:30–8:45 AM. A few reports of noise disturbances from evening entertainment affecting guests in rooms above those areas. Minor housekeeping issues were noted by some, such as inconsistent towel changes and occasional cleanliness concerns. Limited soundproofing in rooms, allowing sounds such as sea breeze and waves to be audible. One reviewer mentioned an unexpected charge for an extra bed and discomfort with a pull-out seat instead of a proper bed.

The good bits first, if you are 5 Years Old, good entertainment and a great team, who organised craft and games during the day. That's about it really. The rest is meh, to be generous. I liked the coast path, what there is of it. The beach (what beach?), is somewhere along the coast path, good luck with that. This is the only Hotel I have ever stayed in, where you get charged extra if you want a bed. We wanted to share a room, my daughter, my granddaughter and me. Three people in a room, not unreasonable. I let the Hotel know when we booked, that we needed one double and a single. I struggle to describe what I ended up sleeping on, I think it was a convertible chair, or 'pull out' seat? Not a nice experience. No bed sheets fitted it, a duvet always fell off. There was no mattress to hold it in place. If I wanted a bed, that would cost extra. I'm not sure if my 73 year old back will actually recover? It creaks now, more than the instrument of torture, I was subjected to. I contemplated sleeping on a pool lounger, but it was too cold outside . Just be aware if you are an odd number and good luck!

This is my fourth year coming here and i personally really enjoy having this experience. The activities from the Entertainment is really enjoyable and i loved attending it at the Cabana at two o clock. Each day there was always a variety of different activities.Kelly who i have know for four years was always really kind and caring towards all of the children without regards to there age.Miguel is also very funny and has a really nice personality who enjoys his job and helping out.And Mirka also helps out to add to the enjoyment of the fun.I look forwards to coming back here next year or even in the future.

My husband and I went for a romantic holiday for our wedding anniversary to what I can only say is one of the most beautiful and luxurious hotels we have stayed at in Cyprus. The staff are all so friendly, upbeat and positive with smiles all the time. Right from initially booking I had the incredible messages and communication from Siisike, she was so helpful making sure all my questions were answered. We arrived late from our flight, but they made sure there was food available for us to eat as they knew we would be hungry. Upon arrival to our room from being taken by a golf buggy there was champagne and fruit on the side and the most beautiful swan towels and roses set up on the bed. In the bar we were looked after by David who had seen we were quite tired one evening so came to us with some shots stating it was good medicine to make us feel better. Made us chuckle a lot. During the stay we were given a free of charge gifted sun lounger all day which was sea facing with champagne, coconut cocktails and a fruit platter. The food in the buffet and Al a carte restaurants was delicious, with so many choices and fantastic staff which were all very happy to serve and help with whatever we needed. In the burger Al a carte they don’t do cocktails, so the waiter went to the bar for my husband to get him a drink which was so kind. We have had open discussions about coming back to renew our wedding vows for our 15th wedding anniversary, as it’s so beautiful and our family would love it. Thank you to everyone for all your attentiveness and showing the true meaning of 5* service in hospitality.

My daughter, son-in-law and grandson have just come back from this hotel and I can honesty say " we had a fabulous time". The hotel itself is really well looked after, the rooms are spacious and well presented. The food is beautiful. The Al acarte options are great and the green grill restaurant is my favourite yet. The staff are so warm and welcoming. They are approachable and super helpful. Nothing is a problem. The kids club, arts and entertainment are well planned and the staff within the kids club are amazing with the little ones.
We were given a free massages sample which was lovely but we didn't make a booking due to finding the time.
The gym was exactly what anyone would need to keep up a fitness routine while on holiday but could have done with being open slightly earlier than 8am for us fitness freaks who start a session very early.
The pools were fab too. Plenty of pool activities for the kids and adults.
It did prove difficult in the morning to be out getting a sun lounger early as the rules are. Nobody is to put the towels out until 8am on the dot. 😅.
All in all a fabulous hotel. Well run and I would love to visit again in the near future. Xx

The most relaxing holiday ever. We came for a week from 12th October. From the first moment we arrived at the hotel we felt relaxed and welcome. The young man who checked us in just before midnight was a trainee, he was fabulous, very friendly and professional. We went to our suite which was amazing, 2 bathrooms one with shower and one with a whirlpool bath, a comfortable lounge, large balcony and a large bedroom with the comfiest bed ever. The room was spotless and had plenty of storage, a nespresso coffee machine, iron and ironing board, safe and a fridge with 2 snack boxes and water. We went for drinks and were again made to feel welcome. The weather was fabulous. I have no idea how this hotel manages it but they cater for so many and the food is absolutely delicious, everything we tried was tasty and fresh, we even ate the salad with tomatoes (neither of us like them normally) We booked 2 speciality restaurants but ended up cancelling one as the buffet food was so good, however the Green and Grill food was just perfect. Every member of staff we came into contact with were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We didn't want to leave.

**Amazing Review for Mare Hotel Paphos** I just got back from an incredible stay at Mare Hotel in Paphos, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, situated in a beautiful location with plenty of lovely walks nearby. The private beach is a real treat — it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Everything about the hotel was spotless, and I was really impressed with the cleanliness. The food? Wow! It was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options, and the quality of the fresh ingredients was evident. The drinks were also fantastic, making for a great time at the bar. But what really made my stay special was the staff. They are simply the best! Anna and Stella stood out with their warmth and genuine care; they really made us feel at home. Even though I don’t remember all their names, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The facilities were top-notch, too. The kids' section was lovely, and my little ones loved the food options — it was all high-quality and fresh. I’ve traveled to many places, but Mare Hotel Paphos truly stands out as a gem. Thank you for a fantastic holiday! I can’t wait to come back!

We had a very pleasant stay here. I would like to start my review by extending my gratitude towards all the people who made our stay. Firstly Hunon, Prem (sorry forgot the other names) and the reception team were very good and helpful and even if we had needed anything at 11AM and phoned them. As for the food, not as much variety as some other restaurants but all the food was very good. The waiters and waitresses, especially Reka and Andonis were very helpful. Poolside there is plenty to do, one of the entertainers, Pedro was very approachable and encouraged us to do some activities. As for the bar staff, again, the service is really fast and the quality is always conistent whether it’s in the morning or it’s midnight. I cannot say much about the downstairs (poolside) bar as I did not use it much, but the upstairs lounge bar was great, Edita, Simona, Edita and Sevena among others were notably putting in effort to improve our stay. The A La Carte restaurants are alright, the food is definitely worth it, however, the quality of the buffet is already really good so I wouldn’t shell out to go to the restaurants more than the 2 times you get for free (for a 7 day stay). Notably, Rika and the team at the Pizza Pasta restaurant were very nice to us.

The room was fantastic, really clean, and you can see how much effort the room service team put in daily. However, my only concern would be that in our room there was no hand soap at all and we had to use the shower gel during our stay, but we were so busy that we never bothered to ask if there is hand soap available😂. One other thing that you may need to work on is the TV - as it is really really slow. It does have channels from Germany, UK, France etc, but in terms of the smart features, our TV was crashing on the YouTube homepage - (so do bring your own devices to connect with HDMI if you want to watch anything). That being said, there was plenty to do outside the room of course.

Great stay overall, would definitely recommend, whether you’re a family, couple or even an individual.

This was our second holiday at this hotel and once again it was amazing. Every member of staff from the cleaners to the bar staff and entertainment staff were fantastic. Couldn't find any faults with anything. Special shout out to some of the bar staff. Thomas, Anglos, David and Hannah. Stella who worked in the bar at the adults pool was brilliant. One more person who made our holiday special was Kelly-Ann from the entertainment team. She made my birthday extra special. She always made sure everyone enjoyed whatever show was on. She's such an asset to the staff team Will definitely be going back again. Thanks you guys for ensuring our stay was special ❤️
