Atlantica Golden Beach Hotel in Paphos

Fantastic holiday. This is truly a place if you just want to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings and sunsets. All areas of this hotel are spotlessly clean. Rooms are great I had a lovely balcony where you can watch the sunset. The shower is amazing with great toiletries. All aspects of the food are excellent. Staff members are all friendly with excellent customer service. Glad to see Nicky Oliver is back although I missed her by one day. If you go for out try the Raff coffee shop very friendly service. Here’s to the next one.

We had a Perfect break. Lovely hotel. Stunning beach view. The weather was a little disappointing. But we still managed to get some sunbathing in. We stayed in room 208. Arrived quite late. The reception staff swiftly checked us in and we got a pack up for dinner. Luggage was taken to our room before we got to the room. Plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Attentive, friendly hotel staff. The hotel is spotless. Our room was spotless, massive comfy bed. The only negative for me was the pillows they were just a bit too soft for my liking. Equipped with tea/ coffee facilities, hair dryer and fridge. Plenty of cost hangers. And a hot powerful shower. We had a two hour treatment each. Full body massage and a facial. It was so relaxing and very much needed. Our therapist was Lisa. She is a fantastic masseuse. 10/10 would highly recommend. Thank you so much! Also has a sauna, indoor pool and gym but we didn't use them. I would 100% recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again if I return to Cyprus.

Perfect hotel.. we wanted relaxation and recharge. We certainly got that. Was only about half full which I loved. The staff look after you so well. Everyone cares and are so helpful. Plenty of sunbeds. Food brilliant. I booked a massage too which was amazing.

Incredible!! It was very relaxing, skin and body felt amazing after and we were really looked after!

Another great two weeks stay at our favourite hotel. Thanks to all the staff for once again providing friendly, excellent service. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing stay with entertainment if you want it or just to chill-out. The food is varied with themed nights offering a wide selection including vegetarian options. We particularly liked the salad options. The rooms are immaculately cleaned daily and linen changed frequently. Although the hotel is quite away from other bars and tavernas you can take the local buses the stop is just outside the hotel. The coastal walkway is being developed which is a definite bonus in the near future. Many return year after year and it’s obvious why. Thanks once again for a memorable stay. Yamas!

We have just returned from Cyprus where we stayed at Atlantica Golden Beach for 10 days in November. This hotel is definitely of a high standard 4 star, if not more. The weather was beautiful besides one day when the heavens opened…literally!! We couldn't have asked for anything more from this hotel. Our room was great, had everything we needed. The “semi sea view, with a balcony was just perfect. Spyros & Anka, managing the front desk the front desk greeted us warmly . Summit the porter, were all excellent with a helpful smile throughout our stay. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculately maintained throughout our visit, Every member of staff we encountered was unfailingly polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, All of the staff were great. So attentive and friendly. Special mention for Saroj, Prem, Mahmaud , Izmaat Marina, and ALL the rest - all bent backwards in the bar and the restaurant. The two girls, who serve the Patio Lounge bar must do near enough 20,000 steps in an evening. The cocktails and refreshing drinks are in abundance. Occasional live bouzouki music definitely brings energy and excitement to the relaxed atmosphere. The negative side was the non-compliance of the towels hogging the sunbeds. Clear signs posted all over saying the should not be left unattended till 8 am, but these appeared as early as 6:30am !!. We have travelled all over the world and associated this behaviour with the Germans. So were quite shocked to see our British travellers adopting this behaviour. The swimming pool was rather cold for this time of the year anyway- it’s to be expected!! The surrounding of this well situated hotel are ultra clean and pleasant walk . The other thing this hotel could do is give an access to a computer like almost the hotels all over the world do. This can be very helpful to do the book the return journey, seat allocation etc. Although they are very helpful to print the boarding passes for you free of charge. Sadly not all of us are smart phone savvy to carry this out and have expensive iPhones to carry these procedures. No complain about the WI-FI…superb throughout the hotel and the grounds. The Mediterranean buffet restaurant, serves lovely adequate food. To be honest the breakfast spread is sufficient last most of the day. The dining experience was outstanding. The main restaurant offers an extensive selection of dishes to suit every taste at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all beautifully presented and of high quality Avgerinos in the main restaurant was great too and made sure we were looked after! We also enjoyed two superb à la carte meals during our stay, both of which were a real treat. The Basilico beach restaurant, A la carte, where you have book – delicious food. Same for the Olive & thyme is also à la carte restaurant. All round an amazing stay

We have been to AGB a number of times, it is a very special hotel , the staff are absolutely amazing cannot do enough for you from management to bar staff to the restaurant i could go on . The hotel is spotless entertainment team brim with enthusiasm and are a great asset. The only thing is the chairs by the pool bar are taken for the sun beds a stack of plastic chairs to use would be more beneficial. Apart from that would I recommend oh yes 👍

Just returned from atlantica golden beach and overall we found the hotel very nice and the food was very good every night , al a carte restaurants were of high standard and the service and food was good quality . Every member of staff were polite and friendly always smiling and interactive with all the guest which made the holiday more relaxed. I agree with other guests saying pool area could do with a clean and grass area needs some attention, as for the rooms the bathrooms are a bit small and walk in showers would be more appropriate for the older guests as the bath was a bit of a stepover to take a shower . We've been informed that more floors are being built next year and we were planning on returning next year but not sure if building work will be in progress, and noise, etc would spoil it . Other then that we would not hesitate in returning, well done to all at Atlantica Golden Beach

On arrival at 10am in morning, as we stayed 8 nights with family inland, needed a relax, so finished our holiday with a 4 day stay here. Styros was here to greet us, wow what a wonderful member of staff you have here❤️ He went over and above his call of duty to make us welcome. We booked direct a fantastic deal, upgraded from half board to all inclusive! Superior room with poolside sea view! Sooo quiet, peaceful. The main restaurant in our view for every meal gave us choice, fresh food everyday! The pool area is lovely, although people are selfish with putting towels out at 7.30 am every morning! Didn’t affect us as we are on holiday to explore, not just sit around a pool every day! It was hilarious to watch from our balcony most mornings! Fantastic sunsets and walks around the bay towards Coral Bay, walking through a few villas first of all, then walk costal path. We stopped at a beautiful bar called Sense by the Beach, then walked back, stunning walk. Bus stop right outside the hotel, get a day card as you will need 2 buses to get to Paphos now as bus terminal has moved from couple of years ago! We will be back, thank you for your hospitality xx
