Perfect accommodation we've had in a while... with its amazingly easy fully digital online check in/out procedure without the need for physical keys really made our stay more enjoyable. Only the location is great. The room is not comfortable. There are not much utilities. We stayed there in de winter and had problems with the heating system. They could fix it the next morning. The next day we found out the heating upstairs still wasn't working. We didn't reported that, because we would check out the next day. So a part of our family slept 2 nights in the cold. The best aparthotel in town. Prices are affordable. A 74m2 appartement cost us 120€ for two night for 5 people. The appartement is so clean and well equipped. Excellent location. The registration process by an “app” is not friendly and if you add that when you travel you struggle with internet connectivity make it worse. During the stay there were several electronic problems and the electronic lock was not working, so we have issues during the stay.

The Black Star Suites is right off of a busy street and just a few minutes walk to Charles Bridge. It is convenient to walk to sights, or take transit or a taxi. My family of four stayed in a two-room suite and it was very spacious and clean. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful.

Great location: 3 minute walk to Charles Bridge and 5 minute walk to the main Christmas Market. Accommodations were good and plenty of space. One downside is there is no elevator, so you don’t want to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Staff was excellent and very responsive.

This hotel is perfect! First of all the location of it is extremely close to the old town and just a five to ten minute walk along the river. The rooms are extremely spacious and cleaned perfectly. Superb location of this place. Charming apartment with the the windows in the ceilings. It had all you need, minimal interior, Beds was comfortable, bathroom was OK. Kitchen had dishwasher, always nice and they give you dishwasher tablets and dish sope, that was nice. Good to know is that there is no elevator, not to recommend for those who need elevator or have heavy luggage

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Although the check-in time was stated as 3 PM, I arrived around 10 AM to have my luggage stored, and they allowed me to check in right away. I was very grateful.

A wonderful stay at Revelton Studios Františkovy Lázně. The personal care made all the difference, with a warm, attentive approach throughout. The room was actually very cozy, but the bathroom wasn't very clean and the hairdryer was grimy. Be careful, for over €100 a night I expect more. The minibar costs extra, which I don't think is cool. However, the service was very good and the staff very friendly.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It is very clean and very large offering a lot of privacy to our family. Besides it is decorated beautifully without denying the traditional architecture. The apartment is located perfectly in the centre of Prague next to the river Moldau and the Karlsbrücke. Plus there is a parking garage just around the corner for 30 Euros per day.
