Had an event in the hotel, thus stayed here for a week. It may not be a good location for tourist spots. For energy saving, you have to turn on the lights in the corridor at night.

You come to the room and find a 20 year old TV without Smart functions, smudges on the walls, cleaning ladies are sitting on the floor in the hallway and being on the phone instead of cleaning. The room was nice, but the breakfast was average. There were a lot of group guests. If there was a concert, the room would probably be full because there were so many people at breakfast and you had to wait in line to get your food.

The location is good to take the bus and the view was awesome. The staff were good except one old lady was not friend enough. The condition is ok but the rooms don't deserve 4.5 stars. The garage parking was so dirty. Spider nets, and smell. It is the main downside of the hotel.

The hotel isn't in the old town, so it's very quiet. It's right next to a metro station, which makes getting to the old town super easy. There's also a shopping mall right by the hotel with a supermarket and a food court, which is really convenient.

Too cold! The air conditioning does not work in winter; for heating there is only one small radiator at the window , and you cannot set the temperature higher than 19 degrees.

If getting the tram to the hotel from the city centre, Google maps often suggests you get off at Lipanska, however, there is a tram stop right outside the hotel entrance (olsanka namesti). This hotel is super convenient, really close to the nearest station and just a short metro ride to the old town. The building itself is a bit old, but it's kept very clean. Breakfast is fantastic and really generous – you can even have wine in the morning!

The breakfast was very generous, and a welcome drink was served. The atmosphere of the hotel was great. Although there was a cemetery nearby, it didn't feel eerie or scary. The rooms were also very soundproof, and free luggage storage was available. It was a bit far from the city center, but considering the price and the quality of the facilities, it was still highly recommended!

I think this is the best hotel in Prague. They gave us a bottle of wine each as a gift upon check-in. They gave us a magnet upon check-out. The breakfast menu is diverse. Parking fees are charged separately. It is an underground parking lot. There is also a supermarket across the street. I will come again next time.

Perfect hotel to let the children run wild and relax in the sauna in the evening. Here is something for everyone. Our children were very enthusiastic and want to come back here. Price-performance is definitely appropriate.

The two single beds were too narrow and not arranged in advance. The hotel is not friendly to myopia and makeup needs. Makeup is difficult to see clearly. Breakfast is so-so and tastes so-so. Relatively clean and tidy.

The hotel has a very hip and stylish vibe with a fun atmosphere throughout. Rooms were clean and the location was convenient for getting around Prague. One thing to note is that the rooms are a little dark, especially at night. Also, kettles aren’t provided in the room but can be borrowed from reception with a 500 CZK deposit. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and it has a grea staff, great facilities (pool, fitness, etc.), a stylish lounge, and probably one of the best breakfasts in Prague. The only downside is the exterior, which could use some renovation — inside, everything is renovated.

Comfy beds, personal is helpful, breakfast have big choise, but for vegans only salads and bread. During pandemia everybody can be inside without masks, personal wearing masks under nose. Rooms are not very clean, a lot of dusts, bathroom walls was not clean.

All the staff were very kind. Apparently, the entrance is supposed to be locked from 10 PM to 6 AM, but when I returned to the hotel past 10:30 PM, it was open.

Walked in with 3 kids and very kindly asked that my 4 year old needed to use a bathroom. They charged us CZK 50. If you really have to ask, then maybe 20 CZK would be appropriate.
