We had a wonderful stay at 4 Trees Apartments by Adrez Living.
The location was absolutely perfect for us – only a 5-minute walk from where we needed to be. That alone made the trip so much easier.
They kindly allowed us to check in at 2 PM instead of 3 PM, which we really appreciated. The check-in process was smooth and simple.
The apartment was very spacious – much bigger than expected – and the upstairs bathroom was almost the size of a room! Having an elevator was a huge plus since we were traveling with a stroller.
We also appreciated the recycling facilities inside the apartment. Everything felt convenient and well thought out.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would happily stay here again.

If you are looking for a place with an uncomfortable bed, a host who is not available to address guests’ concerns, and an apartment where some of the items listed in the Airbnb description are missing (for example, a microwave), then this is the perfect place.

At the beginning of our stay, we were given a room where the door would not close properly. It took a very long time until someone finally came to fix it, and during that time we were essentially stuck inside the apartment.

Additionally, during part of our stay we had no internet connection, which made the experience even more frustrating.

Perfect accommodation we've had in a while... with its amazingly easy fully digital online check in/out procedure without the need for physical keys really made our stay more enjoyable. Very near to City centre and attractions and short walks to the bus station and metro. It is as per advertised with clean spacious rooms and easy to contact staff... too bad we didn't get to see them personally 😀. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Excellent apartment in a wonderful location. It is close to Old Town and easy access to trams and buses to see the other sites of Prague. Great communication and cleanliness. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Only the location is great. The room is not comfortable. There are not much utilities. We stayed there in de winter and had problems with the heating system. They could fix it the next morning. The next day we found out the heating upstairs still wasn't working. We didn't reported that, because we would check out the next day. So a part of our family slept 2 nights in the cold. Wouldn't recommended this place.

The best aparthotel in town.
Prices are affordable.
A 74m2 appartement cost us 120€ for two night for 5 people.
The appartement is so clean and well equipped. Fridge, dishwasher, tv with netflix, coffee machine, water boiler.
Bathroom is very good, it has a bath also.
Beds are quite comfy.
The appartement is very warm and cosy.

The rooms are clean and nice but the WiFi is bad. The signal is very low and it can not be used. 3G is a must!!!!

Our stay at Four Trees started very badly: when you arrive at the door, there is a sign, telling you that the reception is downtown, with a Google Maps Screenshot indicating a 8 minute walk. Even worse, this screenshot was modified, as it is actually an 18 minute walk for a total of 1.5km. No mension of this beforehand, not a single message or announcement pointed to this fact before arriving at the Aparthotel.
The rooms look very nice and modern, but the emptiness on the walls gives you a cold and distant feeling during your stay. The kitchen ist furnished well enough, but some of the pots and pans don't look line you want to use them. In addition the dishwasher was very dirty upon arrival.
The beds and couch are very confy and the bathroom is clean and well equipped.
The apartments are located very near to the center and there are pleanty of restaurants and markets at walking distance.
To wrap it up, these are overall good apartments, but the service definitely left us disappointed

We (2 adults and 3 kids) stayed at the deluxe apartment.
The complex is run perfectly as a hotel, with 24 hours kind receptionists, which answers any reasonable request.
The apartment was nothing less than perfect - incredibly big with a lot of space for the kids to run and have fun. The apartment is cozy and warm in design, with a lot of scandinavian wood furniture, and a very practical kitchen that ticks all the boxes.
The bathroom was spacy enough, and included heat which made it fun to he in.
We were very happy with our stay, and we think that it was definitely worth every dime.

4 of us stayed. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable with big soft pillows. We were left nice big towels in the bathroom. And the reception was very helpful when required. The area is very cental to lots of good places to eat and drink. On my next trip to Prague I'd book again without hesitation .
