When we were checking out, we were rushing to catch a train, so we brought our luggage directly to breakfast from our room. At first, the restaurant manager suggested we check our bags at the front desk

I explained we were very short on time, and he handled it expertly in front of the intern. He had the intern seat us in a spot that wouldn't obstruct other guests – that was really good

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the omelets were particularly good. The person in charge at the breakfast entrance seemed to be training an intern

Only after contacting a senior staff member was the issue resolved. The staff at the pool are also very incompetent and refuse to answer questions

It feels like a classic accommodation that groups of guests use for retreats or tours. So it seems easy to access by van or tour bus

It would not be easy for individuals to use this accommodation by public transportation because it is too far from the city center

The only sad part of our stay was that they charge an extra fee to use their pool, and we weren’t notified about it when we checked in. It would have been much better if the front desk had let us know at arrival

Overall, it was a pretty good experience thanks to the cleanliness and great food. Just keep the extra pool fee in mind if you plan to swim!

The room was clean and spacious, with great views of the city from a high floor. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious. Plus, it's super convenient as the subway entrance is right outside the hotel.

Downstairs is a very large shopping mall, directly connected to the subway station. It is very convenient to visit the old town, Charles Bridge, Gunpowder Tower, Kafka Museum, etc

If there was a concert, the room would probably be full because there were so many people at breakfast and you had to wait in line to get your food

The room was nice, but the breakfast was average. There were a lot of group guests

Good hotel for a business trip.

The front desk service is very enthusiastic and English is also very proficient. The room is large and the bathroom is large

Be aware that the gym and pool both incur extra charges. Also, the housekeeping staff were quite aggressive; they rushed me out as soon as I went over my check-out time, which felt very rude

If getting the tram to the hotel from the city centre, Google maps often suggests you get off at Lipanska, however, there is a tram stop right outside the hotel entrance (olsanka namesti)

The hotel offers sauna swimming and fitness activities, but we didn't make use of them so can't provide useful comments except I believe they come at an extra cost

The hotel suffers from a lack of vending machines (actually there was one, but it was out of order) making late night drinks difficult

Getting to this hotel from the Prague bus station was a trek, especially the long uphill walk without a tram. However, for getting to the Old Town, the tram stop right outside the hotel is incredibly convenient

The bathroom sink is good with a big counter. Prague is a more lively and active city that Budapest, especially at night. We liked the Mucha exhibition, although not many artworks, because we are fans of art nouveau

Nice big rooms, and big beds, relatively comfortable beds. Location is ok with 2 supermarkets very nearby. Hilton hotel is directly opposite. Most tourist attractions are not very far away

The shower is not good it's very squashed, i could barely turn around in the shower and the hand held showerhead is low, a lot of water goes out of the shower area onto the bathroom floor

Clean room although it’s not the newest room, good facilities with both a swimming pool and a gym, staff was nice and generous with water

We stayed at pension Dagmar, which belongs to Curie, so I am unable to judge the facilities of Curie. From the outside: is is not the most modern building

But on the inside, as seen in pension Dagmar, the facility es were good. Staff: always helpful and forthcoming. Price, we paid for the apartment 50eur/night /person. But breakfast was included and very good

Really great breakfast and spacious room with comfortable rooms. The gym was also quite nice, but there were no equipment for lower-body exercise, and it was also a bit small, we were 4 inside and it felt crowded.

This is best hotel in the perfect location, high quality services and friendly staff.

They do not allow pizza delivery couriers to go up to the room and refuse to deliver the food themselves. You have to leave your room and go down to the reception to pick up the order

Overall, the hotel is good, but if you like ordering room service via Wolt or Uber, the front desk staff are not always helpful

The rooms were also very soundproof, and free luggage storage was available. It was a bit far from the city center, but considering the price and the quality of the facilities, it was still highly recommended!

Food: breakfast and dinner offered a wide selection, with up to 7 different dishes for dinner. Only the attractions in FanPark and especially LunaPark could use some renovation – they are showing their age

AquaPark is still the same – you can see that it is being repaired and probably also modified – standard

Only occasionally was the staff not up to standard (with the exception of the reception staff, the Atrium restaurant, and the maids), but you probably won't find anyone better for that wage

The best place for children... Almost everything that happens for children is collected in the water place.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with two 12-year-old girls and used all the services except the zoo

The hotel is clean and the location is perfect. However, there was a spa and a sauna for free in the booking but when you go there, you have to pay for these amenities.

The hotel up on the hill is the one to go while in Prague. It is very convenient to travel with tram and metro around to all the sightseeing places without being in the city center with all the tourists and loud noises

Hotel where I am completely satisfied. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and it has a grea staff, great facilities (pool, fitness, etc. ), a stylish lounge, and probably one of the best breakfasts in Prague

The rooms were spacious and nice… unfortunately, there wasn't a mirror for me to do my makeup since I'm not very tall. Everything was very tidy, super comfortable, and beautiful. The view from the hotel was amazing 😉

Karlovy vary is not very international thus we experienced some issue communicating with the staff on reception, dining and telephone. Luckily my wife speaks German and it was better than English

I stay at a lot of Hiltons and this is by far one of the best (if not the best) experience I've ever had. The hotel is in a great location - basically within walking distance of any sites you want to see in Old Town

Somehow there was a mix-up with our booking via Trip. com where they were unaware that our booking includes 2 kids and hence a sofa-bed. This was however, immediately rectified by customer service

Whether it was for daily groceries or last-minute needs, everything could be quickly taken care of, saving me a lot of travel time and allowing me to enjoy my trip more peacefully
