What a lovely apartment!
It was very spacious, clean, and bright, with lots of windows — a true apartment, not just a place to sleep.
This was my second trip to Prague, this time with my son to celebrate his 25th birthday. I wanted him to experience this beautiful city and understand why I love it so much, and our stay at Art House Apartment truly made that possible.
My friend and her daughter joined us, and this large two-bedroom apartment was exactly what we needed. It has a full kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, and a large balcony — plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable.
Location was especially important to me, as I had bilateral knee replacement surgery just four months prior to this trip. The apartment is within walking distance of Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock, and many wonderful restaurants, which made getting around much easier and enjoyable.
We loved spending time together around the dining table playing games, relaxing on the balcony, or watching a movie between exploring the city.
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Prague. Thank you for such a delightful stay ❤️

This location was amazing. It was close enough to walk to nearly everything and if not, the public transit was right outside the front door. The building itself felt very safe and secure, and the property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hosts made it seamless for us to come and go. Everything was stocked and we never felt like we needed something we didn’t have. We would stay here again and again.

We would stay here again. Exceeded our expectations in many areas.

Liked · The location is amazing. The apartment size was great for a family. Great you had a washing machine there ( but you did not mention it in the apartment description - please add it ! ) . The apartment was very modern, clean and had a great atmosphere. There was almost no noise from the busy street outside - which gave us a very good, uninterrupted nights sleep. The lighting was good, and the apartment was super easy to access when we arrived.

We would definitely stay here again if we are in Prague. Plenty of disposables like toilet paper, washing machine capsules, kitchen roll were provided, and there were plenty of towels. The main bed was very comfortable - and the heating in the morning made the apartment nice and cosy in the cold weather. Again - you cannot ask for a better location in terms of walking distances to major attractions and transport links.

I also really appreciated the fact that when we checked out - Adrez said that we could leave our luggage in the luggage room of their nearby hotel until the evening. That was super helpful - and probably unique to an apartment group that also owns a hotel !

Disliked · In the mornings at 7am there was no hot water for the shower. The elevator was broken. It would be nice to have a regular key as a back up to enter the apartment.

The room was spacious and very clean. The location was very close to Metro station and also ideal to visit the Karl's Bridge in the evening. It is located on the main street, so it is pretty noisy and dark in the livingroom. However, the bedroom is located in the other side and was very quiet. The only problem was that the reception was 7 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Most streets are paved with stones in Prague, and it was quite difficult to walk even with small luggagies when we needed to leave our luggage at the hotel(before check-in time). Check-in time was also not flexible. Thus we decided to carry our luggage around the city to save our effort and time after checking out, but it was still inconvenient.
Other than that everything was great staying at the apartment!

We had a great stay in this apartment. It is very clean and very large offering a lot of privacy to our family. Besides it is decorated beautifully without denying the traditional architecture. The apartment is located perfectly in the centre of Prague next to the river Moldau and the Karlsbrücke. Plus there is a parking garage just around the corner for 30 Euros per day. We highly recommend.

It calmly deserves 6 stars for cleanliness, spaciousness, location and equipment. Tram at the entrance, and merto practically in the basement :) around the corner of the same building.
Communication Eldorado. To the old town 3 minutes walk. 2 good restaurants under your breath. A small grocery store at the entrance.
A 2-room apartment on the ground floor, a huge living room, two bathrooms, one with a bedroom, large bedrooms, comfortable beds, a kitchen fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and hair dryer. Towels, lotions and shampoos, salt, sugar, tea to choose from and even dishwasher cubes. Daily cleaning. Just everything.
Someone mentioned street noise, we had no problem with it, it was practically not heard in the bedrooms but the staircase ............ and here the only but serious minus - the door to the apartment. Unfortunately, probably made of paper. We felt like the staircase was part of the apartment. The door, apart from the visual partition, did not insulate from anything else. All the sounds from the staircase were heard in the apartment. We woke up the first night because of these noises. It didn't even have to be any screams, normal conversations or laughs of people coming in, and the sound as if it was happening in our salon. Our bedroom was in front of the door, and because we were with small children who slept in the second bedroom, for obvious reasons, the door was open.
In addition, the door lock and the door itself did not give any sense of security. Each time the front door is closed from the street cage !!! it caused the door to our apartment to move and knock (probably a change in pressure on the cage), the closure, the seal and the lock itself.
If it wasn't for this inconvenience, the stay would have been for 6 stars.

Prime location, washer (no dryer, but a drying rack with a fan) and very nice staff. We loved having an apartment in our trip! Their recommendations for things to do were unfortunately aimed at the "typical American", so we didn't enjoy any of them. We prefer more off the beaten path :) Highly recommend!

This is so central with a good view over the street below.
Well decorated and equipped.
The only down side is a noisy lift that runs past the bedroom windows.

Magnificent ! Very nice apartment, located in an old style building. Mix of modernity and cachet of the old. Very well equipped, very spacious. The location is just perfect, most points of interest are within walking distance. We will probably be back!

La casa è come descritta, le persone che ci lavorano sono molto competenti, molto fornita di shampo bagnoschiuma sapone per la cucina, lavatrice e asciugatrice per necessità e in cucina anche tutto l occorrente per cucinarsi, padelle e quant altro. Molto soddisfatto
