The location is excellent, directly opposite the Prague train station. The room was incredibly spacious, the biggest I've stayed in during this Europe trip, and well-equipped, even with disposable slippers 🫶. My only suggestion is that the short staircase at the hotel entrance is quite narrow. A ramp would be much better for luggage.

Room was very clean. Hotel has an on site spa which you go in naked European style mixed gender which is nice to relax after a day of walking. Breakfast was nice and fresh as well. On site gym as well. 3 mins walk to Prague main station and around 10-15 mins walk to main tourist area.

Clean apartament, good location and good size of the room

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I had a challenge with the heat as the room was kept particularly warm, and the remote seemed to have little to no impact. Still, I would stay there again as it was good value for $$$.

The walkways to the rooms and the room itself are quite dated. If you get a good rate like 80-90 euros then it is ok but i wouldn't pay more than that. Mentally prepare yourself for a 3.5 star property.

Extremely close to the metro station, the room was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. They even upgraded me to a room with a balcony, which was perfect for winter – I could open it up and enjoy the natural 'air conditioning' haha.

The room itself wasn’t that great, it was clean at least but not as fancy as we expected from the pictures. Therefore it wasn’t worth the price we paid for. However, location wise it was perfect. Everything was within walking distance and staff were kind.

The location is convenient, just minutes from the Astronomical Institute. The staff are friendly and will proactively help with luggage. However, the toilets sometimes smell of sewage, and the hot water in the showers is inconsistent, which is a slight drawback.

They settled you on the very top, in Russian an attic, plasterboard walls, audibility is terrible, cool and not enough light, they were not able to upgrade and change, the hotel is full. Do not settle on the very top, it is not very convenient, in general the hotel is 4 stars, the attic is 3. Fantastic 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. Staff at the office were very helpful, especially speaking English and responding to enquiries. When booking it should have been made clearer that the key pick up, parking and accommodation were in 3 different places. Not very far apart but a bit difficult when arriving in an unfamiliar city.

Historic and central location, walkable to everything. Rooms were big and spacious if slightly outdated and simple, but still a very comfortable stay.

The location is great, right next to the square and close to the station! The room is a good size, two 30-inch suitcases can be spread out and placed flat The room also has a simple kitchen, a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, and a small balcony for rest.

The room is nicely designed with a lot of detail minded touches. Good location, near to old town but not crowded witb tourists. Staff are warm, nice and helpful. The only negative comment is that not enough sunlight to my room (no. 210). No view from the windows at all. It would be better specify in the booking site. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean, which was great. Just a heads-up, it's located on top of a hill, so it might be a bit tough if you have a lot of luggage.

The hotel may have been recently painted, so it has a bit of a smell. We booked a triple room, which was very quiet and had a heater to dry towels. The location is good, a short walk to the museum, and there are supermarkets and fast food nearby, which is very convenient.

The hotel's location wasn't great; walking to the station was very inconvenient during heavy snow. The room itself was nice and suitable for a family. However, the door lock was faulty; when I left, I didn't know how to close the door and had to leave the key behind the door.
