The room was nice, cosy, and spacious. Everything was clean, and the location was very convenient.

You can check in and check out yourself using the app, which also includes your room key. No unnecessary formalities. The room is large, with comfortable beds. The walls are a bit lacking in soundproofing. Breakfast is good.

The self check-in system does not work at all and be ready for long process and phone calls. I have been there last year and it did not change at all . I do not want that experience anymore. So, I will not stay there anymore . I do understand their step, but do not accept their solution.

Put us in a room with absolutely nothing but retaining wall rocks outside. Lots of noise from hallways when cleaning staff was working the rooms. We needed to get in touch with front desk or ANYONE for the entire morning on our checkout date - no one could be found and our numerous calls to posted numbers went unanswered. The apartment was extremely clean and serviced regularly. I really appreciated finding such a nice accommodation that allows dogs (including an extra cleaning fee). It would have been nice if parking spots had been included in the price; this was the only downside.

Lovely small hotel right in the prime location, only few minutes down to all the hot springs and “tourist” area. Had very peaceful sleep, the hotel area is very quiet at night. The owner/manager was friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

The location is excellent, directly opposite the Prague train station. The room was incredibly spacious, the biggest I've stayed in during this Europe trip, and well-equipped, even with disposable slippers 🫶. My only suggestion is that the short staircase at the hotel entrance is quite narrow. A ramp would be much better for luggage.

Room was very clean. Hotel has an on site spa which you go in naked European style mixed gender which is nice to relax after a day of walking. Breakfast was nice and fresh as well. On site gym as well. 3 mins walk to Prague main station and around 10-15 mins walk to main tourist area.

Fantastic 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. Staff at the office were very helpful, especially speaking English and responding to enquiries. When booking it should have been made clearer that the key pick up, parking and accommodation were in 3 different places. Not very far apart but a bit difficult when arriving in an unfamiliar city.

The location is near the tourist spots and very accessible to transportations. The place is clean and very nice. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Extremely close to the metro station, the room was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. They even upgraded me to a room with a balcony, which was perfect for winter – I could open it up and enjoy the natural 'air conditioning' haha.

The room itself wasn’t that great, it was clean at least but not as fancy as we expected from the pictures. Therefore it wasn’t worth the price we paid for. However, location wise it was perfect. Everything was within walking distance and staff were kind.

The location is convenient, just minutes from the Astronomical Institute. The staff are friendly and will proactively help with luggage. However, the toilets sometimes smell of sewage, and the hot water in the showers is inconsistent, which is a slight drawback.

They settled you on the very top, in Russian an attic, plasterboard walls, audibility is terrible, cool and not enough light, they were not able to upgrade and change, the hotel is full. Do not settle on the very top, it is not very convenient, in general the hotel is 4 stars, the attic is 3. Historic and central location, walkable to everything. Rooms were big and spacious if slightly outdated and simple, but still a very comfortable stay.

The location is great, right next to the square and close to the station! The room is a good size, two 30-inch suitcases can be spread out and placed flat The room also has a simple kitchen, a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, and a small balcony for rest.

The room is nicely designed with a lot of detail minded touches. Good location, near to old town but not crowded witb tourists. Staff are warm, nice and helpful. The only negative comment is that not enough sunlight to my room (no. 210). No view from the windows at all. It would be better specify in the booking site. A lovely friendly hotel in a convenient and easily locatable place! Staff were polite throughout our stay, even when we arrived and had to have our TV replaced they were very apologetic and it was sorted without an issue. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean, which was great. Just a heads-up, it's located on top of a hill, so it might be a bit tough if you have a lot of luggage.
