Could Not find or Access property.
We purchased parking, but instead got a ticket for driving through a pedestrian area. No maps. No directions. No information. Could not find the building, then could not get in. Lots of calls to make it all happen Hours of exhausted frustration, and wondering if anyone would even answer the phone. We did get in, and loved the place. Air conditioner was moldy downstairs, so used the kitchen a/c to filter cold air. None of the promised WiFi existed. Still wonderfully located, and comfortable. Savoy Cafe next door - a favorite for breakfast and coffee.

Quite a unique 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment with living room, kitchen, tv, plenty of outlets. It was an attic apartment with rustic attic beams all over the place. Very spacious, newly furnished, very clean and very private. Just a 2 minute walk from the old town city center and away from the night parties but yet within walking distance to cafes/restaurants. It's also very close to the famous Charles Bridge. There is a cafe in the building (downstairs) and even a starbucks just around the corner. Affordable and value for money. Automated lock to enter/exit, has mobile key, reception is in the adjacent Hotel Palac and friendly staff, can store luggage for free if you arrive before room is ready. Suggest arriving during the day when the reception is open - we had a little trouble with the automatic lock code not working and had to get it reset. Otherwise, it was perfect!

The location is fantastic and close to many sites. The apartment itself was very cozy and quaint with plenty of room for the family. Would recommend it as a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

The property was clean and exactly what the photos looked like. It was in the heart of old town. It was great for the price, and I would absolutely stay there again! Absolutely recommend.

Place was so perfect. Very quiet and close to everything including the state opera and estates theater.

Superb location. Self catering possible as kitchen is fully equipped. Delicious meals and coffee are also available at close by cafes.
Check in process a bit tedious but once checked in all good.
