The location is just perfect. You go out and you are right in the center. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The apartment is old but thats what the hotel is about. Very high ceiling, comfortable bed, quiet sleeps. It's worth for a short stay.

The room itself is quite amazing - spacious, comfortable and with all amenities that a family would need for a few days. However, the check-in service left much to be described. A better manned reception, or phones in the rooms for questions that guests may have would be good too.

Were received very friendly.
Elevator is a bit small, but it has something. Rustic and so... old semester.....
Only used it because of the suitcase... otherwise we walked the 100 steps.
At first sight the room is clean and tidy.
Large rooms... the balcony, well, there you can stand outside for two.
You have to cater for yourself... There is no breakfast.
Otherwise very centrally located... Out the door and hey presto you are right in the center.
We liked Karlovy Vary and would love to come back... but definitely a different place to stay.
Parking is a disaster...

The place is perfect, ideal if you live across from the colonnade. Maybe we just had a bad time, but poor communication with the owners. When booking through Booking, I also took accommodation for the purpose of reserving a parking space. When I wrote about her, I was told that she was not. It would be fair to write that there are no parking spaces. Upon arrival, the lady at home had some problem, so we waited 40 minutes before she came with the key. But everything worked out in the end. The accommodation is nice, you will appreciate the high ceilings and double doors to the terrace. Just be careful, if you have allergies, specify other duvets in advance, you sleep in duvets here. The lady immediately arranged for us to at least change the duvets and one pillow, we didn't call in advance, our fault.

Big rooms right in the old town city center. Elnara the receptionist helps you with all your problems and is just an friendly and helpful person. Cheap place to stay at with lots of room and service. Definitely staying there again!
