Friendly, clean, good breakfast and a very central location.

It was very easy and struggle free here, staff is competent and kind. The rooms are very pretty and clean. Unfortunately the shower head was broken and the tv didn't work well that's why I only give 4/5 stars.

Wonderful place, the woman in the front desk is so nice and kind, ALWAYS willing to help. It is in the center of town, close to the main station and is cozy and warm during the cold weather season. Simply WONDERFUL!!!

I like it because it's very cozy and comfortable, there's nice people working in this place that will help you if you need. The only problem is Wi-Fi, it's slow as hell.. at least in room 19.

We received a very big apartment on a small extra payment. Location is top. Breakfast as usual in CZ. Clean elegant room with big bathroom and kitchen area. Nice furniture. Staff very frendly. At the hotel no possibility to unload the car. Very good hotel for a very good price.

Quiet clean decent sized rooms. Filling tasty and varied breakfast with hot croissants and lots of fresh fruit. Lots of plugs. Decent speed internet. Right on the river but not noisy. No coffee in rooms though.

The lady on the reception desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very well decorated. The cleaning lady only changed the towels. She did nothing else. The breakfast was ok.

Very nice hotel with a nice view, amazing and helpfull staff. Everything is new here and I have so much enjoyed my stay. I recommend room apartman number 302 which is a full 3 rooms flat where you can stay for months :) Talk to receptionist who can offer you a better price instead of using booking.

Receptionist is very nice. Slightly disorganized - Wellness package was chaotic. Cleaning habits require attention. Due to technical reasons, we were sent elsewhere for our breakfast. (This made it slightly unpleasant for us) On the plus side, relatively cosy, and centrally located.

Nice place to stay. The hotel seemed to be an ex-apartment building. Nevertheless, the stay was comfy and the staff were nice. One star reduction due to a noisy beds and some other small blemishes, one or two car parking just outside was kind of a problem. Had to park further away.

The location of this classic hotel is wonderful. The room was not huge but was very clean comfortable and practical. The staff was friendly and helpful but had somewhat limited English. The breakfast was excellent, typical Czech spread.

Cute and friendly. No air conditioning but if your room is in the back you can open the window for air. Breakfast is decent. Shower is a bath tub with a shower handle.

Food was okay, though the pork tenderloin was a bit chewy. We also had the pork schnitzel and the caesar salad. The brunette waitress was terrible. She had a grumpy face the whole time she served us. We also ordered the potato puree as a side and of course she brought us the more expensive mashed potatoes with bacon.

Nice but far from the city center. A few people speak English.

Hotel was clean with free breakfast and dinner. However the spa treatments were very much below ordinary. The hotel was far from center and close to Moser museum.

At the moment we are in the hotel Esplanade Karlovy Vary. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for the warm welcome, good attitude to work. We rested at the hotel from October 20 to November 7, 2019. We lived in Esplanade 2 on the 4th floor overlooking the river. Cozy room. Quiet. The room was cleaned, bed linen and towels were changed regularly. Very grateful to the maid. Special thanks to masseur Mathieu (room 205) for professionalism, sensitivity and delicacy. Quite cheap but heating did not work properly in winter which was a shame.

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location with a beautiful view of the city. Near the forest, a little further a good view of the airfield. When we took the room there was a wedding, it was beautiful. In the evening dined in the courtyard restaurant Vitkova Hora. Very tasty cooked and the prices are good. The night will be an amazing view in the distance lying night city. Just a lovely place..

2 nights spent in the house two adults in August 2014. Only paid 32 euros for 2 days. Pros: courteous staff, clean air, forest, Playground stuff, your house, and not just a room, affordable price, all necessary conditions for the long lease of the house - dishes,kitchen, toilet and shower in the room. Cons: it was cold, the house is not heated in any way. If I knew it was cold, would stay at the hotel

We stayed two nights here. The first impression I had was...wow, great service! We arrived with my elderly mother and when they realized she was staying in our triple room (apparently it's rare that three people actually stay together in a room), they immediately ran up to the room to prepare the pullout couch for her. They were so kind, very accommodating, and happy to offer advice for sightseeing...

Not on the hill, nor as swanky as some of the upscale places, Hotel Adria is a wonderful lodging on the river. Great service, and clean and comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again. Solid wi-fi. The free breakfast spread includes cold cuts, cheese, and bread as good expect in central Europe as well as yogurt, fruit, granola, cereals, and beverages.

Stayed here with family for one night. Hotel is out of the town, gas station and supermarket are very close. Nice big room, pretty clean. The staff was nice and helpful, talking German and English. When I call for last moment to make a reservation, lady at reception was so friendly and very helpful , she was watting for us till middle of the night, gave us great information, welcoming of her was really warm.she is upgrading hotel from 3* to 5*. !!!!! Very very average. I think it is perhaps even too pricey for what you get. Location is awesome though. Parking is non existent near the hotel and the kitchen is open until 7:30ish pm. The restaurant staff is not exactly what I would remotely deem as friendly. The room was clean.
