Nice room, despite the property looks a bit old, good breakfast. The hotel is on a hill so it takes about 20/30 minutes by feet to reach the city center. A bus is also available, but it doesn't pass very often.

Lovely stay, 10/10. Lovely stay. Was slightly confused with the parking but turned out I was able to park in the large public carpark opposite (I hope anyway). Very comfortable room with TV and fridge. Receptionist spoke very good english which was nice. Comfy bed. Good shower. Couldn’t fault it honestly, was great value too and in walking distance to the town.

The hotel is conveniently located by the river, without needing to climb a mountain, and close to attractions. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The breakfast is good, with a good variety of choices. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The place was probably very nice when it first opened. It was still nice and the high ceilings were impressive. We liked the breakfast as well. The price was higher than in Prague but should be expected given the location. No complaints. I am pleasantly surprised to see it is the #1 rated small hotel in town.

It's a bit of a walk from the station and a little far from the market, but otherwise it's great! If you're in the 6th-floor attic, you'll need to climb stairs, but the staff are very nice and easy to get along with, and the breakfast is delicious. It was a great experience!

This is an older hotel located on the outskirts of the scenic area. There's no parking. The rooms are relatively small, and the hot water isn't very hot. The front desk staff is quite helpful.

Lovely historic spa town Lovely city and old buildings and mineral water fountains of different temperatures. Took short trip to Loket one day to see the castle. Staff at hotel was very friendly. Staff even without being asked came to our room with a big fan that made our second night more comfortable as we didn't have AC in our room.

Just a stone throw from center of the walling street of KV. few meters from the main door and voila! Rooms are cute ,clean, bfast simple, some limited space for cars in front of the Hotel. And I have never ever seen such a water pressure while taking a shower, it really hurt but was lliek a water mmassage therapy.

Located above the Elephant Cafe. Just look for the golden elephant. However, the 24-hour front desk service is a bit inconvenient. You have to walk quite a distance (3-5 minutes) and then come back to check in. The morning dining area is also the check-in area. Lovely suite of 2 rooms with balcony overlooking the town. Free parking right outside. Two flights of steps with no elevator, so be aware if you have trouble lifting your bags. It is a 15 minute walk straight down into the city, so not a spot for elderly but great for the physically active. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great place to stay if your in Karlovy Vary. The hosts were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast buffet was good with enough of a choice. Room was large with a balcony which had a superb view of karlovy vary. Car parking is also available. Old fashioned rooms, but clean. Staff is very kind and friendly. Privat wellness is a nice advantage. Unfortunately food (especially dinners) were extremely disappointing.

The room facilities are very new, with a balcony. It is within walking distance to the attractions and there are hotels nearby. It's just that the network signal is not good, the network keeps dropping, and the parking fee is expensive, 20 euros a night.

Perfect In a quiet and peaceful place, near the forest, near the bus stop, the possibility to rent a tennis court or a badminton court! A beautiful walk into town, you can get spring water on the way. The equipment of the room is suitable, there is a kettle in the room. Breakfast can be purchased.

A small hotel located in a picturesque place. The room had no air conditioning or kettle. It was very stuffy in hot weather. Breakfasts were plentiful and tasty, but the staff took away the dishes very quickly, sometimes even not letting you finish eating. And the check-out time was very early, which also caused discomfort. In general, a modest hotel for a reasonable price.

Room feels 40 years old, looks dated. Hotel facility is old, dark, and hard to find. Parking is VERY limited, and is 20euro/day across the river (3 minute walk from the hotel.) Hotel has an outstanding location. You are in the city center and at the same time you are not, Everything is very nearby and there is quiet in the evening. Receptionists are very nice especially guy from the nightshift. The only thing we did no like was the pastry for breakfast, everything was a bit dry and older. I visited the city to relax and unwind. I spent a lot of time at the hotel, which was very comfortable. Everything was very clean, and I could enjoy a great view from the window. I received excellent hospitality. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel is old and has a very warm charm about it. However, my room felt incredibly dated, almost as if I was living in 1980. One complaint I have is related to my bathroom. When I arrived there was a sanitary seal wrapped around the toilet bowl which said that the toilet had been cleaned and sanitized. When I went to remove it, I found piss already in the toilet. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly. The pool with the possibility to rent the whirlpool privately was absolutely brilliant. One point deduction for the food ... Unfortunately, that wasn't quite as tasty. But we will definitely be back 🙂

I didn't stay there actually, but my friend did and I went there to rent bicycles, the host there is just an amazing person and you feel very homish there instantly! I would mos def consider staying there in the future for how the host was helpful! Totally recommended

A bit tucked away from the main stream, we loved every minute in there: spacious, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, beautiful property and plenty to do. Wish we could spend more time in there.

I liked my stay at the pensions very much, and can recommand it. - I had the best 2 night's sleep for long - Great location in nature ça 20min from the tcheque ski slopes - Great breakfast and dinner - very friendly woman renting the place :-) - Common room to discuss/play/for kinds to play with table tennis For non tcheque / German speaker (English only) it might be a bit tricky to get around.

My experence was very good. Room clean and as seen in pictures online. Position off hotel TOP in city center. Staff kind and helpfull + very kind to dogs. Price and service ratio was great for me. I was impressed by minimal food waist (by far the lowest in my experiances) and also by willingness to serve something else / making more food if you need it.
