I came here because of the movie "The Last Holiday". The hotel is as charming as in the movie, with an elegant environment and a unique old elevator. I recommend the nearby Moser crystal factory, which has exquisite craftsmanship and is worth a visit.

Not the best location but it’s peaceful little far from the center of the city.

It's a Really great place to spend a weekend, or more. We have been there in a winter time, so I can just imagine how gorgeous it could be in a summer time. It was a birthday celebrations, so everything was really on a top level - starting from services, cousine, waiters, atmosphere etc. For sure I'll be back, Cihelny!

There is a downside to not having air conditioning, but it was cool when I slept with the door open (mid-August). It is noisy because it is in front of the square, but the view is so pretty. It is the only accommodation that provides slippers, so it is nice! There is body lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The body lotion seems good. I like it.

We rested at the end of October. There was no heating, but the rooms were warm enough. Atmospheric hotel, very nice park nearby, friendly staff. The three of us had a suite, with lots of space, especially in the bathroom, if you want to get ready quickly in the morning. The sauna and swimming pool were a positive surprise. I missed real wholemeal bread at breakfast. All in all, very good value for money.

Next to the hot spring area, you can take bus No. 2 from the bus terminal (the name of the bus terminal is handwritten in the picture) and it takes about ten minutes to arrive at the stop sign in front of the hotel. There is the famous Golden Elephant Coffee opposite the hotel. If you have time, you can go and experience the century-old coffee. There are not many foreigners in this hot spring area

We have reserved amd paid 5 rooms but only provided 4 rooms upon arrival. Eventhough that the hotel offered another room in a nearby hotel (which is less renovated than Corso), it takes us nearly an hour to negotiate, the staff is super helpful in this case but it was an unpleasant experience at all.

It was a great deal. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view. Dropping off bags wasn't ideal, especially since we were with two 90-year-olds, and the hotel is located on a pedestrian street. Hotel romance was a wonderful place to stay in Karlovy Vary. It was a little difficult to get there from the train station as you had to take a bus and then walk down to the hotel. Apple Maps gave us the wrong directions, and we climbed a huge set of stairs and then walk down the street to the same place. However, after getting their list, app could not have been nicer. We were there at the end of December. Company of 7 people. We occupied 4 rooms: a family room, two double rooms and a single room. The common problem in all rooms is worn-out furniture upholstery, lack of furniture handles, shabby carpets and, with the exception of the single room, moving beds, difficult-to-work plumbing. Great location, stunning room and comfortable bed. I definitely enjoyed the breakfast and dinner bouffets, the food usually tasted delicious! The spa and massage were also super nice. Only problem I had was that my room only had a bathtub with no curtain or glass, so showering was kind of uncomfortable, but otherwise great place.
