The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. They speak German but no English. The procedures were professional and great. Restaurant is mediocre although surprisingly they have a lot of food for vegetarians and vegans. Wellness area is pretty small but it was never overcrowded. They have two saunas - one for ladies only and one big one. And one steam room - very small, only for 4 people....

Vacationing with 21.02.for 06.03.18 at the Green Haus for the first time in Karlovy vary,everything is super:the treatment(the classic 14 days-but the 21 day,maybe next time),the food buffet excellent,managed to walk a lot to 32,000 steps,went on weekend excursions:Prague,Switzerland.The beer is wonderful.In short, Europe rules!

Unpretentious Quartet with a nice pool and pitaniem

I came here because of the movie "The Last Holiday". The hotel is as charming as in the movie, with an elegant environment and a unique old elevator. I recommend the nearby Moser crystal factory, which has exquisite craftsmanship and is worth a visit.

Good but quite an old hotel in Karlovy Vary. There are nicer / better options in my opinion.

The hotel is a time-honored brand with luxurious facilities and decoration, complete and comfortable facilities, and a large scale, which exceeded expectations; however, the attitude of some waiters was poor.

Karlovy Vary Film festival is famoust Czech festival and is for the city most important event. When you try to accomodate in this hotel you have to know this. Location is top. Everything was perfect from the start, the staff was very helpful. We had a very nice room. The spa area was also very nice. If anyone has something to complain about here, he really can't be helped anymore.

we had one of the best rooms, nr. 310 with view on the promenade, a large room with separate WC and bath. Very nice receptionist, there is a parking space on the hill behind teh hotel with an extra gate to the 4th floor. We loved staying here, the historic hotel is really beautiful, staff was super nice and cordial, the location in enchanting Karlovy Vary perfect and we also really enjoyed the spa area. It's a great hotel close to Hotel Pupp which is where we stayed before (but it's a 2 night minimum on the weekend). They had someone welcome us and help with our luggage. You cannot go wrong with this place.

I visited only SPA, I did not live there. Good price and inner appearance, I felt comfortable inside! However, saunas temperature were generaly low (50-70 Celsius degree in the fnnish sauna), except the steam sauna, where hot steam went only to up, while feet felt cold. I would not return back again.

Very nice located, clean and good kitchen. If you wanna get relaxed I can recommend. Some SPA and Wellness facilities were not operating in the morning.

Nice place but likely for a summer vacation. Winter is very boring. Even bath/sauna/swimming pools do not save. Be prepared that the sauna you should be naked. There is a large children's room (Marshall hall). The Breakfast is very monotonous. The evening menu is similar, but quite tasty.

The three of us had a suite, with lots of space, especially in the bathroom, if you want to get ready quickly in the morning. The sauna and swimming pool were a positive surprise. I missed real wholemeal bread at breakfast. All in all, very good value for money.

Next to the hot spring area, you can take bus No. 2 from the bus terminal (the name of the bus terminal is handwritten in the picture) and it takes about ten minutes to arrive at the stop sign in front of the hotel. There is the famous Golden Elephant Coffee opposite the hotel. If you have time, you can go and experience the century-old coffee. There are not many foreigners in this hot spring area

Nicely decorated hotel with amazing spa and high quality procedures, but the food is one of the worst in Carlsbad, no spice at all, it was a big disappointment on otherwise great hotel.

Excellent salon - hairdresser! Stylist Olga is an excellent master of her craft. "Golden" hands work wonders. I recommend.

Vintage, cute, romantic, cozy, expensive

Pretty nice hotel with classic decoration as the most hotels at the Karlovy Vary town. We visited the restaurant, the meal was a traditional Czech one, very well cooked (ice cream for dessert was also included). The service was great, from friendly and polite staff.

The location and the spa were pretty excellent; the hotel is very clean and spacious; for the most part, the staff was polite, which is to say that the reception staff was polite. The breakfast and cafe almost seem out of another hotel — this is the extent of the contrast between the hotel itself and these aspects of it. We rested at the end of October. There was no heating, but the rooms were warm enough. Atmospheric hotel, very nice park nearby, friendly staff. The restaurant let us down a little, namely, what the dishes were served in, who remembers, the bent aluminum pans from the Soviet era. Very nice place. Rooms are spacious and the new wellness is outstanding. The staff were really helpful and the biggest surprise for me was the owner who was extremly welcoming and friendly. I will come back for sure.

Big expensive place. Good for old people

We have reserved amd paid 5 rooms but only provided 4 rooms upon arrival. Eventhough that the hotel offered another room in a nearby hotel (which is less renovated than Corso), it takes us nearly an hour to negotiate, the staff is super helpful in this case but it was an unpleasant experience at all.

It was a great deal. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view. Dropping off bags wasn't ideal, especially since we were with two 90-year-olds, and the hotel is located on a pedestrian street. Breakfast was okay. I didn't think chicken nuggets are traditional breakfast fare in Czechia, but I could be wrong.

We enjoyed our stay with the whole family in this hotel. The staff was pleasant, all hotel areas smelled lovely and were clean. The wellness area has been beautifully renovated. We especially liked the idea of the tea room, which is part of the hotel and offers guests free tea and coffee during the whole day. We booked 2 rooms with the panoramic views! Absolutely gorgeous. Easy check-in. Parking is available for a fee. Used a pool and a tea room the first night. The amazing location of the hotel makes it great. We loved it. And hopefully will return again.

There is a downside to not having air conditioning, but it was cool when I slept with the door open (mid-August). It is noisy because it is in front of the square, but the view is so pretty. It is the only accommodation that provides slippers, so it is nice! There is body lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The body lotion seems good. I like it.

Good location (for walking, and in relation to the sources), friendly staff, communication with bolshinstvo in Russian, a sufficient number of treatments, good food, clean linen in the rooms (only a bit unlucky with the weather, although this did not prevent a good rest and walk)!

I wish the hotel has expanded the palette of TV programs in Russian, not everyone wants to watch TV with no alternative theme !

Great location, stunning room and comfortable bed. I definitely enjoyed the breakfast and dinner bouffets, the food usually tasted delicious! The spa and massage were also super nice. Only problem I had was that my room only had a bathtub with no curtain or glass, so showering was kind of uncomfortable, but otherwise great place.

The hotel was clean, well equipped, neat. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast at a very good level. The room was very well lit, including a large portable standing lamp, and equipped with a desk large enough for PC work. Just minor flaws.

The time we had at the hotel was great. The new spa area was great, the swimming pool is surprisingly large for a hotel this size and so is the sauna area. The staff are friendly and helpful which again made our stay very pleasant.

Great place for quiet relaxation and Golf. To Karlovy vary by car 10 minutes. The hotel grounds come deer. Clean air, great views and service. There is free pool, 3 different saunas and a gym.

Well located between commercial street and oldtown. Staff in health care center can barely speak English. Russian and Germany words helps a lot. Only 1 or 2 hot dishes are changed daily, no change for the rest. Bit boring after 3days. No swimming pool available. Sauna close at 10pm and no towel if you go to sauna late. Wonder where come from their 4stars.
