The location is good to take the bus and the view was awesome. The staff were good except one old lady was not friend enough. The condition is ok but the rooms don't deserve 4. The garage parking was so dirty

Good old hotel, the location is nice. You can walk underground to other hotels. For example wellness or restaurant. Clean and quiet location.

Karlovy vary is not very international thus we experienced some issue communicating with the staff on reception, dining and telephone. Luckily my wife speaks German and it was better than English

We had a great time! The hotel is incredible with many restaurants, bars, ****** and spa! All great quality. The spa is one of the best I have been to. Definitely read and nap in the salt grotto!

Good but quite an old hotel in Karlovy Vary. There are nicer / better options in my opinion.

Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hostess insisted on seating us at the very last table, claiming that all other tables were reserved and already chosen by other guests

The hotel provides an excellent location on the river and on the middle of the city. Room is clean and tidy. Amenities are excellent. They have excellent wellness retreats and facilities.

This spa hotel is located in the Czech spa town of Karlovy Vary. It's a very large hotel with two swimming pools, one upstairs and one downstairs, both free for guests

It was really miserable! Later found equipped with a lift, inside there are chairs to sit, very comfortable, like riding a cable car, but no windows, can not see the outside scenery, the outdoor hot spring and swimming pool in the middle of the mountain is very good, can see the nearby view, hot spring with chair-like frame, can lie down and soak, swimming pool hydromassage, etc

The heated indoor swimming pool and hydromassage pool are excellent for unlimited free use. The rooms are fully equipped with a terrace and the buffet breakfast food is very rich and delicious!

The rooms are sober but well-kept, with no unnecessary frills. Great spa (2 hours per day included, and unlimited use for a small fee). Easy to reach by car, affordable parking in the hotel's own parking garage

Large hotel, efficiently organized. Great location between the historic spa town and the modern pedestrian zone. Unfortunately, the exterior is a socialist architectural dereliction

Beautiful hotel with a magnificent view since it is located on top of a hill. A little bit of a walk to the Main Street but it makes the area quiet when it’s time to rest and recharge. Definitely recommend!

The view from every window was impressive: snow-capped mountains, large trees, and stunning architecture. Dinner was beautifully presented and delicious. Bossa nova music played softly in the background

Great hotel connected with several others of Bristol group via tunnels and bridges. You can access fitness, a great swimming pool and a bowling alley. And the view out of the hotel into the city is just amazing

The only reason i took one start away by thr rooms is because the decoration is a bit very old school (70's), but they are really comfortable with all you need. (Ok, no boiler for water and a quick coffee)

The first 2-3 days, when dishes were from menu, the dinner was not good and not taste. When the dinner moved to buffet mode the quality and taste of dishes became very good

The location is amazing, right on the colonnade, though during festival it’s very loud! We didn’t mind that much and were able to sleep even with windows opened. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated

The shower cubicle is moldy, the shower head is calcified, and the curtain could use a wash, etc. Breakfast is average, with very few vegetables on offer. Parking is an extra charge, which wasn't mentioned anywhere

The spa area is good, but small. However, the hotel's location is excellent; it's situated in a beautiful spot

Wellness area is very relaxing and spacious. Never felt cramped in my visit twice. Location is right next to the lake but off from city center. Either you drive your own car or book cabs. I will definitely visit again

The rooms are spacious and functional. And the breakfasts aren’t bad either. Checking in, I was suddenly told parking would be €30 per day and the parking on the street was for residents only

Good location (for walking, and in relation to the sources), friendly staff, communication with bolshinstvo in Russian, a sufficient number of treatments, good food, clean linen in the rooms (only a bit unlucky with the weather, although this did not prevent a good rest and walk)!

The town is situated on hills, so if you live there, you have to do a lot of walking and in hilly terrain it's quite tiring. Fortunately, in Venus we were spared this necessity
