Spa was small and barely had room in it For a spa resort i was expecting more . Staff at reception barely speak english and some was impatient which made me feel not so welcomed

If you have budget issue this hotel could be a good choice, otherwise I won’t pick it again. It’s a very standard 3 star( don’t know how it reaches 4.5 star) this could be a miss leading

The location is good to take the bus and the view was awesome. The staff were good except one old lady was not friend enough. The condition is ok but the rooms don't deserve 4.5 stars. The garage parking was so dirty. Spider nets, and smell. It is the main downside of the hotel.

We stayed at pension Dagmar, which belongs to Curie, so I am unable to judge the facilities of Curie. From the outside: is is not the most modern building. But on the inside, as seen in pension Dagmar, the facility es were good. Staff: always helpful and forthcoming. Price, we paid for the apartment 50eur/night /person. But breakfast was included and very good.

Walked in with 3 kids and very kindly asked that my 4 year old needed to use a bathroom. They charged us CZK 50. If you really have to ask, then maybe 20 CZK would be appropriate.

Nice place to stay, close to everything

The room is small but new. The room service is good. But the food is terrible..they feed you unhealthy food and it's very tasteless...for 4 stars it's a complete sadness...the pool is icy...I never got to the sauna..in the evening they sit there in rows. And they don't work during the day🤣I don't recommend it...only people with mobility problems live there because of the proximity to the source

Hotel served its purpose and our stay was okay, though there were a few things that didn’t work. Beautiful hotel with a magnificent view since it is located on top of a hill. A little bit of a walk to the Main Street but it makes the area quiet when it’s time to rest and recharge. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is old but has a nice feel. It was nice to stay for one night with breakfast included. The pool was not heated. It was 8 degrees Celsius on the day of our stay and it was too cold to go in. The sauna room was awkward because the men were sharing the same room with each other.

The hotel's location is ideal, and the staff is very attentive. We also scheduled massages at the hotel, which we thoroughly enjoyed. A great place to stay!

Super relaxing We went to relax a few days after exploring Prague and it was perfect. I would definitely come back here if I ever have the opportunity to go back to Karlovy Vary. Also, the view from our room beautiful.

Mother daughter trip The hotel was nice and provided an old world charm. The spa was clean and had many service options. The food was okay, except the Restaurant Paris which was exzellent. The service throughout was a bit slow and not warm.

Poor management. The rooms are modern, but the hotel's infrastructure is not designed for the number of guests. For example, the sauna is too small, and tables in the restaurant were reserved by name for half-board guests, meaning there was no space for breakfast-only guests, even though two-thirds of the tables were empty at 8:30 a.m. In the café, guests were asked to leave tables without reservation...

There is a downside to not having air conditioning, but it was cool when I slept with the door open (mid-August). It is noisy because it is in front of the square, but the view is so pretty. It is the only accommodation that provides slippers, so it is nice! There is body lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The body lotion seems good. I like it.

Never again Reception is decrepit. The people at front desk at arrival: dirty,in disarray and not friendly. Hotel stairs and hallways very dirty(old carpets, dirty). Spa is a joke, whilpool water cold(75 degrees F) Hotel pretentious.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here.

True 5-star experience from parking to spa. Great breakfast and dinner tasting menu. Good wine list also. Pools open early & late. Area around hotel gives easy access to shopping and sights. Underground parking has direct elevator access to rooms. Asked for recommendation for gift options and was referred to local florist that was excellent.

I booked a triple room, but after check-in I found it too small (38 square meters), so I asked for an upgrade. The front desk patiently helped me check several rooms, and I finally chose a square room of about 60 square meters, which was very comfortable. The restaurant was also very classic, and the food changed slightly every morning, so I didn't feel bored even after four nights!

The location is excellent, right in front of the Market Colonnade. The hotel was clean, and check-in and luggage storage were smooth.
