Accommodation in LL Mánes I. Rooms clean, after renovation, correspond to the level of a 3-star hotel. Catering buffet system. Continuous replenishment of food went smoothly. The drinking regime seemed to me to be a shortcoming. Only ice water was available for dinner, which is not entirely pleasant when eating hot food. It is also not possible to buy any drinks during the day until 1 p.m. The restaurant is open from 1 p.m. It would be advisable to install a vending machine for hot drinks and bottled water. Overall, it is time for the staff in the dining room to know the time pressure. When accommodating seniors, receptionists should take into account their auditory indisposition and other handicaps (slower comprehension and orientation).

Quiet place. The food is sufficient, on the whole varied. The staff and all the procedures are fine. Hospital before reconstruction. More suitable for undemanding clientele. What I didn't like was that you have to pay for the parking lot and you come to a six-month-old car for three-quarters of a mega with crosses carved on it. It would be enough to install cameras when the money is already being collected. I also didn't like the cafe, where they only serve beer, some soft drinks, and the problem of making quality coffee. Without all the snacks from chips to desserts. That's a hospital full of pensioners and children who would certainly welcome it. One would say that "the dog died here"

Unreal experience, dirt, balconies can't be opened due to a state of emergency, barrier-free access is not promised, room not cleaned upon arrival, unpleasant behavior of the staff. All in all: I do not recommend the stay to anyone. We canceled the stay and I feel sorry for the pensioners for whom this stay was intended.

It looks amazing in the photos. But when you come to our place, it's a disaster, as if you were still under the Communist regime, the walls are moldy, the food is acceptable, the nurses and co-workers are unpleasant, but I don't recommend it at all, I'd rather be somewhere else than here.
