We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The building is old, and it’s clear that no proper renovation has been done for a long time — the furniture and plumbing are worn out. The heating didn’t work, and the room was cold. There were no slippers, which should be standard for a 4-star hotel.
The breakfast was very basic, with minimal choice. We also found hair on the bed, which was extremely unpleasant.On the positive side, the staff were friendly and polite, and there was free parking available.Overall, the level of comfort and service does not match the hotel’s claimed 4-star category.

Hello we had a horrible experience in carl nn hotel.
It supposed to be a 4 star hotel but it's ust 1 star or hostel maximum. That's incredible how the stars are given??2 will send you some picture to understand what Italk about.
Breakfast...you can chose and they give you only 2 eggs per person nothing more coffee even it's extra taking in account that we had breakfast included. Beds are just like a dormitory bed ...nothing but nothing yo do with the 4 star hotels. I m totally disappointed and I paid my money for a such a bad hostel experience (i could have slept in hostel for 11 eur ) but I chose a 4 star hotel for 60-70 eur

Hotel is located on the outskirts of Prague but has an amazing public transport links into the town. The lady in reception has recommended getting an phone app where you get your transport tickets for the required time and also shows you the links you need to get. In the evenings, the bartender is very nice and patient! Rooms are okay, there's parking as well. Thank you for having us!

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights 13-14 July 2021. We enjoyed it very much. Excellent service, very good food, room very convenient, very good value for the money we spend. The hotel is not located in the center but with public transport which is relatively cheap you can get to the center within 20 minutes. We will definitely go back there. It is highly recommended.

Good hostel, for 1 or 2 nights.. But not longer. The location of this pension is really pleasant, 15 min and you're in city centre..

P.S. Ants in the lobby :-\

Not dinner at 22.00 even the restaurant is open till 23.00... and the morning after, calling 10 min after check out limit... It is a hotel from a distance to the center.. lost time looking out a place to eat and came back late because of their not serving restaurant... the fridge in the room was not rearrenged after the previous guest... the balcony is full of large spiders and webs.
