But I will be happy to wait, as you have resolved the above-mentioned cancellation of the salt cave and failure to provide compensation.

First of all, I must write that the staff negotiations with clients are at such a disrespectful level that I cannot recommend the hotel.

Before arrival, we received in the e-mail a list of procedures that we have planned (and paid for). Upon arrival, we were unpleasantly surprised that from the original total massage or total wrap we will have only a partial massage, etc. and nothing can be done about it, because the weekend is already planned and no one has time for the total massage.

On the last day of our stay, the salt cave, which we had booked in the evening, broke down. The receptionist did not offer any replacement on her own. When I indicated that I would expect some compensation for the paid service, the lady came to the conclusion that as compensation we can all have coffee in the café with a dessert. So we decided to accept this compensation and at the same time announced our departure this evening. However, when we came to check out with the packed suitcases after dinner, we were told that the salt cave was already in operation, so we would not receive any compensation. Of course, we didn't go back to our room to go to the sauna and go home an hour later. But it turned out to us that the lady who came to the river in front of us received a refund for canceling this service. So the question is whether the service was up and running again or she just tried it on us, because she saw that we were ready to leave. But we didn't deal with it anymore and left with the feeling that they just came to us.

The interior of the hotel is decent, although the furnishings of the room are a bit outdated. Wellness facilities are average to below average. The large hotel had swimming pools, a whirlpool, smaller saunas and only 2 showers in front of the saunas, which are separated by transparent glass. So when showering, you stick your ass out at the people sitting in the sauna. Another thing is that it smells like power in the showers and steams like in a gorilla enclosure. Apparently they would like to disinfect the premises from time to time. The showers in the ladies' dressing room are then right in the entrance, so when you take off your clothes and put them on your clothes, everyone from the pool area sees you when you open the door.

Some staff members did not behave too professionally. The lady who distributed the sheets in the wellness was absolutely springy and we obviously bothered her completely. One of the emperors then either did not take away the dishes at all and preferred to chat with the ladies from the next table, or took the dishes without asking, because the cut was not postponed.
