The room was clean and full of useful surprises (heated bathroom floor, clever nightlight, automatic blinds, etc.) and breakfast was fantastic with many food options that the staff kept fresh and stocked all the way up until closing time.

The golf hotel is great, easily accessible by tram, the rooms are clean, the coffee and tea are excellent, and the breakfast is also very good. It's suitable for both business and leisure travel.

Check Inn was a mess, their was a new guy who had given our room to someone else, then it took over 30 min to check inn.
The room was dirty, with dust balls flying in washroom, I was promised that it will be cleaned the next day and other rooms are unavailable.
Informed the reception staff the next morning before going out, they assured it will be resolved.
I cam back in evening, asked the reception - they said that they don't see any request in system of cleaning but the room is cleaned, i get back and the same problem and the same excuse, dont have any other rooms!!!

Stayed four nights. The hotel is in good condition, but the sauna wasn’t working and there was a time without water, so we had to find another place. On the bright side, housekeeping and breakfast staff were superb and very attentive

The hotel is simply excellent, friendly and helpful staff! The hotel and rooms are clean. Food 5 points (the range, unlike Turkey, is not large, but the food is delicious!!!!). The room has a 55 inch Samsung TV (taking into account that the room is not large). What I mean is that in Kyiv, when we are selling business class apartments and preparing designer renovations, the “rednecks” are trying to put a pathetic 40-45 inch TV into the room... I’m silent for Turkey and Bulgaria.
