Beautiful accommodation in a quiet location, convenient for both spa guests and people who like to walk and enjoy discovering the surrounding areas. The room was clean, bright, spacious and more than well equipped. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection, even for vegetarians. And the staff was also pleasant and kind. In summary - great satisfaction.

A very nice hotel overlooking the rooftops of Mariánské Lázně. You can enjoy beautiful views of the town from here. It's a bit out of the way and therefore very quiet. The park and the promenade can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The service is very friendly and helpful, and they try to fulfill all your wishes. The rooms are large, the furnishings a bit dated from the 90s. But everything you need is there, and above all, it's very clean. The breakfast is plentiful and includes typical Czech dishes. It's quickly refilled, and I didn't miss anything except some cream cheese. You can bring your dog to the hotel, and there's an elevator. The value for money is good here. There are also plenty of parking spaces, which are free. We would be happy to come back.

Huge suite with bedroom, living room and kitchen, enormous bathroom and walk in closet. Very good breakfast too. Pleasant and helpful staff. Well located just outside the main street but within easy walking distance of the center.

Convenient location of the hotel a little away from the center. Free parking in front of the hotel. Reception and staff very nice and helpful. Breakfasts are classic eggs + sausage, meatloaf, bacon, etc. + cheeses, salami, fruit, yogurts, in short, everyone can choose. The rooms are huge, there is a kitchen with equipment and lots of storage space. I was a bit bothered by the rather uncomfortable sofa in the living room, which tended to move around and did not provide enough comfort for two to watch TV. There is no TV in the bedroom. The massages are great too. I recommend it for us and we will definitely come back.

Pleasant and helpful receptionist. The problem with the shower was immediately resolved. Delicious breakfast. The lady in the wellness area is helpful and communicative. Spacious apartment with lots of storage space. Parking at the hotel is always without problems and free of charge.

We only popped down for a cup of coffee on our way to Hamelika lookout tower. The coffee was nice but we really liked the hotel and wish we had stayed there. It looked modern, cozy and clean. An important bonus: they have a CAT!

Nice bed & breakfast with gourmet food, but far from a 4-star hotel. Sauna needs to be prepared in advance for every visit, dinner needs to be ordered one day in advance. We used the glasses in the room the first day, no one cleaned them in a week. There is a cat going freely around the hotel. The materials and menus are in German and Czech, not very welcoming for English-speaking visitors. The indoor play room for kids was very nice, but not very clean. The staff seemed very unconcerned about Covid-19, we did not see any distancing measures or increased hygiene. Parking was quite tight, would not use without a parking assistant in the car. The hotel is not accessible without a car. No elevator or wheelchair / buggy access. No one helped us with the luggage from the car.
