Very nice Hotel, Close to the Center, heated Pool , very Clean.

We entered the lobby. A big white and golden, eastern style entry…..No one was at the front desk. I actually called the front desk myself on the phone after 5 minutes of waiting and then a person came from the back… Yup, you are now in eastern Europe…absolutely no service. Smiles are rare. Then I wonder, what is it with fluorescent tube lights and this part of the world? Every lamp has a bright, cold, white light and it makes everything feel like a hospital. The rooms are clean but boring. Just bright lights…and there is absolutely nothing cosy here. But super good pressure in shower and a small balcony. Here comes the big surprise: The best breakfast!! Fresh made pancakes and egg Benedict’s. I think everyone got what they wanted. Thet had beans, potato, porridge, fruit, good bread, smoothies…absolutely a 5 star breakfast! The hotel is big and like a labyrinth, mostly senior citizens. Didn’t see many below 50…

The overall impression of Grandhotel Nabokov the service, procedures, and food at the restaurant is good. However, it was difficult to communicate with Dr. Natalia regarding the imposition of procedures that could not be done due to the patient's medical conditions. Most importantly, we got COVID on the 3rd or 4th day after arrival. The sanitation after procedures was insufficient, which led to the spread of COVID among patients. We spent 5 days in quarantine instead of receiving treatment and resting. The overall impression of staying at the hotel was spoiled.

The room was very clean, the staff at the reception, in the restaurant, during the treatments and in the service were very friendly and helpful. The food! A variety of everything, whether for breakfast or dinner. Nothing was missing. Every evening there were different dishes, always fish! Really, thank you again to the kitchen and the staff. We were very satisfied. The treatments were great! The staff tried very hard to make sure we were satisfied. Almost every evening there were events with music and entertainment, just great!! 1. I am staying here for 2 weeks. I chose a double comfort room for myself alone. But upon arrival I got a slightly larger room, superior. Bathrobe, kettle-tea-coffee, toilet, daily cleaning. 2. I took full board and 24 procedures per week, i.e. 49 in total (laboratory bonus). The food is very good, a large selection for different tastes. (There was never any cottage cheese, but I survived it). There is always tea in the assortment. And this is not in all hotels, experienced people know! 3. The treatment base is diverse. The procedures are carried out according to the schedule, it must be followed. You can buy additional procedures selectively, both in the spa and at the reception, for example, Thai massage, cosmetics for the face. The staff tries to make your stay comfortable. 4. The wi-fi was weak, but after my request it improved. And in general, they respond to comments, it is clear that the top manager of the spa and other responsible persons care about improving service and eliminating shortcomings, it is important to them. 5. The cultural program is not bad, in the lobby of the hotel. There was a piano evening, disco, saxophone, harp. You can dance. 6. Keep in mind that it is possible to request a late check-out, the reception is accommodating to find a possibility. The service is paid, quite affordable. It cost me 50 euros with lunch. 7. I give the hotel a high rating and recommend it to you, you will not regret it! 8. Of course, there were controversial issues, there is still what needs and can be improved. And we talked about this with the top manager. But this sincere participation, sincere and obvious desire to fix and help is very captivating and leaves a pleasant impression. The reception staff was really nice. There are several buildings under the name of this hotel. In fact, it is almost the whole street, but it is possible to go through it from inside. We got a superior room which was spacious but there could be two doors to isolate the sound from the corridor. A coffee and tea maker and a mini bar were fine. The breakfast was really great with plenty of choice. The pool was in the other building but slippers and bathrobe were provided in the room. The cleanliness in the pool was superb, but we were there in the morning only. In the bathroom there was some garbage in the bin from the previous guests. The toilitteries were in the small tubes, I think, it could be solved in more ecological way. The opening time of the pool is insufficient- 10am - 21pm. Check out is at 11am so you have a very limited chance to use the pool when you come to a 1 day trip. A parking space can be a problem, you have to reserve it or park in a public parking house app. 500m away.

A quality sanatorium with amazing service. Upon arrival, an amazing welcome at the reception, receiving the necessary explanations, lunch and a visit to a doctor in order to define and adjust the required treatment and all without delays and always with a smile from the working staff. A suite in the "Imperial" building, beautiful, modern, air-conditioned, with comfortable and high-quality furniture and equipment, including daily cleaning at a very high level. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the "Imperial" restaurant with a variety of options, many salads, delicious soups at lunch and dinner. Treatments are carried out at the appointed time without delays, quality and professional staff. The head doctor of a convalescent home is very professional and caring, always knows how to listen and help - amazing! Really nice lobby bar, sometimes in the evening live music and dancing. An amazing location of a convalescent home next to the springs and important - a spacious forest with well-maintained walking paths.

Excellent clean hotel in a very convenient strategic location, close to the center and main Lazne points of interest, just adjucent to beutiful walking areas and parks. Great selection of non-boring food (we booked half board) every day. Friendly and smiling staff, ready to assist you any time. Great health balneo clinic and facilities with experienced medical personnel. We are very pleased and it's highly recommended

Great location and service!

The longer time for kids in the swimming pool, at least additional 30’ would make kids with their parents more happy!
More hooks for towers in bathroom & pool area - maybe as idea :)
And I’d include in dinner price at least one alco drink.

Friendly staff, good quality breakfast/dinner buffet (incl. a paper bag to take away breakfast snacks - awesome!), comfortable beds and generally clean hotel. Pool and sauna are of modest size. Their attention to kids with dedicated programs and playing spaces is a big plus!

The room furniture is a bit outdated, carpets worn out. If booking lunches ahead of the reservation, it usually means your last lunch is on check-out day but the system does not recognize it - awakward situation for us. The quality of the lunch meals was inferior to breakfast/dinner, often reutilizing food to avoid leftovers (ok, I understand the concept but won't buy lunch again).

When you're used to the other OREA hotels, this one's simply a big disappointment. The rooms are old, poorly equipped and uncomfortable (it's manageable, but you simply expect more). Same thing with breakfasts and dinners, you expect nice modern selection, but instead you get boring old fashioned cuisine. It's obvious the hotel is probably catering to the different visitors - mostly older foreigners. Service is super nice as always, but they don't really have much to show off here. The whole place just lacks any charm, or simply anything 'more'. The spa pool is very nice though, though super small. There even wasn't any body lotion at the room.

A wonderful hotel with attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere is relaxing and leaves a very pleasant impression. The food quality is decent, although it could be improved a little. Overall, I was very pleased with everything. Thank you for a wonderful time at your hotel.

Fantastic! The best place for families with kids :-). Great lication,great food, fantastic and helpfull stuff. Ela the animator should be an actress! ;-) I fully recomend this hotel. If you travel without kids Orea hotel Bohemia.
