Nice, clean, well decorated room. Room is a 10min walk or less to all the main sites in the city, but is located on a quiet road next to a beautiful river view. Something to note is that walking to the city center does require going uphill and taking stairs. We had the room on the first floor, which was very spacious, but some rooms are up a set of stairs. Lots of highly rated restaurants within a 5min or less walk.

Very clean room, quiet area, pretty good location as its not far from old town.

Good location, but incredibly poor service from the owner. Had weird spam emails leading up to our arrival, followed by a lengthy and inefficient check in. Dogs are 500kr/night extra, which is not advertised anywhere in the booking process. Extremely rude aftermath, and would not recommend.

It’s large and spacious, like an apartment. We lack nothing, except for air conditioning, but we found out later that no other hotels have air conditioning too. The supplies of shampoo and body wash was inadequate for two adults.

A pleasant stay. Welcomed warmly and everything was prepared. Its about a 10 minute to old square area and similar to hiking trail upto a church that overlooks Cesky Krumlov. Room fairly small but wasnt a problem at all. Discount also offered at next door cafe called Kafe Te. Id recommend here if u wish to stay near the old town. Also close to bus station for those who dont drive.
