The worst experience on hotel I have been for the past 50 years as reasons below:
1) check in front desk is not 24 hrs and don’t even have a seat for guest to sit and wait.
2) hotel check in staff / or manager don’t answer for checking request call normally and keep us guest standing and waiting for his coming about 30 minutes and actually he is just inside the other room opposite the reception.
3) after abut 30 minutes waiting, he come out from his room , didn’t show his identity first but question us why we are looking around the reception area ？and the attitude are very very rude I have never seen before.
4) no other facility except rooms in this hotel ? No any tourist information available, no lift for upstairs room guest specifically with luggage and in old age. No luggage storage rooms and worst is the latest check out time is 10 am in the morning ？
5) room cleanses is ok but only provide 1 medium size towel, no others ！shower facility is below standard and hot water supply are not enough too.

This is the worst hotel experience for me for the past 50 years , the checking staff is an old man with good English , supposed he should be in higher class level with this language ability in his age but the attitude is horrible, the way he questions us why we are looking around the reception area while we are waiting for checking is like we are facing the KGB or police . Really terrible ！

The first time you enter the hotel, you will feel unkind at the reception. And the room will get a headache and an upset stomach from the smell of mold. I didn't even use the bedding because it was in such a bad condition. I encourage you to check other people's reviews and I would never want to go back even if it gives you free nights. It's not worth choosing score number.

The boss isn’t friendly! We felt sad to his conversation! This is not a good treat !

Worst host i have ever meet.

I have to call the police to get my passport back. charged me 12 euro, just because i left my car in front of the hotel to do the check in.

I can only speak for the room we stayed in (room 2), and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Additional cost cost on arrival for parking (about 15 euro per day - which I think is a lot). The host was not very flexible with payments and we had to leave to go and get the money before getting access to the room.
The room smelled horrendously of mould and damp. We felt sick being in there and even with the windows wide open the smell was horrible. The room was freezing (colder than outside) and we asked the host if it was possible to turn the radiators on but was told it was the warm season and it would be an extra cost for some warmth. We felt we could not be in the room as it was so unpleasant. We did not address this with the host as we felt that previous conversations had not gone too well and after reading other reviews we felt it was pointless.
Additionally, the fridge, kettle and glasses were stored in the bathroom with a really unsafe electrical setup.
Towels were still damp/wet on arrival and did not dry in the cold damp room thought the entire stay. This is the worst room we've stayed in during our 3 months in Europe and I think this place is a health hazard. Unfortunately not recommending.

The worst booking experience in life, bar none! ! ! ! One person was omitted when booking, and when I arrived at the hotel, I was told to charge double the room rate (about 740 RMB), which was super unreasonable. Even though we agreed to pay back the tax for one person, the hotel owner did not agree. However, at this price, one more room can be booked immediately in the APP. We were stunned at the time, since we have to pay this price, we might as well book another hotel immediately. So we left. I have been abroad for so many years, and I have never seen a hotel like this. Later, I saw the reviews of this hotel on Google Maps, all of which involved arbitrary charges. Anyway, if there is a slight discrepancy between the terms and the reservation, he will cheat you a lot of money. If you don't believe me check out the reviews on google maps, it's super low rated.
