Facilities: Complete, with parking available, and a generous breakfast. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, no odors. Service: Friendly staff, responsive to requests. Environment: Nice surroundings, convenient transportation, and a quiet location.

The two single beds were too narrow and not arranged in advance. The hotel is not friendly to myopia and makeup needs. Makeup is difficult to see clearly. Breakfast is so-so and tastes so-so. Relatively clean and tidy.

All the staff were very kind. Apparently, the entrance is supposed to be locked from 10 PM to 6 AM, but when I returned to the hotel past 10:30 PM, it was open.

The hotel location is excellent, right next to the bus terminal and train station. The town centre is just a short walk away. It is a heritage building which is very well maintained. I find the the gym room is very tight, the breakfast options has good variety, but i still find that it can be improved further.

This time I extended my stay by one day, so I used the "Rebook" button on Trip.com to book the same room and avoid having to move. I had already notified the hotel when I stayed last time, and they said they would arrange it, but breakfast was not included, unlike the first time! Excellent hotel. Ideally situated between the castle and old town. Clean and nicely appointed rooms (we had a junior suite which was spacious). Great selection at breakfast. Efficient and polite service from all the staff we had contact with. You can't really ask for much more....recommended.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is in a fantastic location — just a short walk from the historic center and all the festive Christmas markets. Hotel facilities were nice and clean, however we were extremely disappointed in the room. Absolutely not in line with the paid price, loud as right next to the elevator, view only into other windows of inner yard (not even the yard was there just the reception roof). If you do not lockt the door it keeps opening on its own. Quite okay variety of food at breakfast, but only sweet toppings for yoghurt...

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Our room was modern and very clean. Staff is very nice. Great plus that they have their own parking garage. The city center is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast had great selection, although I thought that it was a little bit expensive.

The room is well-equipped, but the power outlets are European standard, so you'll need an adapter. The hotel provides a kettle and various tea bags. Note: Disposable toiletries are not provided. The room only has hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Hairnets (and disposable slippers, which were only replaced every two days – there weren't any when I first arrived, and I didn't ask why, and no toothpaste...

One of the best hotels in Europe. The amenities are basically like asian standards. There's sleepers, coffee, many other things I wouldn't expect a hotel in Europe to provide. The breakfast is very rich, definitely with good choices. It's also possible to exchange currency inside the hotel which is very convenient. Rooms are also very clean. I'd recommend anyone to stay there.

Beautiful hotel, especially during Christmas time. There was a pianist in the lobby which was a nice touch. Receptionists extremely helpful offering valet parking, to take your luggage up to your room for you abd a welcome drink Food in their à la carte restaurants also really good. The spa was open but with some construction work and builders around as well.

Service is good. Location is a bit far but good for people who travel with car. Car park is free. Even though a lot of reviews mentioned that the hotel is dated. To us, it’s spacious and good. The spa, pool and the welcoming wine are bonus points for this hotel.

The hotel is old but good, they offer a lot of complimentary stuff starting from a present at the reception and a bottle of vine in the room to apples in front of the elevators and a glass of sparkling wine at the breakfast. Located next to the lake, the city centre is a bit far away (15 min by car). The hotel has a free parking but it’s not really big. The room was clean and the wellness is good, but it can get very crowded and you have to wait for the jacuzzi (e.g.) or no place to sit or relax. The hotel is out of town and away from local shops. However there is a bus stop at the entrance which can take you to the city centre, main railway station etc. As the weather was hot a lack of air conditioning was not good but the pedestal fan worked fine. The hotel has a rather old-fashioned décor and an amazing location. The front desk speaks English, which is helpful. My friend lost something during our stay, but I still booked it for my mother because the location is just too good. The price is a bit high, but acceptable. At first it looks like nothing special, but after couple of hours you will appreciate the comfort and the convenience of everything. Located at about twenty minutes walk from the center of the city. The place is quite and calm. The most amazing breakfast I've ever had in eastern Europe!

Due to health reasons, I need to return home as soon as possible. I cannot check in on the last day. The hotel refused to communicate, which was not humane. The breakfast was relatively simple, and some of the food was not very hygienic.

Please do not pay extra for the room with the balcony because its not a real balcony!! Thats why they dont put the pictures. Stuff are really unfriendly.
