The two single beds were too narrow and not arranged in advance. The hotel is not friendly to myopia and makeup needs. Makeup is difficult to see clearly. Breakfast is so-so and tastes so-so. Relatively clean and tidy.

All the staff were very kind. Apparently, the entrance is supposed to be locked from 10 PM to 6 AM, but when I returned to the hotel past 10:30 PM, it was open.

The hotel location is excellent, right next to the bus terminal and train station. The town centre is just a short walk away. It is a heritage building which is very well maintained. I find the the gym room is very tight, the breakfast options has good variety, but i still find that it can be improved further.

This time I extended my stay by one day, so I used the "Rebook" button on Trip.com to book the same room and avoid having to move. I had already notified the hotel when I stayed last time, and they said they would arrange it, but breakfast was not included, unlike the first time! I had a very nice stay here, was welcomed wıth a complimentary warm mulled red wıne ın the Hotel Bar. Comfortable and clean room although all the corrıdor and room carpets were worn and staıned and ın need of clean or replacement. It’s a little bit off Brno center , but overall a good stay to visit the villa for me

Service is good. Location is a bit far but good for people who travel with car. Car park is free. Even though a lot of reviews mentioned that the hotel is dated. To us, it’s spacious and good. The spa, pool and the welcoming wine are bonus points for this hotel.

The hotel is old but good, they offer a lot of complimentary stuff starting from a present at the reception and a bottle of vine in the room to apples in front of the elevators and a glass of sparkling wine at the breakfast. One of the best hotels in Europe. The amenities are basically like asian standards. There's sleepers, coffee, many other things I wouldn't expect a hotel in Europe to provide. The breakfast is very rich, definitely with good choices. It's also possible to exchange currency inside the hotel which is very convenient. Rooms are also very clean. I'd recommend anyone to stay there.

Beautiful hotel, especially during Christmas time. There was a pianist in the lobby which was a nice touch. Luxury hotel. I've stayed in many hotels in Europe, including well-known chains, and this one has nothing to envy. This hotel is undoubtedly a truly magnificent Czech hotel.

Older hotel. It is most convenient to go to the exhibition. It is right at the door. The environment is very old-fashioned and well-established. Brno is very small. In fact, it is convenient to take a taxi if you live in other places. I stayed at Courtyard a few nights ago.

Located next to the lake, the city centre is a bit far away (15 min by car). The hotel has a free parking but it’s not really big. The room was clean and the wellness is good, but it can get very crowded and you have to wait for the jacuzzi (e.g.) or no place to sit or relax. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast that is really good but there are times when it’s reaalllly busy and they run out of stuff...

Absolutely not in line with the paid price, loud as right next to the elevator, view only into other windows of inner yard (not even the yard was there just the reception roof). If you do not lockt the door it keeps opening on its own. Quite okay variety of food at breakfast, but only sweet toppings for yoghurt...

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Our room was modern and very clean. Staff is very nice. Great plus that they have their own parking garage. The city center is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast had great selection, although I thought that it was a little bit expensive.

The hotel has a rather old-fashioned décor and an amazing location. The front desk speaks English, which is helpful. My friend lost something during our stay, but I still booked it for my mother because the location is just too good. The price is a bit high, but acceptable. Personally, it doesn’t quite match other five-star hotels I’ve stayed at.

Very good location. Walking distance to restaurants and historic city centre. They have their own free outdoor parking lot for your car, which is a great advantage. 8th floor rooftop has a sauna and jacuzzi, which was our favorite place :) Breakfast is quite decent as well.

The hotel is out of town and away from local shops. However there is a bus stop at the entrance which can take you to the city centre, main railway station etc. As the weather was hot a lack of air conditioning was not good but the pedestal fan worked fine. Great for my quick visit. It’s must to go up to rooftop and enjoy the view. The FairHotel is a small hotel not far away from the exhibition. By feet its 30min to the city center. The hotel is really nice, the staff is polite. The area around is typically post-soialistic and the parking situation is awful.

We had a wonderful stay, and the hotel was great. However, reception staff could be a little more welcoming. The hotel is outside of town, which is easily reachable. Besides, the hotel is intended to relax and to pamper yourself.

We had a delightful two night stay at the Hotel Europa. Our room was lovely and spacious, breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Very clean, comfortable room which made us feel like at home. Located close to the city center and literally a few steps from excellent Nepalese restaurant. Breakfast in a hotel was diverse and delicious. One thing which can be improved is letting know in advance the fee of public parking located in front of hotel. It's 30 EUR / 24 hours.

Excellent location in Brno and the rooms were spacious but not very clean, the bathroom was in poor condition specially the shower area where the door did not even close entirely. It was also noisy not only because of the nearby church bells but specially a whole family of pigeons . They should also do something about the entrance... unwelcoming and dirty.

Nice hotel in the awesome city of Brno. Located in a short street that's gated so you park at s big parking in front of the gate where the ice rink is. Good tasty breakfast and great value for money.
