The two single beds were too narrow and not arranged in advance. The hotel is not friendly to myopia and makeup needs. Makeup is difficult to see clearly. Breakfast is so-so and tastes so-so. Relatively clean and tidy.

Excellent hotel. Ideally situated between the castle and old town. Clean and nicely appointed rooms (we had a junior suite which was spacious). Great selection at breakfast. Efficient and polite service from all the staff we had contact with. You can't really ask for much more....recommended.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is in a fantastic location — just a short walk from the historic center and all the festive Christmas markets. My room was spotless, modern, and bigger than expected. The buffet breakfast was a highlight with plenty of choices, both hot and cold. Staff were friendly and everything felt well cared for. All the staff were very kind. Apparently, the entrance is supposed to be locked from 10 PM to 6 AM, but when I returned to the hotel past 10:30 PM, it was open.

The hotel location is excellent, right next to the bus terminal and train station. The town centre is just a short walk away. It is a heritage building which is very well maintained. I find the the gym room is very tight, the breakfast options has good variety, but i still find that it can be improved further.

This time I extended my stay by one day, so I used the "Rebook" button on Trip.com to book the same room and avoid having to move. I had already notified the hotel when I stayed last time, and they said they would arrange it, but breakfast was not included, unlike the first time! The hotel staff were very friendly, and there were electric shoe-shining machines on every floor, which were very useful

The room is well-equipped, but the power outlets are European standard, so you'll need an adapter. The hotel provides a kettle and various tea bags. Note: Disposable toiletries are not provided. The room only has hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Hairnets (and disposable slippers, which were only replaced every two days – there weren't any when I first arrived, and I didn't ask why, and no toothpaste...

One of the best hotels in Europe. The amenities are basically like asian standards. There's sleepers, coffee, many other things I wouldn't expect a hotel in Europe to provide. The breakfast is very rich, definitely with good choices. It's also possible to exchange currency inside the hotel which is very convenient. Rooms are also very clean. I'd recommend anyone to stay there.

Located next to the lake, the city centre is a bit far away (15 min by car). The hotel has a free parking but it’s not really big. The room was clean and the wellness is good, but it can get very crowded and you have to wait for the jacuzzi (e.g.) or no place to sit or relax. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast that is really good but there are times when it’s reaalllly busy and they run out of stuff...

Service is good. Location is a bit far but good for people who travel with car. Car park is free. Even though a lot of reviews mentioned that the hotel is dated. To us, it’s spacious and good. The spa, pool and the welcoming wine are bonus points for this hotel.

We always stay here at least 2 times a year . It WAS a four star hotel but with : not fitting sheets, rags on the very old towels and a dirty bathroom (mold) it is now sliding to two stars

Great hotel. Stayed several times as a transit camp. We had a triple room, it is a one bedroom with mini kitchen. Own Parking, excellent Breakfast, good price. To the city centre there is a tram stop a five minute walk from the hotel.

Absolutely not in line with the paid price, loud as right next to the elevator, view only into other windows of inner yard (not even the yard was there just the reception roof). Due to health reasons, I need to return home as soon as possible. I cannot check in on the last day. The hotel refused to communicate, which was not humane. The breakfast was relatively simple, and some of the food was not very hygienic.

Please do not pay extra for the room with the balcony because its not a real balcony!! Thats why they dont put the pictures. Stuff are really unfriendly. On the other gand hotel is new and well equiped, they offered welcome drink and snacks in their bar/restaurant which is nice but again with un friendly and cold faces!

The hotel has a rather old-fashioned décor and an amazing location. The front desk speaks English, which is helpful. My friend lost something during our stay, but I still booked it for my mother because the location is just too good. The price is a bit high, but acceptable. Good location close to several restaurants, nice room with magnificant roof, frech bathroom. The breakfast was simply but good. Excellent location in Brno and the rooms were spacious but not very clean, the bathroom was in poor condition specially the shower area where the door did not even close entirely. It was also noisy not only because of the nearby church bells but specially a whole family of pigeons . They should also do something about the entrance... unwelcoming and dirty.

This hotel is within an old, but niceley renovated building. The wide corridors, the wooden style and the stairs create a special character, which i personally really like. My room was bigger than expected, you enter a small corridor have one door to the bathroom and on the other side a door to the bedroom, in other words enough space for luggage, more than expected. Looks average from the outside, but it’s an amazing value and quality. Friendly staff. This is the best place to stay in Brno if you don’t want or need to be in the center. The breakfast is on the level of 5 star hotels like Kempinski or Four Seasons, maybe better.
