If you are looking for the absolute best experience in Brno, look no further. Our one-night stay at the Grandezza Hotel Luxury Palace was perfection from start to finish.
The architecture of this hotel is simply awesome. It feels like a true palace, blending historical grandeur with modern luxury. Every corner is photo-worthy, and the attention to detail is breathtaking.
The hotel boasts the best location in the city center. We stayed in Room 510, which offered an excellent view of the trh . Being right in the heart of the action made exploring the city incredibly easy.
The rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean. Our room featured a comfortable and neat atmosphere with massive, big beds that provided a great night's sleep. A fun, modern touch: the lift actually speaks to you! Access is also easy with a sleek hotel card system.
Breakfast was included in the price, and it was fantastic. The food quality is super good—fresh, delicious, and plenty of variety. Whether it's the morning spread or general dining, the kitchen knows exactly what they are doing.
If you want to relax, there is a jacuzzi and a gym available. Just a heads-up: these are private facilities and must be paid for at a rate of 40€ per hour. It’s a premium price, but the privacy is a nice touch.
The service here is truly excellent with zero wait times. From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. They offer valet parking, porter service for your bags, and they even help you with your jackets. Check-in and check-out were seamless and professional.
Final Verdict: 10/10. This is the crown jewel of Brno. We can’t wait to come back!

My room overlooked the historic plaza and fountain. It was beautifully furnished with easy access to electrical outlet for my technology items. The bed linens were crisp and the pillows perfect
Highly recommend for service, location, and ambience
That said, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the room’s equipment were good. However, the TV was old and couldn’t read my USB drive. :-(
Finally, room service showed up around 3 PM, which was no longer convenient for us. I only asked for two clean towels, but the maid didn’t understand English.
All in all, I’ll think twice before booking a room here again when I’m next in Brno.
