Nice and decent. Near tram stop so the center is pretty easily accessible - 10 min ride or so. Rooms are tidy and Cody but nothing spectacular. Good spot to stay for a day or two while visiting the city. The area is peaceful so the nights ain’t busy whatsoever and the bakery around the corner is amazing!

We arrived at this hotel with three tired children.
We looked for a hotel on the way in booking to make sure that there were free rooms. We arrived, where we were met by an unfriendly girl at the reception, who immediately informed us that the hotel was full and there were no rooms. Until I showed her the free room in the booking service. Then she offered it to us, saying that she did have the number.
I had the impression that she had difficulty speaking English, but that's not a problem, you can always find a way to communicate if you want to, and she didn't.
The hotel has good breakfasts and a very friendly woman from Ukraine works there.
The hotel is quite clean, but the smell of sewage in the toilet was disturbing. This is the only negative.

The walls are paper thin. We could hear every word from next door. Absolutely unaccebtable for the cost. Parking is overpriced and you have to walk around the block to get there. Waste of money. Never coming back.

We came here after driving for around 6 hours and were really happy to find a room at this hotel later in the evening. Check-in and service was great, we had a room towards the street that has a metro line passing through, so be aware about this when you're booking your stay. The room itself was spacious and had all you need for staying the night. We were able to get a coffee in the morning before departure, the staff were very friendly. I recommend this place if you're looking for a good option to stay that isn't overly expensive.

Nice hotel, location is good, near the tram stop. There is a possibility to park your car on the street (but you have to pay for it), hotel has its own 12 slots, I was told that they were occupied the day we arrived. We got simple room, that was clean and cosy one, bathroom clean, with hot water, workable shower. All was good. We ordered a breakfast, it was full and tasty, with fruits, yogurts, bakery, juices, coffee, tea, soussages, becon, cheese, eggs (boiled, fried), beans. The personal was kind and friendly. As it was an Easter time, the kid got a welcome-souvenir from the hotel

NO AIR CONDTIONING and VERY rude service. Not sure how this is rated a 4 star hotel. Sure they put some fancy paint on the wall but the experience was not 4 star. I stayed there as an athlete for a competition weekend and ask if I could grab some breakfast (that you have to pay extra for) a bit earlier and they were absolutely unaccommodating. But still charged me for the breakfast that I couldn’t eat. Plus the rooms get VERY hot as there is no proper airflow and all they supply are these very little cheap plastic fans.

All very good, clean, comfortable, etc. Breakfast and Parking is decent. With wifi everything is OK, only the password ask at the reception. Suggest!

No Parking. So get ready for running this file for causing the car the narrow streets in search of a place. It gives especially at night after a long road. Outside the window constantly noisy trams, the window shut was not an option, as the August heat. There is no air conditioning. Wifi is extracted by a particular dance with a tambourine, that is with a voucher, which you need to take at the reception. One guest - one voucher. And not a channel that you have phone, laptop and tablet. It's uncomfortable.
Breakfast is normal. Rescued restaurant across the street. 'Tanganyika' or something. There you can normally eat.

+ The room was nice, beds comfortable, Breakfast good choice. No Minibar/refrigerator (but not promised), upset that did not work Hairdryer. The receptionist lent us tram tickets, but strange: adults gave tickets to 60 minutes, and the children tickets for adults 15 min. In General, thank you for at least some, but twice as overpaid. Maybe he didn't want to cheat and not versed in the rules of travel by public transport.
