Extremely good price to quality ratio. Clean spacious rooms with a nice bathroom and a good breakfast. All oft that for a price comparable to a hostel - as far as price for 3 people goes. The only issue is that the description indicates there is a parking for guests but that is currently not true.

After reading their responses to online reviews, I was shocked by the complete lack of professionalism and hospitality. The hotel was dirty, with an awful smell throughout, and the rooms were in poor condition. I would strongly advise against staying here—this hotel was a huge letdown.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was small and impractical, with not enough power outlets (Steckdosen). To make matters worse, there were moldy rooftop windows above the bed, which was very concerning. The customer service was also subpar—whenever I contacted them in English, they responded in Czech and were extremely unfriendly. Overall, it was a frustrating stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to others

The hotel room is very outdated, walls are dirty. Breakfast was disappointing, no gluten free options and no fresh fruits. You even have to pay for the consumed tea bags and coffee capsules in your room which is ridiculous as we were told it was free. Hotel is far from the centre.

This hotel is within an old, but niceley renovated building. The wide corridors, the wooden style and the stairs create a special character, which i personally really like.
My room was bigger than expected, you enter a small corridor have one door to the bathroom and on the other side a door to the bedroom, in other words enough space for luggage, more than expected.
Rate per night is cheap as usual in this region.
The room was perfectly clean.
The shower was a bit broken, but usable. (Door couldnt be closed).
Breakfast was okay, tasty but not so much choice. Okay for 1-2 nights.
Service was friendly.

Be aware, as this is certainly not a four-star hotel, more like a two-star. I was so disappointed. The room felt dirty. The trash was not taken out, the towels had holes in them and the parking lot is a joke. There were no night stands, only one wall plug, and the staff was grumpy.

A good stay for a good price. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They include a tv, free wifi, a mini fridge and a small safe. Breakfast in the morning was small but tasty. The hotel does use keys instead of cards in the rooms however. There is only one pair of keys for each room. Each room varies a lot in design so you experience will vary.

We stayed at Hotel Arte,for 8 nights commencing 9/8/2016.The hotel is perfectly situated for the city centre,the room was very comfortable and the staff were fantastic,polite and helpful from the minute we arrived until the minute they helped us to the taxi with our cases.We will definitely be back for another stay to finish the sights we didn't have time to fit in this time!
