The hotel is decorated in the style of neo-Renaissance with the participation of famous painter Mikolas Ales. From the XIX century, the hotel offers an unforgettable view on the Old Prague. All interiors and furniture made of wood, not artificially polished for greater environmental comfort. The hotel is an ideal place for a pleasant and relaxing stay in the centre of Prague, but also the organization of conferences and company negotiations.

Location: in the heart of the city, in Prague 1, next to old town square, 2 minutes walk to metro and 4 minutes walk to bus stop, 11 km from the airport Vaclav Havel.

Hotel Rott in Prague was originally an industrial steel manufacturer many years ago, but it has since been beautifully transformed into an award-winning hotel in the heart of Old Town Prague. Minutes from all of the historical land marks fun museum's and Christmas markets. I only added a few things we did. 😉

The staff are outstanding — friendly, funny, and genuinely helpful — and they truly make your stay unforgettable. The rooms are exceptional: spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need. Your breakfast is relaxing experience as you listen to a pianist. We stayed mid week as we thought weekends would be very busy.

We stayed at Hotel Rott after getting married, and the team went above and beyond to look after us. Their kindness and attention to detail made our honeymoon feel truly special. We will be back and Thank you all again. ❤️ From 🇬🇧 Manchester.

Excellent stay and service at the hotel. Breakfast was the best we have had in our European tour, puts some 5 star more expensive hotel chains to shame. We had to leave for the airport early and was given a sandwich box.

Most recommended hotel to stay in Prague. Great location with food availability just steps away. The building has history and blends in with the new modern and the rustic charm of the city.

Hotel Rott was an amazing stay in Prague. The hotel is very nice, clean, and well maintained, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was more spacious than usual rooms. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town and within walking distance to all major tourist attractions. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Hotel Rott in Prague. The history and charm of the building were incredible, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s within easy walking distance of the Christmas market and right in the heart of the city, just steps from the famous Astronomical Clock. It truly felt like the ideal place to stay in Prague—comfortable, convenient, and full of character. Highly recommend.

Although the hotel is old but with lots of history and you can read all the history on every floor near the lift lobby. I’m so glad I booked this hotel as it is literally beside the Old town and Prague Astronomical Clock.
You can almost walk to anywhere and the tram stations are not far away. The breakfast was excellent and my family enjoyed it so much.
The only down side is that it can be quite noisy at night especially their room aircon is not allowed to turn on during winter season hence you will need to open the window slightly otherwise the room can be quite stuffy.

It is our 3rd time at the Rott Hotel, this time we stayed for 4 nights and it was the best decision we made.
The room was specious and clean, all the people at the hotel are so friendly and helpful and the Breakfast was great. There is no competition to the location of the hotel, right at the center of the old city. There is no doubt that when I'll come back to Prague it will be to the Rott Hotel.

Excellent location, walking distance to attractions and shopping spots, friendly staffs, good services, in-room coffee maker with daily capsule refill during housekeeping, breakfast with varieties and prosecco provided.
Best 4-star hotel I have stayed during this trip in Europe compared to hotels in Budapest, Vienna, Rotterdam.

The location is very good and close to the Old town Square. It's very convenient walking to all the attractions in Prague. The hotel is also beautiful and the staff are very friendly and nice. I will definitely stay again when visiting Prague.

The hotel is beautifully maintained and located in a fantastic spot—just a short walk from everything. We were initially concerned it might be noisy due to its proximity to Old Town, but it was surprisingly quiet. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept throughout our stay.
What truly stood out was the staff—they were exceptional. The front desk team was incredibly helpful and patient, always ready to answer our many questions with a smile.
The breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also took advantage of the laundry service, which was convenient and efficient.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Prague.
